When I went last month, the haircut cost me ₹300 but this time it was ₹500. I asked why and Tina at the reception said that they charge for the hair wash also even if I had already washed my hair just before the haircut and didn’t need to have it washed again at Hair Raiserz. The staff who provide the services are very courteous and do a good job but the rates should not be left to the receptionist. She was also insistent that I share my mobile number if I wanted a bill. I refused and she did not give me a proper invoice with GST number. She said she can only WhatsApp it to me because their system was down.

The service along with the pleasant ambient environment made it a very nice experience. Along with the above, Ashish here provided service which went above and beyond the call. Would recommend!

Got haircut done from Akram last month. It was my first experience at the salon and I must say I am pretty much impressed by their services. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The salon is undoubtedly the best salon I’ve ever been too in tricity, Owner and staff are very well spoken. I got the best haircut nd colour done by Mr. Satpal nd Mr. Manish in the salon, Couldn’t go to any other salon for any hair service after that as they are providing best nd does their work very patiently nd properly, I also got the keratin treatment there which made my hair frizz free for at least next 5-6 months. They also have amazing beauty services I personally got facial done by Ms. Sapna nd got waxing done by Ms. Anjali they are so skilled who make me flawless by her beauty services.. Great vibes! The place only looks good, but the staff is unprofessional in the sense they don’t really know to how cut hair. Please be wary of cutting your hair here, especially men since they won’t value your instructions, and when you tell them to shorten your hair they completely ruin your hairline and make you nearly bald. They will include a hairwash to make up for it though.

The salon does not have anyone with any knowledge of how to cut or dry curly hair. They do not even own a diffuser. The cut is so bad and the staff does not know how to communicate and work with the customer’s need. Despite asking them to not cut too much of the volume and length they went ahead and did that. I don’t think they even understood what I was saying. Additionally, they try to sell you treatments and point out things you should fix with your hair. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone or ever go here again.

It's a very professional, unpretentious yet undeniably cool environment at the hair raisez salon. The staff is extremely polite & cooperative. I've been there twice for my hair botox treatment and I have to say that the staff is very well spoken & cooperative, especially with someone as finicky as me. Special thanks to Mr. Manish for his patience and cooperation. I genuinely don't recall everyone's names but I would like to thank each staff member for their effort. I would greatly recommend & rate their services a good 10/10. Cheers!

The entire exp at the salon was worth every penny. The staff was very friendly and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The salon itself was clean and well maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
