Very good hospital with lovely staff, All staff are treating patients with a smile that's the best thing I noticed, Consultation fees are depends on doctor, For canteen they have Paragon restuarant obviously food are good. And for car parking they are charging amout, also they provide pick and drop service to car parking that's also very good thing we don't need walk with aged people. Overall my experience was nice with this hospital.

When people talk about Aster, they talk about the view and the facilities. Of it being a 5 star hotel like hospital. Well, Aster is all of that and beyond! It’s indeed the best hospital I’ve been to in India with top notch facilities, but it’s also the best hospital I’ve been to, period. The staff is super helpful, will give you personal attention, they know each patient by their name and attend to you like family. I went to their gynaec department for my delivery and they made me feel at ease from day 1. A special shoutout to Jeffy & Deffy who are the main coordinators in the gynaecology dept. I have called them at unearthly hours and always had my phone answered. They spoke to me every time with patience and calmed the otherwise very hyper-me. They are the best support system that any pregnant woman can ask for. They will go out or their way to ensure your comfort. After all as a first time mother you have a lot of questions and all were answered! A must mention is to Dr. Zareena and Dr. Teena - both are unbelievably supportive and Dr. Zareena delivered my baby so she will always be super special to me 😍 Dr. Teena - you will feel like a friend is talking to you and not a doc, extremely sweet and one of the nicest people I have met! ALL the nurses are wonderful and they go beyond they duties to take care of you. The best part is how easy they make it for you. All their numbers are answered and if you have a query and you call them, they will ensure you get an easy solution. The coordinators are also available on WhatsApp for quick communication. Dr. Elsie the lactation specialist texted me back at 3am once, that’s how much they all care! You can easily book appointments on call - video or personal. I personally loved their monthly Zoom sessions - yoga, prenatal and post natal care with their top notch doctors. There isn’t a single person who didn’t go out of their way to attend to a patient. If you are new to Cochin and are confused about which hospital you can blindly trust in, then the answer is Aster. You can go there and surrender yourself to the best doctors, nurses and support staff there could be, and you will be walking out with a wide smile on your face. Stay healthy!

I'm glad to share that I had an outstanding experience at the hospital. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I was particularly impressed with the pharmacy staff who were not only knowledgeable but also polite and friendly. It's always reassuring to know that you're in good hands when you're not feeling your best, and this hospital definitely delivered on that front!

OMG!!!!, Unbelievable.. First time visiting this Hospital From the ambience From external and to the interior side looks so close to a 5 Star Hotel.Every corner is designed in way feel like an Architectural Masterpiece.I can write an essay only to explain the Beautiful ambience of this hospital. The front reception have live instrumental music, That is so relaxing for the patients and bystanders.Here every dependent have its own areas. So if u want to visit Cardio, go there take your appointment wait there. even new Admission card can me take in the same manner. Waiting area is enough to hold so many people with comfortable chairs.Doctors and staff are so friendly and ,I Loved it,Everyone will for sure.And there is some shops inside to buy chocolate ,stationery..etc.The Canteen cannot be called a canteen . it is a Paragon Group restaurant .Fo coffee and basic snack there is another cafeteria..Parking is very spacious and well arranged..

