Nice clean room. Very helpful staff especially chotu. Restaurant was ok,although had broken down a'c. Restaurant manager was a delightful and respectful man training his team well. Only downside is the location. Hotel is on a busy motorway hence lot of noise and dust to blanket ur car.

Room was good & spacious, bathroom was decent, receptionists were well-mannered. Everything was nice except the working-staff! If you request them for water, tea or similar stuff from room-telephone then they say 'yes' but you never get delivered the thing you asked for! They're bunch of kids not taking their jobs seriously. Management/Ownership should take this into account and hire a better work-staff than the current lot! Improve working staff and earn higher rating! 😬

Clean room and good behaviour staff

Very bad experience,rudely behave and no service provided by hotel and in room lights not working, cockroaches there not maintained properly and after taking food they are not provided bill.

Pathetic staff. And rooms full of mosquitos. Never stay at this hotel. Previous management was far better.

I think this hotel deserve 5 stars. The reception and lobby is cool, the rooms and washroom are good. The staff is very polite and the service is remarkable. Food is fine, but after all it depends on wt you order. Overall experience was very nice and I'll absolutely prefer this hotel for future...

Place is very near to the railway station. I liked it's room. The property is new. And staff is very co operative.
