BEWARE
BEFORE
APPLYING!!!!
Darn
lengthy
process!
Dont
bother
applying
for
these
fresher
rounds
if
you
are
serious
about
your
career.
HR
seems
not
to
be
interested
in
replying
to
candidates
after
initial
rounds.
Even
though
the
Partner
interview
went
quite
quickly,
they
did
not
bother
to
respond
about
feedback
for
months.
It
seems
like
KPMG's
India
Partners
as
well
as
HR
are
full
of
scams
too.
NO
professionalism
or
ethics
shown
to
new
candidates.
Just
randomly
calling
and
searching
for
people
of
their
own
liking
and
talents/qualifications
doesn't
matter.
If
the
team
of
two
guys
SUNITA
RATH
/
KAILASH
MITTAL
likes
you
for
some
reason,
you
get
their
offer
else
it
seems
they
are
entertaining/using
firms
time
to
just
chit
chat
with
candidates!
DONT
GET
INTO
SCAM
BY
APPLYING
TO
JOBS
POSTED
BY
THESE
PEOPLE.
USELESS
AND
PATHETIC
EXPERIENCE
EVER!
There
wasn't
any
sort
of
professionalism
noted
in
the
whole
process.
Partner
enters
the
room
and
takes
back
seat
in
his
desk
to
work
on
his
laptop!
I
mean
where
are
the
manners/professional
ethics?!!
Then
amid
interview
he
even
take
few
calls
to
disrupt
the
interviewee
while
they
are
talking!
Gives
some
formula
to
write
and
Again
back
to
his
screen.
Asks
weird
questions
about
life
insurance
for
the
position
of
Non
Life!
Then
interesting
thing
about
them
is
later
when
I
called
to
get
any
feedback,
HR
says
you
are
supposed
to
do
a
case
study.
(Partner
didn't
even
mention
this
to
me).
But
they
find
a
excuse
to
tell
people
that
they
are
just
too
busy
manipulating
things
internally.
If
you
aren't
serious
about
hiring
people,
why
waste
their
time
and
yours!
And
is
this
a
sort
of
enjoyment
for
you
to
meet
different
people
and
chit
chat
about
unknown
things,
just
to
avoid
your
work?!
BIG
FOR
NAME
SAKE!
Partners/Directors
are
so
unprofessional.
Doesn't
recommend
to
good/better
candidates.
Waste
of
time
Team
is
no
good
especially
Actuarial!
