I don't tend to leave reviews but the customer service was terrible. My bank got charged for the charm but their system said error. Wasted my entire lunch hour at this store and had to leave empty handed with a charge of $42.80. They told me that they could charge me again but with no guarantee that their system would process it correctly and if it didn't it was my problem to take it up with the bank. Wish i could leave negative stars. Ruined my anniversary surprise.

I just left the store and I understand that with the pandemic some measures have to be followed. But if I am with my family, I mean with my children and only 3 are allowed per family and the family is more than three for the seller, which I am not going to write the name to not harm her it would of been nicer if she said, you could wait for some Clients to exit and I can enter all of you. If we are going to follow rules only in employees and the number of people who were in the store or took out customers or employees. Even last week I went twice and in one of those times I saw a mother with 3 children and they were 4 in total and no one removed her from the store like they did to me. The rules are the same for everyone. Not because today is Saturday and it is a busy day. Because I was not going to leave my children that are under 11 years old out of the store to buy from you. Thank you, good day! Terrible service.

This past Sunday, December 30th around 1:30pm I went to this store to buy a charm and I had to wait more than 20 minutes to even be looked at by the employees. Finally a lady attended me but very poorly. Giving me attitude an treating me poorly based on the price range that I bought my charm. I don’t know her name but she had brown short hair and was an older woman with green nails. I will never be back.

I’d had to give no stars I would done it. They have the worst costumer service. Their website it not updated with the correct information and don’t have any signs outside the store to specify the opening/closing times. I came on a Sunday at 10’ am cause that is what the website said it was open, and I was standing outside like a fool and the employees were just looking me and other costumer that was there already waiting , they were fixing the cashiers and chatting. No courtesy to come outside and tell Us that the store was closed till 11!! Of course, we didn’t know it was opened at 11 until an employee from their store was approaching and getting ready to enter the store. I was very upset, and the other costumer was as well. I had to wait outside for one hour wasted of my time just because Pandora can’t not update their schedule on the website. My time is value and precious! Pandora get your act together!

My husband and I, were treated VERY BAD. VLADIMIR & one of the managers are super rude and had HORRIBLE customer service. Gave us a hard time because I needed a bigger size on a ring my husband bought on the 6th before Valentine’s Day. The ring was very dark as well. They both claimed I had used the ring which it stayed inside its original box the whole time since it really didn’t feet me. They basically called us liars..It was truly unfair...a whole argument that could’ve been prevented if I could’ve just gotten the help I needed since it had only been exactly 11 days since it was purchased and completely UNUSED.

I Went into this store to buy jewelry today and NOBODY EVEN TRIED TO HELP ME ,after being in there for over 20 mins. They were quick to help 2 Spanish women out who came in after me .I Confronted manager and called Corporate on them.They will not be getting my BLACK DIME!! Negative -5 STARS.

Horrible service nobody helps you after doing a huge line to go inside the store the manager sees me and my husband walking and says is anyone helping you we said no he proceeded to help up but so annoyed like if that wasn’t his job as well. Honestly super unprofessional felt as if he didn’t want to show us anything just leave. We ended up leaving him because when we were going to pay there were aprox 6 people around the cashier al together and he was there and left us behind wouldn’t even say I’m coming back nothing he just leaves dosent even ask do you want to see another item. I’m really surprised he is the manager because anyone can be a manager like that. I’m a huge fan of Pandora but Im never coming to this one again.

So today I went to change a ring I got for my birthday (2 weeks ago), and it's big, I need a smaller size, I was wearing it and brought the receipt. The lady told me she couldn't change it because I didn't bring it in the original package, and besides I was wearing it. She gave me the worst customer service, I didn't get her name, she is in her 50s, black hair. I will not come back to this store.
