Food was good, but very limited choices. They didn't have ramen, and we wanted to get bento boxes, but they were sold out. Also, we were dining in but our food were in to-go boxes? Hongkong milk tea tasted great. Hope service improves in the future.

This is my first time writing a review ever and I just had to because I felt like I was scammed into paying $7 for just rice. I ordered the “Yaki Onigiri Frilled Rice Balls” and was under the impression that they would be filled with tuna and sauces or anything in that matter like the ones in a Simple basic Japanese menu or restaurant but they were legit just rice with a crispy topping(fried) which is a scam for $7 for literally just rice. I am giving a two star because of the drinks were okay but this food is ridiculous and again I want to reiterate that they charge $7 for literally rice and label onigiri which is supposed to be a Japanese rice ball filled with different things like tuna, salmon, and sauces etc.

The majority of the tea they offer is not fresh and instead they just use powders. Even the fresh fruit teas do not contain any fresh fruit in it at all. If you ask for less ice, they’ll just add plain water to the cup instead of adding more tea. This leads to a flavorless watered down tea. I highly doubt they make fresh boba every day as half of the tapioca in my drink were hard on the inside. Disappointed in the shortcuts they take

You get what you pay for - I got a mango slush and a strawberry smoothie, and it has small ice cubes in it which makes the drink melt fast. I can literally by a fruit juice at the grocery store for cheaper and it will taste the same. I will not be purchasing from here again, because I know I can find better. I prefer TeaHouse cream blends, which does not exist in Missouri. There was great customer service and fast service though!

So, I gave 2 stars, ONLY because the product is good. The service is OKAY..but I will never go here again. Second to last time I went they used whole milk when I asked them not to, and last time I went, I asked them to add some flavoring into my tea, and she said she couldnt because "we dont know how that will taste"....???? are you kidding me? I asked for it, I am paying for it, why tf does it matter what you like and dont like!!!!

This fried rice was ridiculously fresh and delicious!!!♥️🔥 And the teas were excellent like I’ve never tasted before… ever!! The Lemon Galaxy Flower Tea and the cheesecake strawberry green tea….really?!?! Who freakin ever knew!!! They both were out of this 🌎!!!♥️

It's always the same people working there, and they are super friendly. The tea is delicious. Really really delicious. Their boba tea is much better than what my family has had at other boba tea shops. I'm so glad we found Hitea in the loop. We've been going almost every week, for 5 months.

HiTea is my fav boba tea place in Saint Louis. Their brown sugar boba latte is the best! So I'm thrilled when I saw they opened another one in Ucity! We tried out their dishes couple days ago and it was great. Highly recommended :)

Their food and bubble tea was amazing! I order the brown sugar milk tea and the boba latte，they are the best bubble tea I have in St.Louis. Will definitely come back!