I had a very unpleasant stay at Aster Medcity from September 30th to October 3rd. My wife was admitted to the emergency room during this period due to a high fever, and she was 31 weeks pregnant at the time. After assessment, they agreed and informed me that she was ready to be moved to a regular room. Due to her condition, I requested a single room, and we waited for around 4 hours for one. However, due to the unavailability of a room and after 4 hours of waiting, a staff member promised me that a room would be ready around 8 o'clock that night. In the meantime, they moved us to the gynecology ward as agreed. Upon moving her to the gynecology ward, there was a miscommunication with the Aster staff. According to the doctor's recommendations, she needed a negative pressure isolation room, which Aster only identified after we had been shifted to the gynecology ward, which was full of babies and mothers. They subsequently moved us to another room and informed me that this was the designated room. When I asked about the bathroom in this room, they told me it was nearby and accessible through one ward. There was yet another argument regarding the need for a negative pressure isolation room, as she was a suspected case of measles, which is an airborne virus disease. Eventually, they moved her to an isolation room on the LG floor, and I have attached pictures for reference. I request that Aster staff take serious care, especially when dealing with pregnant women with viral infections. Some of the issues with the received room included: * Electrical outlets and switches were not safe and did not meet safety standards and all the points can not properly access due to unnecessary items misplacement. They appeared to have never received proper maintenance, posing risks to patients, bystanders, and attending staff. * The room was being used as a storage area for medical equipment and consumables. There was constant movement by other staff members retrieving these items, which was highly inappropriate for an isolation room and affected our privacy. * There was no provision for taking a shower, no available taps, no dress hanger and no access to hot water. * Waste disposal was located near the patient's bed and there is no separate area for the same. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the quality of care and facilities at Aster Medcity, particularly for patients with special needs like my wife.

Very suspicious way of operations. Zero transparency on what is happening. Varying doctors and doctor opinions each day. Surgeons who are rarely available to talk to. Facilities may be top notch, but the human touch is missing. And definite lack of expertise or coordination - major operations without check for fitness of the patient! Need good dedicated doctors and staff, not just good machines!

The best place i prefer to do any kind of surgeries if you have a insurance or budget. The service they provide is 5 stars as i experienced it from my side. The rooms, room service, food and all are really good. I strongly recommend here to do the things hazzlefree.

My friend Mr. Hashim Habeebulla whom I knew from Dubai Aster and who is currently with Aster Pharmacy Kerala Head when contacted, immediately referred us to the Neurology Department and made every effort to help us by introducing the Hospital staff Ms.Ambli Vijay Raghavan Chief Executive Officer, Ms.Honey CEO Secretary, Mr.Sreejith Krishnadev Chief Security Manager, Ms.Haripriya of The Insurance Department and Ms.Pamila Senior Billing Head who enabled us to get things moving for the treatment of my aunt. The team of Doctors of the Neurology Department must be thanked for their dedication and involvement. We received excellent service from the Doctors, Nursing Staff, including the support staff especially the Security staff and the Conservancy staff who were very professional in every sense of the word. The ambience and the clean environment was soothing and relaxing. There was no laxity even in the COVID Protocol.The well executed security system worked efficiently like a clock work machine in controlling and managing,the patients, the family members of the patients and the crowd that visited the hospital. Aster has treated us well, very professional and dedicated staff, it is expensive but for the price you get quality service, if a patient can get his surgery done with minimal complications he can get discharged faster and less hospital stay means less expenses, we had a similar surgery from a seemingly affordable hospital but landed up with complications from infections during icu stay which ultimately brought up the overall expenses. Even if they charge a premium imo its totally worth it. Thank you team aster.

The Best Hospital in Kerala. They are equipped with latest technology and best doctors with top class services. My mom underwent a thyroid operation which turned out to be a complicated one which was handled very well by the doctors . Also I had a full body check up done though Aster Wellness, which was just an amazing experience when compared to other labs or hospitals . The coordinators were very systematic and it went so smoothly and effortlessly. It takes almost half of the day for the whole process. Service was just excellent! The results were also provided by the time we were about to leave. Had Doctor consulations which was also best.

My wife was admitted here for a surgery in the Urology department. A hospital with experienced doctors, modern facilities and very good ambience. Friendly and helpful staffs. Ample parking space. At OP section unnecessary waiting should be avoided. Can be more systematic and should keep the time schedule promptly. Workload of the department coordinator's seems to be very hectic. Insurance section need to work more responsibly and effectively to get maximum cashless approvals to the customers.

