The project is delayed and builder is giving false commitments for possesion of Tower A. Builder has not finished the work and hence not getting OC for Tower A . Management does not treat buyer's well. Most of the comments you see here are paid and made by the owner, truth is that you pay the full amount and the team around you would start making fun with the words NEXT MONTH and this is the practice since 2021. It is one of the excellent project in sector 16. Though Tower A delivery was little delayed but every other aspects are good. Registry is open with Greater Noida Authority. Small society neet and clean, well maintained.

It is shocking to see that I have bought a home and it seems that I am still living in a rent house. They are charging 3.5/sq as a maintenance charges without any prior notice and intimation and lack of maintenance facility by the builder. They are charging gym with the rate of commercial gym and you will be laughed to hear that they are asking Rs.1180 per person. Kindly noted its per person and after that it is still less equipment. If you are looking for the property kindly check before buying it. Its your own hard money. I am giving one star as it doesnt have less than this.

Builder do not fulfil commitment which was promised during Flat booking time and This month Sudden hike in Maintenance from 2 Rs per sft to 3.5 Rs per sft plus GST without any notification. I advise please think before investment in this group.

Awesome Society with best people living here, Yes it's a quite premium and luxury project, but every penny is worth to invest in this project. Builder and the management is also really nice. I have attached few photos from my flat aerial view of the society and the swimming pool.
