I really don't know about the hospital, but Dr Niranjan (the night duty doctor who was present on Wednesday at 11pm ,9/11/22, he even faked his name to be Dr Anand!! When I asked for his name., Later at reception got to know his name. He was not sporting any ID either). He should probably be selling tea on streets, he's unfit for the profession. Dude yiu should be ashamed of urself. I'd been there with bleeding finger nail, instead of addressing it on an emergency basis, he asked me to get 1) opd registration 350 bucks! 2) HIV test 3) blood test 4) x-ray... But why? Why wasn't i treated?? Luckily I Went to Narayana hospital where the lady doc at emergency was diplomatic and she got my nail dressed by her staff who did it well. Dr Niranjan must learn from subordinates how to atleast address others. Was the doc High on alcohol?? Why did he take other doc's identity? Pls refrain from going to him., As I cannot generalise the hospital., Infact the boy at reception and the boy at pharmacy were so polite in answering my queries. Dr Niranjan hope you and ur family members suffer the same which happened to me ASAP, God bless you.

Worst house keeping and no proper nurses. Today dated 06th August 2022, power supply went of multiple time between 7:30p.m and 11:30p.m. Patients in ICU we do not know what is going on. They only need money and no proper care. People come healthy and leave with alignment and fever. In turn patients suffer after paying money.

Worst hospital. Even though you have arrived at 10 with appointment taken 10 days back they won’t call you for check up until 1 pm. Don’t know based on what priority they send patients for check up. The receptionist is very rude and won’t give proper information. Sometimes they forget to send your file to the doctor and we have to keep reminding her!! Follow token system so that the patient knows how long he has to wait for his turn. Update: The staff here are rude. Service is still pathetic. We had taken the appointment 10 days and the receptionist had told the doctor will be available but on the day of appointment she says doctor is on leave. Aren’t the staff thought this basic common sense to call and inform the patient about the unavailability of the doctor??!! I am not referring this hospital to anyone 😡

This is the worst hospital in mysuru, Every one working here are behind money, they are not concerned about the patients, only thing they want is money, Once the patient is discharged from the hospital, when they go for follow up, the doctors are least bothered about the patients, they don't care about the patients. I am very much Unhappy about the unethical practice in the hospital.

Very please with the service and care provided. Doctors and nurses are very professional and polite. My wife was admitted for one week and we are international patient therefore we have no family or friend visiting but the nurses and the whole team whole team were very supportive and friendly, every now and then they do come and check on my wife if she needed any thing and talk to her for few minutes so that she doesn’t feel lonely.. Special thanks to sister Nelam who managed to create a very quick bond and assurance to my wife also special thanks to all the doctors and nurses who got involved on level 4 during her recovery also special thanks to the nurses of ICU department were very professional. Lastly I and my wife dearly thank doctor Vijak Kumar N. He has done first operation to my wife back in 2019 and now 2023, we have travelled all the way from United Kingdom to Mysore so he can do the operation to my wife. One of the worst hospital...no proper hygiene... floors are not wiped properly toilets one can image. Staff from the gate to doctors & nurses are very rude.... Politeness is something you can never think of here. Stayed in Deluxe ward Rs 4000/- per day. Nurse will never come immediately she comes when she wishes....any needs are not provided..I wish I can paste pictures of the ward. So much money per day can stay in hotels with good food & hospitality. Worst place to admit your dear ones.

I would like to say special thanks to Dr. Puneet Neurosurgeon ,our grandfather had a problem with the back nerves and had to go through the surgery for which we went to many of the hospital for effective medication but it did not have any effect. We went to Dr. Puneeth on the advice of others who had taken medicine and got cured, so the medicine we got from him was very effective. Now our grandpa is healthy and walking well. Please do not visit Cauvery hospital E city phase 1, Bangalore if you want to save your life, they will worsen your condition on purpose, I came here for dengue treatment on Saturday night, they hospitalised me. Kept on giving IV fluids, my condition since night is very serious, I was being told by a doctor that I’ll get treatment the next day, main doctor will come at 7 in the morning and get me treated. He didn’t come, on asking hospital staff as to when will the doctor come, they are telling they don’t know. My platelet count is reducing very fast, below 20k, nose bleeding, I have been repeatedly requesting to do the platelate transfer, that also they are not doing. I asked the junior doctor how long will it take to get the transfer done, he says he don’t know, I am panicking, he sees patients like me daily. If something happens to me here then I want the hospital to be fully responsible for it. The nurses are so lethargic here, whole night I have been asking for a bottle of water, they did give it to me in afternoon.

Dr Uzma Belari is best gynecologist in Mysore. Nursing care is excellent. Every one in the hospital given very good care and support, hospital is very clean and hygienic. All supporting staffs also good. I would recomond this hospital to all my family and friends to get good treatment and care.

I underwent a minor surgery under Dr Arvind and his team on 3rd Sept. After having quite a few visits to various hospitals for consultations and procedures I can vouch that I got very good attention from Dr Arvind and his team at this hospital. What I really appreciate is the Anesthetist talking to me prior to the procedure and finding out my apprehensions and reservations as I had had lot of procedures before and also had certain drawbacks because of those. After a long gap for the first time I met a surgeon who reassured me that body does heal even without too much of medicines. The OT staff and ICU staff were really well trained and compassionate (not seen off late in most hospitals) the regular duty nurses left a lot of be desired though (the only spoiler). ER is also pretty efficient.

