Didn't visit the hotels but was amazed by the beauty of this building. The govt really knows how to inspire the visitors! There must be some high level quantities in the hotels as well as the quality. Will surely take a look inside on my next visit insha'Allah❤️

It’s a awesome place for Muslim majority and Haji all over the world. This place is well decorated, very neat and clean, security is high. Zamzam water is everywhere in a water jar and serving with disposable plastic glass. Man and women are respectfully treated. Security, Watchman, cleaners are very helpful. If any Muslim wants to get mental satisfaction and keep their heart in peace please come to the great place. Allah will help you definitely with fill your heart with joy and happiness.

The museum, inaugurated in May 2019, spans four floors, each dedicated to a specific theme. The first floor showcases the Makkah tower's design and production, while the second floor presents ancient time measurement methods. On the third floor, the use of celestial bodies for organizing life is explained, and the fourth floor details space and planets. Additionally, a balcony provides a panoramic view of the Grand Mosque.

The Clock Tower in Mecca is impressive with its tall structure and cool design. The big clock faces are neat. It's a famous part of the city. Sometimes it's busy around there, and not all areas are easy for everyone to get to. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 for looking cool, but it might be a bit tricky for some people to enjoy fully.

"The reception and reception manager should undergo training courses to deal with guests in a manner that reflects customer expectations of having reserved a five-star hotel. The amount paid is for a five-star service, but the surprise is that the experienced staff belongs to a motel, not a five-star hotel. My elderly parent and I, tired from the airport, were shocked when, coming from Canada, I spoke to the duty manager, asking if there was a problem preventing them from smiling. However, nothing changed. I even took our bags to the room myself, and no one informed us about the breakfast buffet location. Even when I complained to the duty manager, the response was indifferent. As a Level 7 Google Guide and Genius 2 on Booking, based on my extensive travel experiences worldwide, this is the worst experience. I'll wait to see if my impression of the hotel's service is accurate or just an isolated incident that doesn't reflect the hotel's customer service policies. I hope a real customer service manager contacts me, and I'll adjust my comment after communicating with one of the managers genuinely concerned about the hotel's reputation

The Clock Tower, prominently known as the Abraj Al Bait Towers, stands as an iconic and imposing structure in the heart of Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Rising high above the skyline, the tower complex is not only a symbol of modernity but also a practical and symbolic addition to the holy city. The Clock Tower is part of the Abraj Al Bait Towers, a multifunctional complex that includes hotels, shopping malls, and prayer areas. At its zenith, the clock faces are among the largest in the world, displaying intricate Islamic patterns and calligraphy. The clock tower is particularly renowned for its significance during the annual Hajj pilgrimage, guiding worshippers with the precise timing of prayer rituals. While some appreciate the modern architectural marvel, others debate its impact on the historic skyline of Mecca. The tower's luxurious accommodations and amenities cater to a diverse range of visitors, but opinions on the blend of tradition and modernity it represents vary. Whether viewed as a technological feat, a symbol of progress, or a controversial addition to the holy city, the Clock Tower remains an integral part of Mecca's evolving landscape, reflecting the complex interplay between tradition, modernization, and the spiritual significance of the region.

Saudi Arabia,[c] officially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA),[d] is a country on the Arabian Peninsula in Western Asia. It has a land area of about 2,150,000 km2 (830,000 sq mi), making it the fifth-largest country in Asia, the second-largest in the Arab world, and the largest in Western Asia. It is bordered by the Red Sea to the west; Jordan, Iraq, and Kuwait to the north; the Persian Gulf, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to the east; Oman to the southeast; and Yemen to the south. Bahrain is an island country off the east coast. The Gulf of Aqaba in the northwest separates Saudi Arabia from Egypt. Saudi Arabia is the only country with a coastline along both the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf, and most of its terrain consists of arid desert, lowland, steppe, and mountains. Its capital and largest city is Riyadh. The country is home to Mecca and Medina, the two holiest cities in Islam.

Too overrated. Full of people. Won't find a table during lunch or dinner time. Lifts will be over flowing with people. Wouldn't recommend it. Shopping is nice though but so is in many other malls

The Clock Tower complex in Makkah seamlessly combines architectural splendor, convenience, and luxury. Hosting a myriad of shops and restaurants, it's a bustling hub within proximity to the holy sites. The diverse array of shops offers everything from traditional souvenirs to modern amenities, catering to every visitor's needs. The restaurants provide a culinary journey, blending local flavors and international cuisines. Complemented by opulent 5-star hotels, the complex caters to discerning guests seeking unparalleled comfort and service. While some appreciate the convenience, others feel it disrupts the spiritual ambiance. Nevertheless, it stands as a testament to modernity in this sacred city.

Visited the mall area of the towers. Doesn't seem like there's any activity going on in the mall. Only place that is crowded is the food court. Other than that, most of the shops sell items which you can get at cheaper stalls near safwah towers. Not worth spending the extra money there

Insanely huge hotel with a huge service has good amounts of privacy. You have every restaurant you want to eat in. Also the view is beautiful. I don't know anybody who said this socks. People here didn't even exit the clocktowers because of their obsession with it. And the place is so perfect that it feels like you live in a castle with everything you desired, needed, and wanted. This is the best hotel I have been in and will be the best forever if your in Mecca i recommend this hotel.

The Mecca Clock Tower is a truly impressive sight. Its towering height seems to touch the sky, and its architecture is a feat of engineering. Unfortunately, I didn't get to stay long due to my short time in the area, but I was blown away by its location - so close to the Kaaba. If you're looking for a place to stay near this holy site, you can't beat the convenience of the Mecca Clock Tower.

