HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish I can rate 0 stars!! This place is awful to live in, trash is piled up for days which attracts gnats and rodents, laundry room is never clean and tenants touch others clothes. Our toilet was backed up and toilet water overflowed all into the halls and even the rooms, they came days later and sucked up the water but never throughly cleaned it which is a health hazard. Work orders ignored and maintenance was understaffed. Not mention we had strangers knocking on our door in the middle of the night and management did nothing about it. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE!!

average building, could be decent however the management is the WORST thing to exist. Randy (the property manager) recently took over and is racist and called me a racial slur after refusing to speak to me about an issue regarding my apartment. The leasing agent Ebony is also a rude indiviual. If you ever have an issue with an apartment they tell you 'to speak with their attorney' so they can charge you hundreds in fees. Randy is also 'never available' and 'always busy' but she's never in the office? Women is robbing a living

There are some bad reviews. Especially about carpet and cleanliness. I was nervous about that. It looks like the carpet is all gone now. There are some study rooms that are being worked on. The office staff are friendly. It is a quiet place to live. So far, so good.

I love the icon! They have done some awesome updates including updating the gym (free to use) and updates in the apartments. The outdoor space is fun and very dog friendly! Location can’t be beat- only a block from SLU! I haven’t had any problems with management. They have all been so nice and prompt to answer my questions. The complex is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place!

Moving here it was the worst decision I ever made! No one will trying to solve your problems, they just only deliver the massages. And please remember that “ they can do whatever they want based on the contract “ and that’s the original words from the manager who said to me. All the people I know are trying to move out after the contract ends, I guess you will have so many options for choosing the unit next year!!! Good luck !!!

Horrible place - please do not rent here. I've lived here going on 2 years and have already had 3 different management companies. They've charged me fees that aren't communicated in their lease, among many other horror stories. It is not safe, I've seen homeless people in the stairways, there was even some man strung out in front of my apartment door before. There aren't any benefits of staying after the first year. Please find somewhere else to stay.

Great place to live! I love the outdoor space and getting to have my dog with me. It’s secure and well kept. The new renovations make the apartments look clean and fresh. And the new managers are attentive and professional. Huge bonus that it is so close to campus too!

I regret choosing The Icon Apartment as my home. The managent team is unresponsive and unprofessional. The payment terms are not as agreed upon the contracts, and aditional fees were tacked on without clear explanation. The apartment itself has numerous issues that still not fixed. It was my worst decision ever to signed for this apartment. This place does not live up to its promises. So sad living in this place
