The in-store pickup process was not good. The barstools I purchased are nice and seem quality built. It was At Home's customer service that was the problem. Danyelle was the sales associate who was half heartedly assisting us but was more condescending and rude than helpful. Finally I'd had enough and said, "Hey, were spending a lot of money here! Is there someone who can just help us?" Danyelle said she would call for someone with a scanner to be able to make our sale complete so our receipt would be emailed to me. Then Jared, who had a scanner tried to assist us, he was a nice enough fella but seemed to lack the knowledge of what the information was that we truly needed to have our sale be "complete" so we could finally leave (we'd long since loaded the 3 barstools). At last a knowledgeable, nice sales lady named Brittany came, scanner in hand, with the skills necessary to complete our sales process and let us finally be on our way! Thank you, Brittany, you would make an excellent manager!👍

This is my FAVORITE store!!!!😍😍😍 I'm obsessed with everything they have. Such great variety on all the products/furnishings and miscellaneous items. It's my happy place and when my friends/family come to my home, they think I paid a million bucks because everything is so beautiful.😂 But I share with them where I purchased the items from. Great gift card too.

This is a great store. If you're looking for anything to decorate your home with, indoor or out, furniture, smell good things, kitchen gadgets, anything for the home. It's pretty remarkable how much variety of selection there is here.

I went to this store for the first time to get some Halloween decorations I saw on the website. I really liked it! They have so much stuff, for every part of your house, and the seasonal décor was so cute. The store itself was clean and well-organized, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here more often.

Why do these stores stop displaying current holiday decorations. They Barely have any Halloween stuff, and what they did have was all pickthru and bad shape. I couldn't find any Thanksgiving but if you wanted to buy Xmas decorations in October ur all set.

This place is very cool it’s like Bed bath grown up to a huge warehouse with everything that you might need for your home bedding needs. They have bed frames at great prices. Also the staff are extremely helpful and hard working. I would visit here again very soon.

My favorite store by far. They always have something different and unique to look at. And the customer service is always great.