Update: Finally had to cancel appointment after 1.5 hours waiting with a malnourished diabetic patient. Trully remarkable promise - "We'll treat you well!" 😜 It is a real displeasure to see that a patient arrives for a 3'o clock appointment on time, only to be informed that the next patient to be consulted is the 1'o clock appointment. Seems just because the patients time is of no value to the ones who decided to put a number of 10-minute slot appointments. At least, someone should be graceful enough to inform patients, to be ready to spend a full day even for the basic consultation. So in short, very pathetic first experience! Not to mention the total disregard to Covid protocols (Social distancing) at a time when hospitals are supposed to follow it most strictly!

This is one of the best hospitals in Ernakulam. The facilities and services were extremely pleasing. I went there for my surgery a week ago. The nurses and doctors were too friendly to safeguard us from anxiety and tension. The room services and hospitality are top-notch. The food given to patients was well-cooked and served with utmost cleanliness. Every staff are well behaved and assisted me to go through the process with ease.

It was great experience all the staffs including Doctors, Nurses are very gentle and caring, when ever calling for help always nurses and staffs are there for helping with a smile on face. I'm leaving the hospital today in a very good mood. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative in the nursing care, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations departments. Best hospital in Cochin.. I have been through many of the top famous hospitals here but Aster is top notch. I have chosen their Platinum health plan and the hospitality was mind blowing. I was worried with the huge crowd but the Wellness team, Ms. Jinsa MJ helped me with the entire schedule like a cake walk. She accompanied me through out the entire process without even having food or rest. There were about 40 tests in the plan where we have to run around the hospital. The team is well arranged and their system is heavily recommended. They knew what to do and when, you will feel like a five star resort with their facilities on board. The nurses and doctors are so welcoming and friendly. I am so happy to be here, by which I was able to diagnose my health issues and got 100% results. Heavily recommended.

Visited the aster wellness center today for a periodical medical checkup. The total service is commendable. Wellness coordinator Jinsa was really helpful and pleasant in assisting us with each of the tests and consultations. The entire facility is nice and warm. The paragon restaurant adds to the charm..

The hospital has all facilities, and the doctors are well-experienced with a good attitude towards the patients. The staff's behavior was appreciated. There was a very large area outside the hospital for walking and refreshing. One of the best things I noticed during the visit time is a live musical program conducted every day for refreshing. A very big vehicle parking area is available, but it is paid, which is not a fair thing.

Stayed here for a minor surgery for 3 days. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Stayed in deluxe room and the view from here is also beautiful.

