My experience with this store was just very tragic. I dropped off 2 bags of stuff at 3:22 PM, I live almost 40 minutes away. I was given a 2 1/2 hour wait (which I was fine with). I decided I would waste time by getting food, and shopping. I arrived back at the store at 5:02 I shopped until 6:12 and my items still had not even been checked… I had my fiancé go and get an update and then after he walked away I noticed the cashier had JUST started to sort through my items. She told me it would be an hour. It is now 7:25 and still no text about my items being done. It’s been officially 4 hours since I initially dropped my stuff off. I don’t know how much I’m going to get or if my time will even be worth the wait. This has been so frustrating. I’ve shopped at other stores before and NEVER had to wait over 2 hours. This is ridiculous. The selection is great… but the selection is similar to all of the other stores in Missouri. If you look through the items you can find gems anywhere.. I will never visit this store again. Just terrible experience. The cashier didn’t seem to care either about my time.

If you haven’t been here, need to get here! The selection is awesome and the brands on trend. I got easily 20+ pieces from J. Crew, Zara, Columbia, Gap, and Carters for less than $50, all in mint condition. With a toddler boy, choices are limited and they grow so fast that I tend to have a hard time finding stuff and when I do, it’s barely worn for one season and then doesn’t fit. The beauty is that once he has worn it once, it’s too small, and I need more clothes, I can usually sell most of it back! Finally, it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer points towards percentages off! A++

Went to this location immediately after I went to a different location to see if they wanted anything that the previous passed on due to inventory. I get there and it takes over an hour for them to even look at my bags. They then make a huge deal and spectacle of smelling every. single. item. The lady then tells her coworkers about an "odor" and has someone go through it again with gloves. Then they parade it around in front of the other customers and tell even more co-workers about it. Mind you I'm standing there and no one has said anything to me. When I get my stuff back they said it needs to be freshly laundered before they look through it again because of the "cat smell". Mind you I just came from another location that didn't say ANYTHING and bought some of my stuff. This location is ridiculous and everyone is on some kid of a high horse. By the way, had someone smell the clothes. They said it only smelled like Dreft and the scent from the trash bag.

The prices for items aren’t bad, but I wouldn’t recommend this location for buyback. Their buyback pricing has dropped a lot, it seems. The value for your sold back items is a lot worse than it used to be. You’ll likely get a better deal selling your items at Kangaroo Kids, another OUAC location, or on Facebook Marketplace.

They bought 27 items including new and never worn boy cleats and I only received $35. That's a rip-off. They weren't very friendly to me either. Smh.

Low quality of staff. Staff member spoke rudely to my toddler when I was right around the corner and had her in tears. Rather than losing my cool on the individual I’ve decided to pay a couple extra dollars and head down the street to old navy from now on.

Great selection of clothing and great prices. If selling clothing or any other items they give you maybe 10% of the value at most even if the item is on opened brand new and in the box. The store are very organized by size color and type. The store next to me that I visit often toys could be a lot better organized, but the on organization is understandable due to people bringing their kids in While they shop constantly playing with the toys for sale. I would imagine it would be a lot to keep up with organizing them. But they do have great deals on toys as well As furniture and especially strollers. The only thing that I really don’t like about this store is that it is a franchise therefore the stores are not consistent with deals, event, coupons or exchanges and overall policies – it varies from store to store.
