Dr Lopez was the attendant physician of my mom at Hialeah Hospital when she was in critical care . Dr Lopez is the best Dr in that hospital, very professional and human, always trying to help the patients and their families . She is just the best of the best, an angel in the earth. At first, I loved this office but once I got new insurance through my job, the staff has been nothing but unhelpful. They asked me to send them a picture of the front and back on my new insurance card and told me that because they didn’t recognize the provider, they had to call themselves to confirm. A month has passed by and they’re still telling me they need to confirm that Dr. Lopez is within that network in order for me to even be seen by her. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be asking them to close my patient file.

I visited this doctor's office for a pre-employment physical exam. I brought 4 months old labs done by Hialeah hospital previous to my employment with them as an RN in the ICU department. I didn't have health issues at that time. She said that I had great medical insurance. the doctor ordered labs that were not covered by my insurance. The insurance company said that if the doctor fixed it they could pay for part of the labs but the doctor refused to fix it. So I paid 200 dollars for labs that I didn't need.
