I

I
did
complaint
in
all
the
places,
but
no
responses.
I
noticed
that
the
charges
for
this
treatment
is
way
higher
than
the
normal.
My
father
didn’t
get
any
treatment
other
than
for
fever,
for
which
you
claimed
Rs
39,654/-.
just
for
2
and
half
days.
Firstly,
he
have
serious
kidney
problem,
but
he
didn’t
get
any
treatment
from
the
Nephrologist.
I
was
informed
that
Nephrologist
will
visit
us
on
Thursday
but
the
doctor
didn’t
arrive.
Later,
I
was
shocked
to
know
that
you
don’t
have
a
Nephrologist!
I
was
forced
me
to
stay
till
today
(1st
February,
2021)
as
you
claimed
that
your
new
nephrologist
will
arrive
today.
But
I
didn’t
wanted
to
take
another
chance.
If
the
doctor
don’t
arrive,
staying
in
your
hospital
will
be
an
extra
huge
expense
for
me.
Secondly,
my
father
had
a
fall
and
got
hurt
on
his
right
leg
and
chest.
I
was
asked
to
do
the
chest
scanning,
but
other
than
that
nothing
happened.
Also,
unnecessary
multiple
scanning
was
taken
due
to
the
improper
scanning
taken
by
your
technician
which
has
resulted
as
an
extra
expense
for
me.
Thirdly,
only
after
complaining
multiple
times,
the
junior
doctor
gave
an
ointment
but
which
was
latter
replaced
by
another
duty
doctor
which
also
has
resulted
as
an
extra
expense
for
me.
.
Fourth,
I
was
asked
for
previous
prescription
and
I
understand
that
my
father
was
again
prescribed
as
per
prescription
which
I
showed.
Because
I
don’t
see
any
extra
medicine
other
that
what
he
was
already
having.
They
didn't
offer
the
support
of
a
cardiologist
to
the
patient.
Fifth,
Once,
when
it
was
a
time
to
give
medicine
to
my
father,
one
of
your
nurse,
kept
2
tablets
of
same
kind,
which
I
noticed
and
informed
another
nurse
to
check
if
it
was
correct.
On
realizing
she
soon
removed
one
tablet.
If
not
this
could
have
resulted
in
a
serious
health
issue
due
to
over
doze.
I
had
to
wait
for
more
than
half
an
hour
to
get
a
support
from
the
second
nurse.
Sixth,
While
shifting
the
room
I
never
got
any
help,
which
you
are
supposed
to
provide
as
you
have
the
policy
of
allowing
only
one
person
with
the
patient.
Somehow
I
managed
it
myself
though
my
father
was
not
in
proper
conscious
or
in
a
condition
of
walking.
It
was
the
most
horrible
experience
I
had
in
your
hospital,
as
I
had
to
leave
my
father
alone
to
carry
medicines
and
other
stuffs
from
one
room
to
another
Seventh,
One
Thursday,
my
father
though
being
a
sugar
patient
couldn’t
have
his
lunch
till
4.30
PM
because
of
your
nurse’s
utter
irresponsibility.
He
was
put
on
IV
trip,
and
despite
of
requesting
them
to
remove
it
for
sometimes
so
that
I
can
feed
my
father
before
taking
him
for
the
scheduled
scanning
at
2.30,
but
the
nurses
didn’t
listen
and
they
directly
took
him
for
scanning
and
brought
him
back
at
4.30
which
is
a
total
inhuman
act
by
the
attended
nurses.
Not
taking
proper
food
on
time
had
resulted
him
in
lots
of
disturbance
during
the
night
due
to
gas
and
other
issues.
Later,
a
doctor
had
to
visit
to
treat
him.
To
an
utter
shock
I
came
to
know
that,
the
scanning
done
on
that
day
was
not
proper
and
had
to
rescan
on
the
next
day.
In
addition
to
all
the
above,
the
rooms
are
not
clean,
toilet
closet
was
shaky,
Washbasin
had
blockage,
couldn’t
open
the
window
as
bad
and
stingy
odor
was
coming
from
outside
due
waste
materials
thrown
out
which
we
can
see
from
the
window
itself.
Hence
there
was
no
proper
ventilation
inside
the
room.
Also,
as
per
the
attached
Insurance
mail
They
are
not
supposed
to
take
Rs
255/
from
me.
But
still
I
was
forced
to
pay
this
amount.