Excellent shopping mall and hotel. We needed some last minute items before checking into our hotel and were able to find them easily right there in the shopping mall. The food courts in the towers were good, if a bit crowded and messy. It is better to go to the food courts in the main tower. They are nicer, cleaner and not as busy.

My stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Mecca was truly wonderful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the multiple food courts offered a wide variety of delicious options. The customer service was exceptional, and the proximity to the Clock Tower and Haram made it extremely convenient. The hotel even had a mosque nearby for easy access to prayer. It was a one-stop destination for all my needs, with shops for essentials, barbershops, and laundry services. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Nowadays in Mecca Sharif there r millions of pilgrims from all corners of the World, I am performing Umrah after 4 years (2018) ,I observed lots of wonderful changes enumerated as follows. 1.Happy to c Saudi women and girls taking active part from Immigration officers to controlling and assisting hajis to streamline the movement to and fro from Haram,at telecom shops and kiosk dealing with confidence. 2 I found lot of Pilgrims from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan this time. 3. Traffic control in Mecca city very nice 4 Food although a bit expensive but available in very clean and hygienic atmosphere, overall the surroundings of Haram Sharif spic and span 5. Near the bus stand at Ajyad, saw a depot where chilled water was constantly distributed to all and sundry without any cost. May Allah SWT accept our Ibadah, Ameen

Its very expensive these days. Young couples who can walk 400 - 500 meters can get much cheaper hotels around. But highly recommended for people with young children and elderly.

Superb place to come when you are in Mecca. This place with its giant clock on top of tower trully is a magnificent sight to see. The tower lies right in front of the holy Masjidil Haram. A great place to come for you doing Haji and Umroh as well. Inside the tower, there are several luxurious hotels, mall, and praying room that is following the praying in Masjidil Haram.

1- getting to the reception was very challenging, if there were enough sign boards it could have solved the problem 2- the iftar and suhoor was really 👌 3- the flush button of wc was broken The stay was fine but it wasn't worth of 4000AED for a night

Great experience with good religious vibes. Need to add a little bit suggestion which is: 1. Please prepare qr code for scanning rating purpose. 2. Add more signange for direction since the hotel route is quite complex. Staff Janghir Alam, Sinar Alfat was a good and helping staff. Room number 21915.

Clock tower is a really nice place for everyone to commune together. This could be to go to the mall right nearby or to stay in the hotel, people there are really nice and it looks amazing from far away I mean come on look at that. This isn't something you see every day. It looks so beautiful from close and from a far. Be careful of some of the people in the mall though they over charge you if you speak English, if you speak Arabic/Urdu you have a better chance of getting something much cheaper

We visited the mall for suhoor after performing our umrah. And I love the place such a fancy place with so many food and other outlets. There are alot of options for food, beverages etc. We had fast food from lounge 99. The taste was good and service was quick.

I just love clock tower because of its location. This is the best location for pilgrimage for hajj and umrah. Clock tower accommodate multiple hotels, shops, restaurants etc. Loved it every single times!

The tower is HUGE.The mall is nice, it is about 7 to 6 floors, includes restaurants/Mobile shops/perfume and clothes shops/hypermarkets, (everything that you could need there), and there is more than one hotel in the tower, the ones I visited were nice, no complains at all, to sum up, it's a really nice place, and would recommend to rent a room there or rent from the towers next to it.

My experience with the Clock Tower was........ well, average. It checks all the boxes of quite literally every luxury hotel/restaurant. Great rooms, great location, great service, and most importantly, high expenses. I did not really find anything special (comparing it to something like Dubai where one can find something unique). Since its entrance in from within the Holy Mosque, the majority are tourists and not the natives. There is an abundance in Pakistani/Indian food, Chinese food, and western fast food like KFC and McDonald's. The cleanliness is top notch. This place is family friendly as well. Overall, the experience was, once again, average. The only thing that makes it sort of unique is the view of Kabah from the higher floors.

Worst maintenance. I know that the building was made just 21 years ago but within a short time, it has come to a situation where it must be demolished! Old furniture, old lift system, poor hygiene, really very dirty. No words! The location is the only thing why I'm not mentioning each negativity here but please, remove it. Hotels, restaurants even the mall inside is one star

The hotel is just at the perfect location next to Haram. Quality is top class as well. Worth the money if you want to have the ease of getting into prayer easily in crowed times like Haj

it is truly hard to accept that one can't get a thing which he sees. Yes, I am talking about the tower. You will never be sure to go to the tower as the guards always control your movements like firm animals. You might have to walk one km around the tower before you will discover the entrance. IT IS TRULY INHUMANE

Great hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. It is a 5min walk to the haram (they actually have elevators labeled specifically that take you there) and the hotel is on the 3rd floor or so and everything underneath is shopping for clothes and gifts as well as an entire floor for food and resturants which was incredibly helpful after a long day of doing ummrah. Would definitely book this hotel again

This is by far the best place to stay for Umrah if you want closest access to Haram and shopping and food. There are 3 floors of shopping, hair cutting lowest floor. For those people with issues walking lo g distances this is perfect.

I was there in Oct 9-14 with a group for umrah. My guests did not want to leave the hotel😂 The exclusive prayer room at S2 is a big advantage when the Masjid is full. Really appreciated that the toilets and shower were separated and closed spaces. International buffet with fresh products and various dishes