Sharing our extremely traumatic experience related to our father’s admission in this so called ‘multi specialty’ hospital. We are totally aware of Covid and it’s complications, but we can NEVER EVER ACCEPT the medical negligence from the hospital and ABSOLUTELY REGRET OUR DECISION CHOOSING THIS HOSPITAL! My dad tested positive for Covid on Jan 21st and got admitted to the hospital on same day due to age and risk factors. At the time of admission, he had mildest symptoms only. His ecg, X-ray and scan were all normal. His oxygen level was 99. We had already expressed our concerns and had clearly told the medical team about his previous history of respiratory issue(asthma and cough), several times. However,After few days, my father started to develop breathing issues, cough and his oxygen level started dropping off from 99. We were so worried and informed this to the staff. They said it’s totally fine. His oxygen started dropping low, started showing severe breathing difficulties and the staff still told that it’s totally fine and he is stable.(which is actually not!). ALL THEY GAVE WAS COUGH SYRUP !! They kept on ignoring our concerns. My dad started complaining about chest burns and his situation got worse, unable to get up or even do the basic tasks like going to bathroom. Still the staff didn’t take any seriousness and just gave gas medicines. HIS OXYGEN LEVEL DROPPED BELOW 78 and that’s the only time they took things seriously and moved him to ICU. ALL THESE DAYS, NO FURTHER CHECK UPS like ECG,SCAN WERE TAKEN, even though he is under risk and Covid can deteriorate health so fast. Even in ICU, my dad kept on complaining about chest pain.They did angio later and found out that my dad ‘SUFFERED MAJOR HEART ATTACK’. FEW POINTS TO HIGHLIGHT THAT SHOWS THE LACK OF PRO ACTIVENESS AND NEGLIGENCE OF THE COVID STAFF : 1) There were always delays in communication from the team to us. When dad was in ICU, we had to wait till next day afternoon to get the updates. When we call, most of the time, there are no response from them. 2) There is another weird policy/EXCUSE , that since it’s Covid patients , ECG, SCAN etc are done only at late night and patients had to wait whole day. this causes delays in the treatment and is extremely stressful for patients and families. MAJOR FLAWS: 3) Patients under risk category are not being given any proper attention . 4) When patient complain about any issues, it’s not even being given any seriousness at all by the nurses and duty doctors. Every thing is ‘normal’ according to them. 5) An elderly patient whose situation worsened and could not even get up from bed was considered AS STABLE WITHOUT DOUBLE CONFIRMING with further MEDICAL CHECK UPS like ecg, scan etc. I now doubt if the duty doctor and nurses alerted this deteriorating condition to senior doctors. I even doubt if he and nurses has got a proper medical qualification! 6) When a patient COMPLAIN CONTINUOUSLY about CHEST BURNS and BREATHING DIFFICULTIES,UNABLE to do daily activity, it was disregarded as gas and gave gas tablets. HOW On Earth, an efficient medical team do that? Why didn’t you guys even feel like doing additional tests to double check? 7) No priority or criticality based on classification of patients in COVID critical category. 8) When a patient with Oxygen level from 99 starts dropping and BELOW 90, how come a Doctor say that ITS NORMAL?? At one point he was not even listening to our concerns and said it is all good! 9) THERE WERE CLEARLY DELAYS and medical lapses BEFORE ADMITTING TO ICU after the initial testing. 10) IF YOU CANNOT GIVE PROPER CARE TO COVID patients, especially elderly,DONT take. You have denied our opportunities to give my father good care and treatment in other hospitals like Amritha that give extremely good care for patients under risk category( based on our relatives experience) My dad couldn’t make it. HE PASSED AWAY DUE to HEART Failure and other complications within a week of ICU admission. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED AND HEART BROKEN THAT OUR PAPA HAD TO GO THROUGH ALL THESE PAIN.

They have good infrastructure and medical equipments. But, the hospital is business minded and do not give proper care to the patients. They are mainly focusing to maintain the accreditation however they are failing to give proper care to the patients compared to other hospitals which are not having the same branding. The nursing staff are not trained enough. HR team are hiring freshers to handle the critical patients which is dangerous and I am not sure how they have received 4.6 rating. It is overhyped only based on their infra and other facilities. Hospital management should not simply look for profits while neglecting basic ethics.

My previous visit before today was in 2019. Now the wellness department had changed excellently. I finished my all checkups in platinum package by 3 pm , with exceptional support and assistance from wellness coordinator Mrs. Jemin. All the supporting services included in the package was outstanding.

My mother was admitted here for a surgery . Lots of parking space, a hospital with modern facilities and very good and friendly and helpful staff. Was able to communicate with the doctors even being overseas. Unnecessary waiting time should be avoided at reception/billing area. Should be more systematic and should keep the time schedule promptly. Once surgery is over patient and bystander should get the room on time had to wait 24hrs to get the room.

It's a well maintained multi speciality hospital with lots of medical facilities. They have different departments dealing with a verity of complex medical issues attended by group of hard working specialists in variety of streams. Hospital staff on the site are very pleasant in nature and are ready to assist any time when we needed their help. The staff put a lot of effort to well maintain and smooth running of hospital (a special hands off appreciation to the security staff and cleaning department they are tirelessly working around the clock for the upkeep of the place) . Even though standards set by the hospital is very high in my opinion the remuneration is comparatively normal. They provide different types of scans , blood tests , Xray and other amenities. I am very much pleased by their service 👍👍.. Only negative thing I felt was the cafeteria area downstairs was not enclosed and everyone is passing by the table while we were dinning, that felt as we were dinning on a street , they need to revamp that area and build a specially built closed area for cafeteria only since it is a hospital and the way towards labs and blood bank passes through here so i felt it as very unhygienic. NB:- I don't know if any other cafeteria area is available if so please excuse my comment😊.

