Unfortunately
we
had
very
bad
experience
with
this
company.
We
ordered
an
article
that
was
shown
as
available
and
that
should
arrive
in
three
days.
We
made
payment
and
received
confirmation.
After
a
week
we
received
that
the
shipment
is
ready
for
delivery
and
that
we
can
expect
it
next
day.
After
that
we
have
been
receiving
messages
for
five
straight
days
that
they
are
sorry
for
the
delay
and
that
we
can
expect
shipment
next
day.
We
organised
our
lives
in
a
way
that
one
would
always
be
at
home
for
the
shipment
to
arrive.
12
days
after
ordering
the
item
we
called
their
support
and
they
do
not
know
where
the
item
is,
when
it
will
arrive
and
that
their
supplier
is
not
answering
their
calls.
They
did
not
offer
money
back
or
offer
us
similar
product,
they
just
told
us
to
call
them
in
a
few
days.
The
shipment
value
was
over
500€.
I
know
things
can
get
messy
with
the
orders,
but
the
attitude
their
support
has
is
really
bad
and
the
whole
experience
is
light
years
from
being
ok.
We
strongly
advise
you
not
to
use
their
services.
