Horrible Customer Support. They sent me a wrong product accidentally. No problem you would think, return it and get something else. But no. 14 days, 6 calls later, 5 emails exchanged still no answer. It's like they are toying with me. And all of that was through my own accountability. They didn't do anything in the whole process. Horrible Mimovrste. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Unfortunately we had very bad experience with this company. We ordered an article that was shown as available and that should arrive in three days. We made payment and received confirmation. After a week we received that the shipment is ready for delivery and that we can expect it next day. After that we have been receiving messages for five straight days that they are sorry for the delay and that we can expect shipment next day. We organised our lives in a way that one would always be at home for the shipment to arrive. 12 days after ordering the item we called their support and they do not know where the item is, when it will arrive and that their supplier is not answering their calls. They did not offer money back or offer us similar product, they just told us to call them in a few days. The shipment value was over 500€. I know things can get messy with the orders, but the attitude their support has is really bad and the whole experience is light years from being ok. We strongly advise you not to use their services.

I recived a damaged machine and I got a new one after more than 20 days. In the meantime they told me that the postman would come and pick up the package for several times and that did not happen, they stopped answering to my emails, told me that they would call me back with the information I needed and didn't and so on. And only one person in this whole story only once said sorry for your inconvenience. Very bad customer service! I would love to tell them that and not bad-mouth them on the internet but they didn't seem to be interested in what I want to say.

Mimovrste is basically Slovenian version of Amazon. You order whatever you want on their website, and they will either have it delivered to you, or you can pick it up at one of their outlets like one here, depending on your choice. But other than that, pricing is mostly nice, PC hardware tends to be bit on expensive side, but overall, good service.
