experience!

you
will
know
how
efficient
they
and
their
behaviour
are!
One
thing
everyone
should
understand
that
no
doctor
or
Hospital
can
force
you
to
buy
medicine
from
their
owned
medical
store
though
we
had
no
issues
with
it
until
this
happened.
These
people
have
made
a
hyper
mind,
customer
unfriendly
old
guy
the
incharge
of
all
outside
who
also
handles
their
medical
store
inside.
He
writes
the
total
amount
of
medicine
and
consultancy
fee
on
slip,
according
to
them
that
amount
is
final
and
you
have
to
pay
that
in
any
condition.
Today,
I
had
less
cash
and
requested
that
medical
guy
to
take
the
remaining
amount
through
online
mode,
he
rudely
replied
me,
we
only
accept
cash.
Still
it
was
ok,
and
then
this
happened,
I
asked
the
old
guy
that
if
the
consultancy
fee
will
be
lesser
than
what
they
charge
in
first
visit
as
it
was
already
our
3rd
visit.
He
rudely
asked
me
to
show
the
papers,
I
immediately
shown
him,
He
said,
No
we
can't
treat
your
case
as
running
old
because
you
have
come
after
1month,
I
politely
argued
with
absolutely
low
tone,
our
treatment
is
running,
how
can
you
treat
it
new
and
over
charge
us?
He
got
angry
and
literally
started
shouting
on
me
with
these
words,
"Tu
jo
bolega
vo
hoga
ya
main
jo
bolunga
vo
hoga"
I
found
it
highly
disrespectful
and
unprofessional,
I
requested
him
behave
properly,
none
of
my
question
is
wrong.
Then
another
of
their
staff
came
from
outside
and
took
me
outside
with
him,
and
then
blamed
me
for
everything
by
saying,
I
did
not
show
papers
to
that
medical
guy
on
time!
Wow
good
covering
up
of
your
disrespectful
behavior
towards
customers,
inefficiency,
bad
management
and
everything!
They
did
not
allow
me
to
meet
the
present
doctor
and
complain
him,
so
it's
another
example
of
their
bad
treatment.
After
all
these
bitter
experiences,
I
paid
consultancy
fee,
took
my
file
and
came
outside
without
buying
medicines,
that
was
my
right,
they
cannot
control
it
by
any
mean.
