I
would
like
to
express
my
overall
satisfaction
with
the
salon;
however,
I
feel
compelled
to
share
a
recent
negative
experience
I
encountered.
Approximately
one
week
ago,
I
had
made
an
appointment
at
the
salon
for
light
makeup,
normal
saree
draping,
and
hair
styling,
for
which
I
was
charged
5000
rupees.
The
services
provided
were
of
decent
quality
and
met
my
expectations.
However,
my
dissatisfaction
arises
from
a
recent
incident
where
I
had
scheduled
an
appointment
for
light
makeup
and
hair
blow
dry,
and
the
salon
initially
confirmed
the
appointment
for
a
price
of
2000
rupees.
To
my
surprise,
one
day
before
the
appointment,
I
received
a
call
from
the
salon
informing
me
that
they
would
not
be
able
to
proceed
with
the
services
unless
I
paid
4000
rupees
instead.
This
sudden
change
in
pricing
and
conditions
was
highly
disappointing
and
unprofessional.
As
a
customer,
I
believe
that
businesses
should
uphold
their
commitments
and
not
alter
terms
arbitrarily.
I
believe
it
is
important
to
share
this
experience
as
it
did
not
meet
the
expected
standards
of
customer
service
and
professionalism.
I
hope
that
the
salon
management
takes
this
feedback
into
consideration
and
works
towards
ensuring
a
more
consistent
and
reliable
experience
for
their
customers
in
the
future.
