Being
a
loyal
client
for
12+
yrs.
I
never
expected
a
sheer
discrimination
among
clients
at
Geetanjali,
Ambience
mall,
Vasant
Kunj.
I
had
the
worst
of
experience
during
my
last
visit,
I
was
told
that
pedicure
appointments
are
restricted
on
weekends,
which
was
understood
so
I
went
as
walkin,
took
hair
treatment
and
meanwhile
informed
the
management
about
my
wish
to
get
pedicure
as
well.
After
45min.
when
I
was
done
with
the
treatment,
I
was
told
if
I'm
fine
to
take
pedicure
at
hairdressing
station
in
a
tub
rather
being
at
pedicure
station,
I
asked
the
reason
since
the
pedicure
station
was
vacant
from
past
30min
and
I
could
see,
so
I
asked
the
reason
to
which
management
told
me
that
it
is
blocked
for
some
lady
sitting
next
to
me
with
hair
color
on
and
hence
I
cannot
take
the
service
at
the
station
as
she
took
the
prior
appointment.
Like
really??
You
are
keeping
the
station
vacant
for
a
client
from
30min
in
advance
to
next
30min
till
her
hair
colour
is
on,
who
came
several
minutes
later
to
me
and
making
me
wait
that
too
when
I
literally
requested
your
manager
to
block
it
for
me.
In
the
first
place
why
I
was
denied
for
appointment
hours
before
over
call,
if
you
took
for
others??
If
it
is
all
about
service
then
the
another
woman
could
have
taken
it
at
hairdressing
station
rather
management
asking
me
to
take
it
there.
Somehow
it
happened
in
past
as
well
which
moved
me
towards
Malviya
Nagar
branch
from
past
year
but
Mukesh,
stylist
had
been
great
in
providing
the
best
of
service
from
7+
years
to
all
my
hair
care
regime,
which
made
me
visit
vasant
kunj
branch
yet
again
on
4th
Sep'23.
But
you
guys
really
need
to
be
professionals
I'm
getting
my
pre-bridal
done
from
you
guys,
had
been
your
member
for
more
than
a
decade,
everytime
the
manager
gets
change
at
VK
branch
and
probably
the
reason
they
fails
to
provide
better
service.
On
the
top
of
it
I
wasn't
even
provided
a
solution.
The
male
manager
kept
on
asking
the
reason
from
the
lady
manager
at
the
counter
and
she
had
no
answer
to
it
rather
I
literally
went
out
of
salon
as
the
managers
were
pretty
confident
that
no
action
will
be
taken
against.
I
called
Sunita
at
Malviya
Nagar
and
took
the
remaining
service.
First
time
ever
I
have
reached
to
this
platform
to
raise
the
issue
as
I
was
so
dissapointed,
the
least
I
could
expect
was
to
atleast
make
me
avail
the
service
I
specially
came
for,
from
far
but
you
have
the
poorest
management
at
VK.
My
entire
clad
comes
to
Geetanjali,
your
managers
do
not
know
how
to
maintain
goodwill.
Only
your
revert
will
conclude
my
future
loyalty
towards
Geetanjali.