It’s an awesome experience to be shared with my daughter in Aster Medicity EKM. The treatment and care provided by the entire team from the emergency department to the admissions floor nursing section to the doctors team were very pleasing. The entire doctors team were very confident in sorting out the root cause of the disease and giving us courage and hope from the beginning. Last but not the least the senior pediatric consultant Doctor Mr. George Paul was a down to earth, skilled and professional , highly encouraging and one of the best doctor that I have ever met. He was very quick in identifying the disease of Kawasaki in my child. Adding to that the initial doctor in consultation also was very explanatory in detailing the disease. She is Pediatric gastro Doctor Ms. Geetha. All over it’s an option that any one who opt for right treatment plan should go for. More to that if I don’t mention about food services, it will be unfair. Mr. Arshad , food providing staff was very keen in providing the needed food stuff to my kid the way the health situation demands with the wide options available getting with ease and in right time. He is to be much appreciated for the service. Our floor nurses irrespective of all shifts were purely professional and true to their ethical values.

It's a well established hospital. BUT if they could just enlarge the font size of the sign boards it would make a huge difference. Aster is a huge area , so navigation is a crucial factor.

I started taking treatment from Aster medcity from my pregnancy period which was 1 year back. We were very much satisfied with their services then. Unfortunately their service is depriving day by day. The number of people visiting there gets increased but the number of staff to manage is the same. Hence getting delayed with the services especially at the pharmacy And at the insurance desk. The shortage of room availability is yet another problem. Also they simply charges for unnecessary things. Still I am wondering why they charged thermometer and tablets for gas problem for which I went there for leg pain. :)

Really great about the service. Personally I recommend Dr.Jeffey George, Gastric Department. Dr is really down to earth and spends his valuable time hearing the whole issues with history, without any hesitation. After verifying all the problems, with or without the help of any tests he prescribed me the medicine.. Even after this procedure the doctor personally explained about the test and it results, if I recommend anything else if it is good he supports that otherwise he clarifies why it's not good now.. The nurses and other staff in the Gastric section are so helpful and empathetic towards the patients.. So I will prefer the Aster Medicity for Gastric problems especially Dr Jeffrey George as one of the senior consultants.

I have had excellent service from doctors and sicu nurses.. After surgery, the patient was transferred from the cardiac ICU to the HDU department. But the HDU staff said that at present they have more patients and therefore cannot take this patient and they got into a verbal argument. How frustrating such experiences can be for a patient recovering from cardiac surgery..I don't even like to remember my bad experience from HDU department..

