Been a few years, so gave it a try. Double cheese, fries and banana shake. Pretty good. Maybe a bit like old school White Castle, flavor wise. Small to medium patty, but filling. Worth it.

Burgers are fabulous! Hand made from ground beef, not frozen pucks. Very tasty! Outdoor seating is picnic table like and mostly shady. Service is friendly, but if it is busy bring your patience.

Wallys drive in use to be the place to go twice a week or anytime in the area, food is good, but the call in is terrible, 3rd time in 3 months I called in an order and they tell you come on up or 10 minutes. They don't cook your food until you get there. Today called in at 110pm told me 10 min. I came up in 15 min. At 125pm and didn't get my food until 147pm. And it wasn't busy at all. Like I said this is the 3rd strike they done this. And I know local people are also complaining about this, I know a young lady that works there, and I was told this is the way they do. Wallys you were once great. But I won't be back because of this, I will miss the food. But Dairy King right next door.

One of the best burgers I've had anywhere. Fries and ice-cold Ski with it complete the experience. A must-stop whenever I find myself in Clinton County.

I know this place comes highly recommended and wins people's choice votes, but I'll be the odd person out to say I did not enjoy the food here and I don't plan on making the drive to come back. They are supposed to be well known for their burgers, but to me it was nothing special...the meat tasted watery like the meat patty was sitting in a steam table with water, it did not taste freshly grilled at all, bun, and toppings were normal (nothing unique). They were out of all their unique cut fries so we just got regular fries and they were out of something else too. Even the ice cream options were basic. Maybe because it was the off season in the winter they aren't at full operation or something, but I was completely shocked after all the people and locals that have recommended this place. I wish I would have liked this place more, but now I'm wondering if it's just hyped up because it's a small town nostalgic kind of place.

Ham and cheese sandwich was 3 days old. The lettuce and tomato was disgusting, wilted and bad. The bread tasted stale and I ended up throwing it away. I upset my stomach for the rest of the day. Kids hotdogs bun stale. If the date is expired. Don't buy it.

Ski is the best here! It just has the perfect mix. I've only ever seen Ski one other time outside Breese. Great classic drive-in.

Awesome food! Burgers are made fresh to order. Staff is very polite and friendly. Really good ice-cream, shakes and malts!! Best kept secret around here in Breese Illinois!

A great family place. A good old hamburger place. The food was well cooked and at a fair price. The prices are reasonable, and wait time is what you would expect at a popular eating establishment. Out door seating only at picnic tables and very clean. Cash and checks only, no cards.

Wallys is always great. Great tasting burgers with the best Fountain Ski soda. Staff is always friendly and food comes out quick.

I was charged $ 28.30 for 3 wally burgers 2 small drinks and 1 fry. When I tried to ask if I was overcharged I got the window slammed in my face. Guess the Help wanted sign in window says it all.

Amazing. Burger was incredible and the curly fries were perfect. The cheese w the fries was just okay. Bring cash. Outdoor seating with the pandemic was perfect. Go off peak hours to avoid a line on nice weather days.

one of the best burgers around. I was amazed at the onion, thinly sliced, but not too thin. This onion was delicate and sweet, crisp with a beautiful flavor. The curly fries were perfect, no to heavy on salt or seasoning. I will be coming back soon.
