The
in-store
pickup
process
was
not
good.
The
barstools
I
purchased
are
nice
and
seem
quality
built.
It
was
At
Home's
customer
service
that
was
the
problem.
Danyelle
was
the
sales
associate
who
was
half
heartedly
assisting
us
but
was
more
condescending
and
rude
than
helpful.
Finally
I'd
had
enough
and
said,
"Hey,
were
spending
a
lot
of
money
here!
Is
there
someone
who
can
just
help
us?"
Danyelle
said
she
would
call
for
someone
with
a
scanner
to
be
able
to
make
our
sale
complete
so
our
receipt
would
be
emailed
to
me.
Then
Jared,
who
had
a
scanner
tried
to
assist
us,
he
was
a
nice
enough
fella
but
seemed
to
lack
the
knowledge
of
what
the
information
was
that
we
truly
needed
to
have
our
sale
be
"complete"
so
we
could
finally
leave
(we'd
long
since
loaded
the
3
barstools).
At
last
a
knowledgeable,
nice
sales
lady
named
Brittany
came,
scanner
in
hand,
with
the
skills
necessary
to
complete
our
sales
process
and
let
us
finally
be
on
our
way!
Thank
you,
Brittany,
you
would
make
an
excellent
manager!👍