Highly recommend!! I am born and raised in Dubai and came to India on holiday. I was admitted to Astermedcity after being in ICU in another 2 hospitals where parents were given the ‘anything can happen in next 48 hours’ notice. My BP was high, heartbeat 140, high fever, indigestion, oxygen saturation 95. I was showing all symptoms of COVID but was tested negative 4 times. A friendly relative recommended my parents to take me as soon as possible to Astermedcity, and they did on emergency in an ambulance from Thrissur to Ernankulam. After arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality facility and extremely good care I received here for the next 15 odd days. I felt absolutely in the right hands under the expert pulmonology team. They figured out exactly what was wrong and saved my life. I had aspiration pneumonia a complicated and rare pneumonia. Big thanks to Dr. Elizabeth Sunila, Dr. Praveen Valsalan, Dr. Sajin Mathew ( who did my bronchoscopy and lung toiletting perfectly ) Dr. Michelle and Dr. Nabeel. The hospitality, hygiene, modern technology, fully automated bed, catering team ( special mention to Ms. Vanaja and her manager, and Mr. Ansari) nursing team ( Ms. Dona ) and a great room with a view (that kept me and my parents going) was best in class and I can say that being well travelled around the world! I must say I really felt every interaction with every staff that they really cared. ( HR and training team - really great hiring and training!! Well done) Kerala truly deserves such a fantastic facility. I thank Mr. Azad Moopen and his vision. One example is when I was at radiology for an ultrasound and cleaned off all the gels off my body, I forgot to throw the tissue off and was holding it in my hand. The junior staff there noticed that and said ma’am let me get that for you. It’s just simple things like that. Another example was the care given to my elderly parents both above 60 and my bystanders in the peak of omicron wave in Jan 2022. We truly felt safe and cared for. They were not in a great place mentally seeing their daughter fight for her health and life and were stuck in the hospital room with me for 21 days too. One day Dad said when he went down to get some tea snacks from the cafe, there is live flute and music at the international reception downstairs. He was so happy. Thank you everybody at Astermedcity for everything. Truly 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I will leave India 🇮🇳 knowing and in peace that my parents have Astermedcity within reach incase of any emergencies. Booked aster well women comprehensive health check up. The doctors are excellent and professional but the admin staff and technicians really need training. Booked the package online and made payment as well but had to wait almost one hour in the reception. Due to lack of coordination had to walk to and fro between floors and departments many times. Also absolute zero Covid protocols both in hospital and especially in canteen. Wellness and regular patients have their xray and scan done in the same area so have to wait for long to get tests done.

Yeah... If you need the world-class treatment, you have to come here. There are people to take care of your needs right from the reception, the doctor's desk, to other departments. Believe me you get extra care. Finest rooms and services. Food for the patient is as per dietician. Room service is done every day and additionally as per request. You get washed linen every day, air conditioned rooms with wifi and television. A bathroom with 5 star facilities. I underwent an operation, and i didn't feel that I'm getting operated there. Even the anaesthesia is given after sedation or numbing the area. I was given maximum comfort and psychological support. I have never experienced something like this is any hospital. A huge building with staffs for everything, clean and tidy. A fully aur conditioned hospital, a dust bin on every nook and corner, 24 hours cleaning. It was unbelievable to see a state bank branch working inside the hospital, ATM machines at convenient places, parking facility for numerous vehicles at the same time. You get a good smell anywhere inside this hospital. Fantastic garden. People come to your room timely to enquire your well being and to see if patient is ok.. Doctors with international working experience and empathy. There's no nothing better than this

Very good corporate hospital in kochi India. The hospital area is enormous with excellent decoration. Main hospital complex is separated from nearest public road by a long road, so the inside ambience is very calm and quiet. Interior is also nice. It has a well decorated cafeteria also, which provides fresh quality foods. But the foods are a bit pricy, I must say.

I am using Aster medcity home care services for dressing. The following nurses comes to my home. Shagi, Roshma, Divya and Gobi. They are very professional, follow the medical protocol while handling the dressing materials. I am very happy with the services.

I'm currently at the emergency room and they have put me in isolation ward with a positive patient across me, isolation ward should be used for monitoring covid suspects, but here they are mixing the suspects and the positive patients together, putting everyone at high risk.I came to ER as a case of High fever, yet even after multiple requests for a blanket the staffs haven't been cooperative. They are very arrogant and I haven't been given proper care. I am currently freezing here and they just don't seem to care. Such irresponsible way of behaviour is absolutely surprising from such an "esteemed hospital ". Really dissapointed.

Good experience, friendly staffs. Also their canteen food for patients was very good. They prepared food for patients as per their diet only. I would like to mention one person who was serving food for us -Ansari, he is a good person with good heart. While serving food, he always comes with a smile.

