Worst hospital management, staff, doctor, hygiene, and caring of patients I have ever seen in my life in hospital so pathetic hospital, mouse are roaming not on bed even on patients, no cleaning dirty walls. Floor, washroom, night staff come to the hospital and get well sleep, no one cares for patients, no manner to talk, don't know which medicine has to give to the patients, if you have any problem so you have to call nursing staffed at least 15 to 20 times then they will comes with the answer of its fine this things happens to patients .please if you all Love your life don't go to the park hospital they will make you die before your time

Park hospital services are excellent. Overall experience is good and the staff very polite. They take care of the hygiene. Our DR.Nidhi Gupta is very polite.and she is very cooperative. And the head sister kamla mam is also very loving and caring.

My father in law was admitted in this hospital for treatment of chest infection and brain clotting. Worst experience i had in this hospital, he was in icu for a week, during this period noone took care of them, he got bed sore becausethey were not even removing wet sheets on time, his condition deteriorated in this hospital. We spoke to Dr Gulati to know the status. Dr Gulati has no knowledge, he must be carrying fake degree. He told us that he is in a last stage and now we should take him home and take care of them or they will transfer to another hospital. We agreed on transferring to another hospital, during the day of transfer they did not serve any meal to the patient, transfer happened in the evening and patient was telling us that he js very hungry be ause hospital did not guve anything. On papers, instead of transfer that idiot Dr gulati mentioned discharged instead of transfer due to which we faced problem in another hospital. Now he is in another hospital, his bed sore is cured, he has even started eating from the mouth whereas Gulati told us that he will bever be able to eat from mouth and only liquid diet has to be served through pipe. His condition is getting stable in another hospital. Thank god we transferred him otherwise Gulati and his stupid illiterate doctor would have killed him in the hospital.. if you love your friends and family, then never ever go to Park hospital faridabad, very unhygiene and worst doctors like Saurabh Gulati.

My father got admitted in such a ridiculous and pathetic hospital, We had left our father in inexperienced doctor's hand i.e. Mr. Saurabh Gulati & Mridula. They are such a stupid and skill less doctors. Also, Doctor Mridula (ICU), stupid and inexperienced doctor i have ever interacted. They did not treated my father well, never cleaned his body and left him starving. This hospital almost left us numb by stating that we should get my father discharged and do "his seva paani ghar par"...... i mean what is this!!????? But thank God he is a survivor. In fact , the current hospital is much better and treated him well. Park hospital is untidy & unhygienic due to this father got bed sores, he had rashes on his body, his bed sheets never get changed on time. Horrible experience we had with this hospital. Request you all please never ever take your patients to this pathetic hospital.

Facilities are excellent provided to the patient's, like food , cleaning everything. I did not face any one issue here , came for dengue treatment . Today is my discharge and I am feeling very well . Thanks to all Dr. Team and all management to providing excellent facilities to their all patients.

Admitted for Corona treatment in MAY 2021, got well treatment. Dr.Saurav Gulati was very polite and helpful during treatment . Nursing care in ICU-1 was good, Specially recommending two name: 1. Ms Monisha 2. Mr. Amit ,both were outstanding. Coordination from Ms Mandeep, Staff Manager, helped a lot Thanks for care me and treat me .

Hospital is very nice neat and clean like Army hospital , staff is very hardworking here and nice behavior. Doctors are highly educated and well behavior. The best thing is discipline managed by Dr. Gahlot Sir.

One of the pathetic hospital i have ever seen. They don't allow attended with patients & also they don't provide report Xerox copy with discharge paper. MRI reports took almost 30 hours. Management is really sucks. Nurse call Bell at patient bed works but when nurse will come you never know. They will take the picture with patients during the discharge time & also they will fill the feedback form by themself & took the patient signature. Picture will be posted on internet & people will think that this hospital take care of the patient. I will not suggest anyone to visit this hospital ever if your loved ones. I will like to give nagative rating but unfortunately there's is not having option for it

If you are well wisher of your relative or of any human being in the universe please do not recommend this ghostpital. My maternal uncle was admitted wrong MRI done and on that basis doctors were compelling for doing operation. If it was not on esi panel no living person will enter here. Shame on the staff also. Bed sheets dirty, food quality third class.

Over all experienced with the facilities and treatment provided and amenities of the hospital is good. I would recommend the people around for the treatment. Dr. Pooja Khundia Medicine consultant is good, polite and keen to know the patient problems and yeah overall love it.

My father who retired from MCD has gone surgery treatment at this hospital in 07/2023, for reimbursement of this bill some query raised by the MCD. So, I have gone hospital to provide the query details, at reception Ms Archana write down the query point and told me she will intimate me in 3-4 days. Surprisingly after 4 days she intimate me to collect the query details. I am very thankful to administrative staff of the hospital & specially Ms. Archana. In my opinion she is very humble, polite & cooperative.Keep it up that behaviour for future also.

Very Poor care System of Doctors & Staff with patients.It's better to leave your patient on GOD hands not on Doctors & staff of this Hospital.Since 3 days Doctors not giving Feedback. When ask for patients feedback then doctors passing to other doctors.Dr.Farook in ICU Behave was un-tolerable when ask for my Father in Law ( Retired from INDIAN Air Force ).He is so much irritated because management given complete ICU responsibility to him.He can't bear the burden as per him.Dr.Vaijnath is on leave & other doctors passing responsibility to other..Dr.Tanu to Dr. Saurav Gulati.Since morning to afternoon we could not able to Find which doctor is taking care of patient in Dr.Vaijnath absence..The picture attached is of My Father in Law..Urine Bag kept under his back when he came out from Physiotherapy room after vain test..Connection between blood bleeding bag and nose pipe removed & not tied up again..Mr.Sushil (Billing)also seen everything but kept his mouth shut and just doing his work.

Came here with the big kidney stone that was 19 mm , thanks to Dr. Team for operate me well and now I am feeling very well . Excellent environment of the hospital with the clean ward and bed . Very bad experience, it’s dirty and unhygienic, ICU is worse than general ward. Patient cannot sleep. They have pushed so many beds in very less space. Properly audit should be done and action should be taken.
