I recently moved back to Stonegate. I lived here 5 years ago and liked it then but had to move back home to help my mother out. Finally out on my own again and this is the first place I applied. The manager was so incredibly helpful. She even helped me do some decorating. Maintenance is same day and so helpful. It was super clean when I moved in and easy to maintain. I love it here!

The apartments are exactly how you would see them on the 3-D version on their website. I applied to the apartment my application got approved, made the payments that were needed without seeing the apartment, however, their 3-D views are just like if you were to walk through it yourself. The apartment management are kind, friendly, and helpful with the whole moving process, the application process, and they help when the insurance gets a little fuzzy. I highly recommend Stonegate Apartments. It’s worth it they are clean, the pool area is amazing, and the fitness center is great. I have a one bedroom one bath with a loft and it’s everything I could’ve dreamt of.

I have lived at many apartments in my lifetime and Stonegate is the first apartment complex where I have renewed my lease. The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt with any issues. The maintenance staff are very friendly and resolve issues very quickly. The grounds are well kept and the pool is large and nice on hot days. I appreciate the ample storage space and washer/dryer included in my unit. The complex is also in a very good area with a ton of restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away. Take a tour if you are thinking of living here, you’ll like the complex and units!

Stonegate Apartments in Valley Park, Missouri, is my home sweet home, and I couldn't be happier. Maintenance is top-notch, always on the ball and resolving issues within 24 hours. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is fantastic. My unit faces the pond on the wooded side of the complex in sight of the pool. which has been perfect for meeting the neighbors and soaking up the sun. The clubhouse is pretty awesome i was able to use it for my son's 11th birthday, and it was a hit! Easy process, great space and he had a blast with his buddies. Stonegate Apartments is where comfort meets fun. Tiffani and the team make it feel like a big family, and I'm loving every moment.

My roommate and are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of living at Stonegate Apartments. It was the first time for both of us moving out of our parents houses. We plan on staying another year even though rent price increased. Since Tiffany has started she has been amazing so far. She goes out of her way to say hi to me in the mornings and whenever she sees me around the complex. she’s always friendly, and has answers to any questions I may have. It’s a beautiful complex, friendly maintenance staff, and in a safe area. I’m looking forward to another year here with my roommate.

My Fiancé and I recently began looking for new a new apartment in the Manchester area. Admittedly, we were super nervous about this transition, given that we have a child on the way. However, all of those nerves were eased instantly once we spoke with one of the Stonegate staff members, Lindsy. We were very luck to have spoken with her, and after our conversation, my wife-to-be and I came to the conclusion that Stonegate not only seems like a great place to live, but to start a family as well. I moved into Stonegate Apartments in September. Tiffany and Lindsay were professional and helpful. Both ladies provided guidance to execute the steps to renting. They made it easier with timely emails and target dates to get to my move-in day. Stonegate Apartments has a nice campus, although they are older apartments. Location is great, close to highways, stores, several restaurants, etc. It seems like a quiet place to live. There was a maintenance issue with a leak, but Tiffany worked hard to solve it. The management staff seems to really care about its tenants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stone Gate Apartments and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. The management team at Stone Gate Apartments is truly top-notch.