I was admitted in Aster for a surgery and stayed in the ICU for one day and after in the ward for 6 days. During my stay I have received very good care especially the nurses in the ICU (cannot recollect their names) was very compassionate. All the gastro doctors team, staff nurses, physiotherapists all were very caring and excellent service. Also nursing assistant did a good job, housekeeping services was very good also. Very clean and good atmosphere.

Today on 4th February 2023 visited Aster wellness center for a complete health check up. Started at 8 am did all blood checks and they send us for a breakfast in a houseboat with a back water cruise. After returning completed the balance check ups and had a wonderful lunch from paragon restaurant provided by Aster wellness. It was a wonderful experience, a day well spent in a hospital and enjoyed their hospitality. overall staff and doctors were very helpful luckily I had no major issues as well. Thanks team Aster wellness for this experience.

Overall experience is good , but need more synchronised and fast process flow. Despite getting all my test reports after consulting from doctor, i had to wait long time to meet the doctor again to show the results. The admin staffs could easily allowed us and we could have left the hospital early, but they force us to wait.

We had availed the physiotherapy at home service from Aster. It was a very professional service provided by Tessy. She used to come regularly as per the schedule and made-sure the patient was comfortable and ensured the exercises were done regularly. She was very accommodative of suggestions and changes. I had taken a wellness package at Aster was thoroughly impressed by the quality and service. All the doctors and nurses were very kind and patient. The routine was seamlessly organized- the wellness coordinator especially Jinsa was very helpful. Whole body check up was a wholesome package including ECG, scan , echo and treadmill test even dental and vision. The hospital was neat and very well maintained. Totally impressed by the experience. Poor quality for treating the patients.time wasting .i will not recommend anyone for this hospital bcze the patients are waiting so much hrs for consulting doctors.today i have the same situation .i have waited for nuero department bt the doctor still in his cab but he is not willing to consult .and we wait around more than 3 hour .the doctor have only 2 patient and he is not consul the patient. I do not recommend this hospital at all to anyone who has serious illness and needs critical care .Everyone know that aster is expensive, though we opted aster to treat my father, because I thought he would get the best service in the city. My father has undergone a surgery in neurology department, the surgery was successful but the follow up was pathetic . They delayed to communicate an abnormal biopsy report . Due to this medical negligence , his further treatment delayed and had a poor prognosis.

Only suggestion - to permit 2 bystanders at night for exceptional old age patients who cannot sleep at night and needs continuous support through out the day. Otherwise it would be tedious for the bystander to spend sleepless nights, if the patient needs 24 hours care. (I do agree the 24 hours support provided by the nursing staff).

My father had admitted in MICU of Aster Medcity. He was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis . The treatment was given by a team of doctors lead by Dr Anuroop and Dr. Bipi. I felt that the facilities and the treatment were pre eminent. I have to convey my gratitude to nursing staff, and especially to the co-ordinator Mr.Shanavas, who had attended our every requirements. His consoling words and support were comforted us on those of crisis period. Even though my dad answered call from the almighty. We are happy that he got the best treatment and care on his last days. Hospital seems like a resort. International level hospital. Consulted cardiac department dr. Rajashekhar varma. Got good medical care and advice. The only problem felt is there Unnecessary waiting time should be avoided at reception and billing area. That Should be more systematic and should keep the time schedule promptly. The car parking area is a mess and needs to be improved. Overall hospital is very good.

Very comfortable and nice atmosphere when enters hospital doorstep. It gives positive vibes to the patients. The coordination was excellent, which helps bystander to be with the dear ones rather than rushing. Rooms and nursing care is above par. "Aster treated us very well".

Overall the hospitality and treatment are good. But waiting at the pharmacy for medicine is a headache. Around 3:15 pm got the token and waited till 4:40 pm to get the medicine from pharmacy. Only two counters are available in most of the pharmacies. Hope the authorities will sort this out.

