To be honest, for all your I.T needs and house hold appliances I will recommend Starlite. Their quality of service is far better and reliable.

Conveniently located office and accurately delivered services. My problem is the sales rep knows too much about every item in the shop and that makes me feel he’s not just a sales rep but a brand ambassador for every brand in there. Please keep it up 👍

The best place to get Electronics, computers and accessories

I bought a logitech mouse from them and in just a week it stopped working properly. I asked to return it, and even the woman there confirmed that the mouse was defective. She said she'll take it to Osu headquarters and get it fixed. Then she will call me back. Over a month passed and I received no call. I go to the shop and now she's returned the mouse telling me there is no problem with it. Even though we both confirmed previously that it had a problem. Not even an apology, as if it is my fault their products don't work well. Don't buy from these people. They have defective models that they are willing to do nothing about.

Some staff members could do with training in customer service. If you don't have people skills, don't enter into the service industry.

Very disrespectful workers, you don’t listen to customers at all. Especially with warranty, they don’t consider your warranty at all they don’t care about it

The branch always opens late. On the 4 occasions i have been there, i waited for more than an hour before the shop was opened thrice.. The indigene workers come in early to wait for the boss who had the keys and she mostly arrives late... I complained to her, but i hope my post here will expedite things so this branch can do better! Thank you

Today I bought a computer keyboard board from you. I have always bought things from your outlet including phone chargers, cables etc. I was rather taken aback to learn that you give only 3 days warranty. It's really unacceptable that while you make money off the ghanaian, you give him/her less privileges

Had a wonderful experience. I bought a TV which appeared to be faulty (debatable), they were very engaging and changed it without any stress.

I've been here on more than 5 occasions. They have the best prices for electronic devices and very nice workers with good people skills. I've bought softwares and a laptop from them and I'm satisfied with their service.. 5 stars.