Blade, After taking two dose of vaccination giving 780+780 rs they still take corona test charging 400rs. They have low key interactions with staffs and everyone around barely even wear a mask, such a pain. Make sure u have recommendations r else nothing works

5 or many more Stars for the Doctor/Urologist Dr. Umesh who treated me. 2 Star to the Hospital Staff/Management. 0 to the security and regular nursing staff! I was forced to go here and get a pain killer the previous night since I developed severe pain in the Kidney area suddenly and it was closer to my house. Was referred to Dr. Umesh the next day! (So my review is genuine and based on my experience only) Was treated well by the Doctor at Emergency Ward. Dr. Umesh the Urologist here is an angel himself. One of the best young Doctors I have EVER met. For his knowledge, his educational achievements (Gold Medallist), he should have been a Doctor with Grey Hair who acts very pricey and all fancy! But NO, he is such a Gem! Young, extremely friendly, very informative, has a heart of gold who goes easy on poor patients (Sometimes does not even charge), does not write expensive Tests, medicines and explains the problem in DETAIL, so well that I got admitted then and there, got prepped for the surgery and the stone was out of my body in under 5 hours, even though the hospital staff and the facilities weren't on par my expectations I chose to go ahead! During the surgery I was awake and based on my interest he explained everything, right from the parts of the body I could see through his camera, the surgery technique, the equipment, etc. He answered every question of mine, suggested treatment with almost nil side effects considering I was an athlete, and gave 100% assurance that I can be on the saddle in a few days! Went on to follow up with me asking if I was fine after the stent removal and even gave assurance to my family that I can resume long-distance endurance cycling! Now, who does this? NONE!! Kudos to the anaesthetist for clearing all my apprehensions and making me take the anaesthesia shot with 100% confidence! vs Had my Appendix surgery in Narayana Healthcare a few years ago, they had charged 3 times more and had not even bothered to check on me but the hospital itself and facilities were top-notch! My God, Dr. Umesh the Urologist here would have been a much-decorated Doctor had he been with the likes of NH/Columbia Asia/Aster, etc! but instead chose to be here and serve mankind in whatever possible way without jeopardising his own career/earnings for which he studied! Hats off Doctor! Hospital, on the other hand, needs a lot of improvement, but I guess they are for the poor and middle class so won't stretch much on this. Piece of advice to the management: Recruit some good reception folks, nursing staff, hire a good manager, change the security agency and tie up with some good agency, make parking available at least for the patient's car and last but not the least: Please procure some 6 feet or 7-foot beds for taller patients like me! Very very unhappy with the Security and somewhat unhappy with the Insurance Claims and regular nursing team! (Not the one's in OT, they were good) But nothing comes in between when there are Gems like Dr. Umesh working for you! Treatment was cashless through my insurance provider, I paid some 7.5K for the Stent removal. Would have been 10-12K at any other facility.

I am writing a review for my experience of pregnancy and childbirth at cauvery hospital. I consulted Dr Sarala Chandrashekar from the day I conceived till post delivery. I was impressed by the clear guidelines and protocols followed in my pregnancy care. I had few minor hiccups during the last few months and Dr Sarala handled them with such diligence I was put at ease. she not only cared for my physical health but was motivating and advicing me about all aspects such as diet and exercise. I had a normal delivery during which she was gentle and reassuring without we I wouldn't have been able to get through. post delivery she continued to show the same concern not only towards me but also followed up on the health of my newborn son. During the last few months I also interacted with Dr Uzma who conveyed the same calmness and positivity as Dr Sarala. The staff of the hospital were very friendly and always available during my stay post delivery. I would like to thank the entire team of cauvery obstetrics and specially Dr Sarala for carrying on work with dedication and focus on personal care. They have recently added a new IVF wing to the hospital and I am sure it will be a huge success with such wonderful doctors to guide women through difficult to times.

This hospital is only quite good for cardio care only if have any BPL card for other but they give high billing charges if u r in cash or insurance they will optimal utilise ur full insurance Policy so you will get another heartattack they don't have that much expertise for other organ care they just keep u inside untill u can pay bill amount overall it's good for nothing . hospital lab procedure are not so much accurate the nursing staff and duty Doctor doesn't communicate and co-ordinate with patient's Guardiant they don't have CT &MRI they take whole day for one small procedure to empty your pocket 1)some nursing staff have high level of attitude,rude to show ur case file and reports ,they give arrogant answer if u ask about ur patient's health condition and procedures 2)I security are think them self as BSF officer and they denie to respect respond elder person

Had been to this hospital and just wanted to give nebulization for my baby but in emergency department the nurse & the doctor haven't allow us to take nebulization just because we have consulted in another hospital though we have bought everything including medicine and nebulizer they haven't give patient care & this was worst experience during an emergency. His assistant Sahana is very co-operative and she makes sure entire process right from appointment to discharge goes smooth.All nursing team ICU and 4 th floor staffs taken good care.

Dr Umesh urologist is excellent doctor. Everything was done in easy and happiest way from the starting of the procedure till the observation. Even the other staff members were very helpful and polite we had a very great experience in this hospital.

Dr Umesh is good professional and gave confidence to the patient. Nursing Staff is excellent and dedicated. Housekeeping is very good. Please keep up the good work Thanks to all.

I arrived in the emergency as a patient with high grade fever and breathlessness .My medical problem was managed professionally to my utmost satisfaction. The duty doctor, Dr .Adarsh S P was extremely sympathetic and ensured all actions were taken to settle my concern. I stayed most of the day in the adjoining ICU. There again Dr Adarsh was at his best. The other outstanding support was given by sister Hema and Nischith brother ,their services need to be complimented.Tha entire place was clean and very well managed. This speaks highly of the efforts by the administration of the hospital.God bless the hospital and the staff.