Awful experience. Go here at your own risk. My story: - As patient cannot wait for long time, I tried booking an appointment Online, which took almost 45 minutes to complete. - When I reached hospital, it took one hour to park the car and reach the OP Main lobby. Some Lounge music is there at reception :D reminding me of Bangalore pubs. Customers have to "scream out loud" for the receptionist to hear anything - When I told the OP receptionist that I have booked an appointment, they told it cannot be used and I have to fill a registration form myself (thankfully they had a pen). - After filling it carefully, I shared the form with the receptionist. But they told it needs to be submitted at a different place. - Reached a billing place and waited almost 45 minutes to complete the registration. For payment, found out that their credit card device is not working. Thankfully had some cash and got the receipt. - Now the only good thing. The Doctors are awesome. The consultation was excellent - Getting medicines pharmacy is a nightmare. Token will be there to pay, but no notification whatsoever when the medicines are ready. It took an hour for me to get the medicine. They have lots of TVs, graphics, token generator, music etc. etc. But no mic for the pharmacist. - My medicines for 3 weeks were worth 6500 Rupees. But no carry bag for that amount of medicines. I had to carry all by myself. Clear indicator of bad customer experience - When I checked the receipt the address entered was of completely wrong. - After consultation, I went back to the main lobby to check whether they can do anything about the address change as it can later cause issues with medical insurance and all - The female receptionist was so kind enough to reply me that - "I cannot do anything Sir" :-) for the mistake her colleagues have made. - She pointed towards her right and told that there is some Medical records room where I have to go and change the address. - It took 30 minutes for me to find out this room This is all I remember. The treatment I received at Astermedcity which was for a post Covid-19, reinfection (I was admitted to the Covid ward in the same hospital a couple of weeks back) was commendable. The team of Doctors under Dr Elizabeth (even under quite challenging circumstances of the Pandemic), was quite understanding, patient and some very Senior Drs from other functions like Palliative, Infectious Diseases etc. also involved and showed a lot of concern and offered great moral support. Overall care from the customer care department, staff nurses, and also canteen services supervised from Ms Vanaja, Ansari etc. helped me in getting better. I trust they will all endeavour to keep the reputation of Astermedicity high. A suggestion or rather feedback, however is that it may make a big difference if all Senior Drs are also in uniforms with respective name tags displayed when they make their rounds so that Patients would not have to find out seperately who has consulted them. The QR code for insights, "Did we treat you well" does not seem to be active. Please see some screenshots. Overall the treatment in my opinion so far has been successful from a patient point of view.

Wonderful hospitality and environment. Advanced facilities and specialized for liver transplantation surgeries. Well maintained premises and planted enough vegetation. I recently had to stay at the hospital for a day, and I must say that my experience was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and I felt like I was in good hands with the medical staff. The food provided was also very good and made me feel like I was being well taken care of. Ria was my favorite nurse during my hospital stay. She was incredibly kind and professional. The facilities are top-notch, the staff is attentive, and the level of care is truly exceptional.

I recently delivered my first baby in Aster and I truly couldn't have asked for a better hospital for the same. The doctors are very well experienced and they help us in clearing even the smallest doubts with utmost patience. We even had antenatal classes and antenatal yoga to prepare us for a great birthing experience.The services and the heartwarming gesture of all the staff right from security, support staff, canteen staff, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, insurance staffs, billing staffs and many more are worth mentioning.The facilities provided by the hospital is top notch and the way they keep the hospital and its premises so clean and beautiful can never be ignored.Overall great services at nominal prices.

Had a great experience at Aster Medicity Cochin.Admission process and getting a room is bit difficult.Doctors and nurses were all so kindful.Had consulted Dr.Sandeep Prabhakar he is such a down to earth person.Before going ahead with the procedure for my dad he had clearly explained the Pros and Cons of the procedure.Staffs were also so co-operative.Especially Hiba who is the Customer relation executive did all the needfull during our hospital stay.
