This is the nicest spot to be! I can't possibly give a rating for this. Honestly, we don't have anything that can compare to the blessings that are occurring there. Perfect tranquility. It's at this location that you'll be able to achieve your life's true potential. Your memories of the past are forgotten. You have arrived in the Holy Place. You have entered Allah's Holy Place. May Allah bless us and provide us the opportunity to visit this Holy Place.

It was a life time experience. So blessed that Allah called me in His Home. Everything was excellent except the path blockage and routing by police. The second thing is that the hospital is very bad experience. There is only one gov hospital which opens at 9 and closes at 4. Other than that best experience. Temps are always very hot

Heaven on earth, the holiest Muslim site which houses the Khana e Kaaba or Allah's House towards which all Muslims from around the world pray. Serene environment though the public needs to be educated not to push and shove specially during tawaf time. Very well maintained by the authorities it is a must visit place for pilgrimage, Hajj and Umrah by Muslims of every sect from around the world

Masjid al-Haram and the Kaaba The very first construction of the Kaaba was done by Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and his son Ismail as a house of worship to one God. Allah (the Glorified and Exalted) says in the Quran that this was the first house that was built for humanity to worship Allah (the Glorified and Exalted). Soon after Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) died, people started filling the Kaaba with idols. It was not until Prophet Muhammad (may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) defeated the idol-worshipers that the idols inside the Kaaba were destroyed. One of the Five Pillars of Islam requires every Muslim to perform the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in his or her lifetime if they are able to do so. Multiple parts of the Hajj require pilgrims to walk seven times around the Kaaba in a counter-clockwise direction. This circumambulation (Tawaf), is also performed by pilgrims during Umrah. Muslims around the world face the Kaaba during prayers, no matter where they are. This is called facing the Qiblah. As mentioned in this verse in the Quran, “Verily, We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad’s) face towards the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Masjid al-Haram. And wheresoever you people are, turn your faces (in prayer) in that direction.” [2:144 ] Masjid al-Haram (The Holy Mosque) Masjid al-Haram was built around the Kaaba. It is also the largest mosque in the world. It was first built under the leadership of the Caliph Omar Ibn al-Khattab (634-644) and has been modified continuously under several Muslim rulers. Omar, the first Caliph, ordered the demolition of some houses surrounding the Kaaba in order to accommodate the growing number of pilgrims and built a 1.5 meter high wall to delineate a large prayer area. During the reign of his successor Caliph Uthman Ibn Affan (644-656), the prayer space was enlarged and was covered with a roof carried on wooden columns and arches. In 692, after Caliph Abdul Malik bin Marwan conquered Mecca from Ibn Zubayr, the guardian of the holy site, the outer walls of the mosque were raised, the ceiling was covered with teak and the column capitals were painted in gold. His son, al-Walid (705-715), contributed to the Mosque of al-Haram by replacing the wooden columns with marble ones and by decorating its arches with mosaics. Later, Abbasid Caliph Abu Ja’far al-Mansur (754-775) added mosaics to the columns. He also doubled the size of the northern and western wings of the prayer hall and erected the minaret of Bab al-Umra on the northwest corner. In 777, due to the growing number of pilgrims, Abbasid Caliph al-Mahdi (775-785) ordered the rebuilding of the mosque, demolishing more houses around the Kaaba. The new mosque enclosure centered on the Kaaba, measured 196 meters by 142 meters. It was built on a grid plan, with marble columns from Egypt and Syria, decorated with gilt teak wooden inlay. Al-Mahdi also built three minarets crowned with crenellations and placed above Bab al-Salam, Bab Ali and Bab al-Wadi of the mosque.

I lack the authority or standing to provide a review. This holds immense significance for me as a Muslim – a once-in-a-lifetime accomplishment to visit the House of Allah, the most merciful and kind, who reigns as the creator of all beings. As a Muslim it was my dream to visit this place. And I'm the lucky one who achieved this. Alhamdulillah!

Rewards for praying in Masjid Al Haram Praise be to Allah. The multiplication of reward for prayer in al-Masjid al-Haraam is proven in the report narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Majaah (1406) from Jaabir (may Allaah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “One prayer in my mosque is better than one thousand prayers elsewhere, except al-Masjid al-Haraam, and one prayer in al-Masjid al-Haraam is better than one hundred thousand prayers elsewhere.” This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Mundhiri and al-Busayri. Al-Albaani said: Its isnaad is saheeh according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs [al-Bukhaari and Muslim]. End quote from Irwa’ al-Ghaleel (4/146).

I am always mesmerize every time I visit this place not just because I am a Muslim but because: 1. It is where you can see all Muslims from all over the world to pray, to do the Hajj or Umrah to please Allah subhana huwa taallah. 2. It is a place where you can meet people from all walks of life setting aside their cultures and traditions to act as a simple human being. 3. It is where you can learn the solidarity of the Muslim as one nation, that despite their complexities, they act as one. Needless to say, this place is tidy. It is well maintained most of the time. Despite the million of people visiting the place from time to time, it’s cleanliness still stays the same. Cleaners are seen everywhere at any time of the day, working well to maintain the tidiness of the place. The facilities are far better with the pilgrim’s needs. The Management are properly doing their best in order to inform the pilgrims in doing their activities systematically. There are handicapped facilities and areas too to make help PWDs. The assigned personnel and security are strict yet approachable in order to make the pilgrims comfortable and stress-free. Information desks could be found at the entrance and security personnel can be seen everywhere ready to answer queries and attend emergency situations. Spacious restrooms and various restaurants could be found nearby to assist the pilgrims and visitors in addressing their comfort needs. There is also an areas where you can see many pigeons mixing with the people around. It’s an adult playground too where you can entertain yourself by playing with the pigeons and taking photos.

