Worst hotel ever ive seen dont stay here kind advice for the customers who were gonna visit this hotel. All the good ratings were fake the toilet in this hotel is worse than indian railway toilets rooms were also not clean. Choose any other best hotels in munnar. Even the bedsheet they provided is an used one without cleaned. The toilet wasnt cleaned eventhough. (This is an edited response for your reply. At that time we come here to stay from our college with an tour agent) last year march i think.

First of all, cleanliness is a great concern. We were a group of around 100 people and only few of us got clean rooms. The bedsheets were untidy. They changed the sheets once they're are asked to do. Next, hot water was not available in the washrooms. It was available only from morning 6:30. We checked in at 6pm in the evening and we cannot took a shower. It was raining heavily and very cold outside. No fans or ac in the rooms. Bathrooms were untidy, as we can find smoked cigarettes over the windopanes in the washroom. We were not feeling secured as the door locks was broken. No bathtowels and shower gels were provided. The stay is 1km away from Munar town.

Excellent rooms service and nice rooms. Worth for money. Happy to stay here. But the road condition is very poor to reach the property.

It was a good stay there. Visited during a rainy season. Overall ambiance was bit dark, but room was good enough for we three men. Additional bed was given on request.. and it cost only 150. During weekends there's a slight hike in the room, which is obvious in most inns. Seen some families enjoying their vacation as well Recommended if looking for budget rooms near Munnar. Limited parking facility. Free WiFi

Such a decent place for good stay! Town is less than a kilometer and special thanks for the people in Service and Reception for polite attitude! Highly Recommended.

The rooms were spacious, clean and organised, with a river facing balcony. There's a restaurant at ground floor with good options for tea, snacks, and food. The staff was courteous.

Hill station hotel at Munnar. Cozy and comfortable. Food style South-Indian. Unable to get our kind of semi North-Indian dinner.Overall nice experience.

The only suggestion we have is to enhance the breakfast options to provide more variety. Overall, our stay at KTDC Tea County was delightful, and we highly recommend it for a memorable family vacation.

Situated at very good location but still market area is so far away.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. While campfires, others are not allowed to see. The campfire is near our room; they play music. We can't sit or sleep in our room, and we are not allowed to come outside to see the campfire.

Hot water timing is only from 6am-10am and not available at evening time .....TV has only free channels,rooms are only 50% neat, coffee is very worst that they don't even add sugar and price list of food is too high

Terror Administration. Rooms are ok. For Camp fire they are charging 2500 for 50 minutes only. Extra 5 minutes also Not permitting, Even if no programs are available

Few things are not so appreciatable when it comes to room, hot water is provided but on time basis, I lived here for 3 days, food was okay.

A decent place to stay within reasonable price with your big family except the lodging is approx 1.5 Km away from the market area.

I went on a tour through college...it was very nice and the rooms were very nice. They gave good food. Everything we ask is given to us. It was very good. All facilities are available. Located in a very nice location...॥

Been to this resort with my family. Informed the hotel incharge that there will be 4 adults staying in a room. The hotel incharge did not mention the additional costs and simply took the advance and confirmed the booking assuming that there were kids in the room . On arrival which was a late check-in the rooms were still not cleaned for hours. upon repeated asking the basic facilities were provided. The staff was not cooperative and kept saying that things are not available. Would not recommend this hotel as the staff will never accept or provide anything on request and they are not welcoming as well. The staff clearly declined the things that were discussed while booking and prove you wrong to snatch extra money.

One of the worst hotel i have ever seen Unclean rooms No hot water in bathroom, Restaurant is not clean ,Dirty tumblers ,Unable to lock the rooms ,Tv not recharged, Harsh and irresponsibility staffs, food quality is average but cofee is worst extra money will be charged for complementary breakfast please don't visit this rooms.
