Staff behavior is so rude and full of attitude, as if apple is owned by them. even tim cook will not have such an attitude. very bad experience. it is better to buy from reliance store rather than from these pathetic jokers.

Please be careful while buying from here. If you are ready for worst experience (in case of problem) then go buy from here. They say that buying online might be risky but this store can change your mind making the offline purchase risky as well. I bought iPhone13 2 days back. I noticed that iPhone logo was scratched from inside 2 days after purchase. I complained to them that I have been given a defective piece, but they didn't exchange, or return and refuse to provide any resolution. There's no point of purchasing from this store if they can't even sort out for manufacturing defects. Now I have to send my phone to Bangalore and wait for 10 days for resolution which they could have handled at their end as it is a manufacturing defect.

I asked to them the price of Iphone 7plus 32Gb varient and they said 42000rs and on official apple website the price is 37900. So icrest is providing very bad service I am very disappointed by this. You can buy iphones online on flipkart at very low price.

Staff behaviour is not good at all, very rude and impolite. They don't give carry bag with the products.

Its ok store they are only authorised reseller so they can't provide official apple offers like Education Discounts etc selling some 3rd party accessories also at very high price. When I visited the New MacBook Pros were not in operation they were totally discharged even when plugged in . There was no iPad pro 2021 demo only air and 9th gen . Stock was not available for iMac and IPhone 13 all colours . Store manager excuse was no demand for the products .