A holy place for people practicing Islam. Umrah, Hajj and daily 5 times prayers are performed with utmost respect and hygiene. Prayers are lead by the Imams of the Al- Haram. Beautiful recitation of Quaranic verses during prayers. Hats off to the management who help people in performing umrah and hajj with ease. May Allah accept the prayers of all the worshipers.

The Holiest place of Islam. Praying here once can you fetch you rewards of 10,000 or 100,000 prayers (as per two different narrations) the best sight. The visual of the Kaabah just melts the heart. Obligatory upon every muslim who can afford to visit once at least in lifetime. May Allah accept the efforts of all the believers...

the greatest mosque of Islam, where the Ka'bah is. the floor temperature remains normal even when the sun is scorching. you can pray almost everywhere, but there are only a few place where the carpets are provided. if you pray in the tawaf route, you can't stay for too long because after the jama'ah prayer is finished, it will be used again for people who want to perform tawaf. also, the entrance is not as big and plenty as masjid nabawi, so most times you have to jostle with other people to enter the mosque

Masjid al-Haram, also known as the Grand Mosque or the Great Mosque of Mecca, is the holiest mosque in Islam. It is located in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, and it encloses the Kaaba, the most sacred site in Islam. Masjid al-Haram is a vast and impressive structure. It can accommodate up to 4 million people, making it the largest mosque in the world by capacity. The mosque is surrounded by four minarets, each of which is 89 meters tall. The interior of the mosque is decorated with marble, gold, and other precious materials. Masjid al-Haram is a place of great spiritual significance for Muslims. It is the site of the annual Hajj pilgrimage, which is one of the five pillars of Islam. Muslims from all over the world come to Masjid al-Haram to perform the tawaf, a ritual of circumambulation around the Kaaba. I had the opportunity to visit Masjid al-Haram in 2023. It was an incredible experience. The atmosphere of the mosque was one of peace and tranquility. I felt a sense of awe and reverence as I walked around the Kaaba. I was also touched by the sense of brotherhood and unity that I felt among the other pilgrims. If you are ever fortunate enough to visit Masjid al-Haram, I highly recommend it. It is a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Here are some of the things that I loved about Masjid al-Haram: The sense of peace and tranquility. It was amazing to be in a place where so many people were gathered together, but there was still a sense of calm and serenity. The beauty of the mosque. The architecture is stunning, and the interior is decorated with beautiful marble and gold. The sense of brotherhood and unity. I felt a strong sense of connection with the other pilgrims, regardless of their nationality or background. The feeling of being close to Allah. It was an incredible experience to be in the presence of the Kaaba, the holiest site in Islam. Here are some of the things that I would recommend to other visitors to Masjid al-Haram: Be prepared for crowds. Masjid al-Haram is a very popular destination, so it can get very crowded, especially during peak times. Dress modestly. Modest dress is required for both men and women. Be respectful. Masjid al-Haram is a holy place, so it is important to be respectful of the other visitors and the staff. Drink plenty of water. The weather in Mecca can be very hot, so it is important to stay hydrated. Take your time. There is no need to rush through your visit. Take your time to pray, reflect, and experience the beauty of the mosque.

Best place I ever visited. Difficult to get in with covid restictions. You need to book N appointment on eatamarna and show tawakalna app but what a relief when you get to see the Kaaba.

No one can describe the feeling or experience in word of this Holy place. I would say that it is the Holiest place on earth. Almight Allah have given a place for millions of Muslims to experience and feel the existence of Allah's eternal and spiritual power . Indeed there's no God but the Almighty Allah its the place of Allah Almighty who created the Humanity and the entire universe...

This is the most greatest holly place for every Muslim in the world. Almost every Muslim men and women have a dream to visit once in a lifetime this holly place. Those who can visit this place considered its Almighty's blessings and he or she is the guest of Almighty, and without Allah's mercy none can visit this place. I'm fortunate that this year I have visited this place. I performed main Hajj this year by the grace of Almighty.

From here comes the good, bad, regret, and realization of life. As such, the reminder and preparation for life after death will be remembered when it arrives here. You will get a good comfort and message while returning from Holy Makkah. May Allah bless you all. Amen

The Greatest place to ever exist. The feeling that you get there is just amazing. The sight of Holy Kaaba and offering your prayers right in front of it is an experience that can never be described in words. really should everyone try this amazing feeling.

It was a beautiful experience and it was very peaceful to pray. My only complaint wouldn't be towards the place but the crowd. Crowding is normal here, but it would be amazing if there was some awareness for the men coming in contact women they don't know. They don't even try to avoid contact with women and that's a major problem. I understand accidental touches, but a lot of men kept prolonged contact and I had to put myself on either side of my father to get away.

Huge mosque with thousands of people praying there everyday. Very clean and comfortable prayer spaces. Women have amazing prayer spaces. The outside toilets are very clean. But be prepared to walk a lot. I mean A LOT. Pro Tip: There's a wudu space under the staircases and around gate 71/72 (inside). Best time to do Tawaf is around 8am and 3 pm. Be kind and respectful to others. Help strangers and consider different people have different culture. May Allah bless you and accept your prayers.

Maashaallah so beautiful, such a huge place, peace and cold inside. This is a place for ummat Islam doing ibadah, umrah and hajj. For daily visit better to come at weekdays because not too much visitor rathen tahn in weekend like thursday-friday-saturday

MashaAllah. What a site to stand on this Holy land and realise that we are indeed all very near to Allah. May Allah give all those who's hearts yearn an opportunity to visit and may all be guided to visit the Baitullah and also the city of Medina to thank our Rasool SAW for the message of the Quraan and his sunna

The place is amazing, beautiful at all times, under any weather. But some people not so much. Too much pushing near Kaaba, and guards become very mean near prayer times.
