I have been using this salon a number of times, it was good. However, recently when you go in for a haircut they only want to know whether you need a senior hair dresser or stylist which costs more. Well I chose the Senior Hairdresser. I went for a cut this week and was surprised at the attitude of the staff. First the hairwash which is mandatory. The water was so cold and when I asked was told the geyser was not working. So why couldn't I just be told to come another day? The next thing I was changing hands - one to untangle my hair another to dry it. The Sr. Hairdresser literalky took 2 minutes to chop of the length of my hair by two inches and when I questioned whether he was not going to do anything else, he said he would after drying my hair. Then another one did some snipping here and there for effect and voila it was done not making any difference from when I walked in. In the meanwhile there were a couple of other customers complaining of neglect too. Its a pity that after paying a big bill I had to come away disappointed

Their staff, amenities ever was just really sub standard and honestly most of their hair and pedicure people just felt downright rude. When I sat for the pedicure they told me the mall had less pressure so the water supply was very slow, when I sat to get my hair washed after colour the person doing it misbehaved with me twice till I asked the salon to change him. Told me chair was not working even though it was, out the hair mask for literally one minute and started washing it even though it is supposed to be there for at least five to ten minutes. Overall a very very bad experience

I recently visited Geetanjali Salon for a haircut just before my wedding, and it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. I had expected a simple trim to freshen up my look, but what I received was a disastrous haircut that even a local salon could have executed much better than their senior stylist. Firstly, they not only trimmed my hair excessively but also completely deviated from the style I had requested. The final result was a horrendous haircut . Unfortunately, this meant I couldn't keep my original hair for any of my wedding events, every time I see my hair it gives me extra tension. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against choosing Geetanjali Salon for any important occasions, especially if you are looking for a reliable and skillful hairstylist. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I regret entrusting them with my pre-wedding haircut. Rahul (The Sr. Stylist) I am really disappointed with how you did my haircut. I just want to add your name here so that other people are aware of it. I put 2 Years of effort into growing my hair and you ruined my hair like no one ever did that too just before my marriage :(. It reduced my hair volume and cut was pathetic.

One of the worst salon outlet by Geetanjali. The reception staff is completely unprofessional. I got a simple hair wash and blow dry which was not done properly. for the first time, I had to ask for the staff to put conditioner post hair wash. As I didn't want a anti dandruff ritual which the staff was trying to sell. He was least interested in washing my hair. The floor manager was pathetic, yelling for the staff from her place rather than going and calling the staff. Just not the service you expect from Geetanjali Salon.

Have been a regular to this parlour from quite a long time now, they have the best staff any parlour can probably have. Sangeeta who does almost all our appointments is the best person one can have for service, she is truly an asset to the parlour. Mukesh & Parveez have also been really good at their services. Truly the best staff who do their best all the time. Having said that, I come to the point where I clarify why I gave a 1 star review. It's only because of the manager Abhiket who is really really rude and doesn't know how to behave and handle an outlet. He doesn't actually deserve to be the manager as he doesn't know how to behave with his customers. Really disappointed with his behaviour and the incident is not just once, he has the same attitude everytime I visit the parlour. And while I read other reviews I saw so many people complaining about him and I seriously don't know why Geetanjali as a brand and company is not taking any actions against him because this is effecting the name of the brand as a whole.

Got my hair trimmed by Mukesh and he is a very good hair stylist, will come back again for sure, highly recommend him for hair cuts...

It's been 2 years I am going to geetanjali in ambience mall for haircut and only reason is toshiq. He is so good in his job and courteous as well. Never had a complain. All these 5 stars are for him.

I had a great experience at your salon they serve a great hospitality i had a haircut and now im obsessed with the haircut and they asked for tea coffee also it was a wholesome moment . The manager was also very good she was very professional at the same time she had a great problem solving ability her name is anushka

Being a loyal client for 12+ yrs. I never expected a sheer discrimination among clients at Geetanjali, Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj. I had the worst of experience during my last visit, I was told that pedicure appointments are restricted on weekends, which was understood so I went as walkin, took hair treatment and meanwhile informed the management about my wish to get pedicure as well. After 45min. when I was done with the treatment, I was told if I'm fine to take pedicure at hairdressing station in a tub rather being at pedicure station, I asked the reason since the pedicure station was vacant from past 30min and I could see, so I asked the reason to which management told me that it is blocked for some lady sitting next to me with hair color on and hence I cannot take the service at the station as she took the prior appointment. Like really?? You are keeping the station vacant for a client from 30min in advance to next 30min till her hair colour is on, who came several minutes later to me and making me wait that too when I literally requested your manager to block it for me. In the first place why I was denied for appointment hours before over call, if you took for others?? If it is all about service then the another woman could have taken it at hairdressing station rather management asking me to take it there. Somehow it happened in past as well which moved me towards Malviya Nagar branch from past year but Mukesh, stylist had been great in providing the best of service from 7+ years to all my hair care regime, which made me visit vasant kunj branch yet again on 4th Sep'23. But you guys really need to be professionals I'm getting my pre-bridal done from you guys, had been your member for more than a decade, everytime the manager gets change at VK branch and probably the reason they fails to provide better service. On the top of it I wasn't even provided a solution. The male manager kept on asking the reason from the lady manager at the counter and she had no answer to it rather I literally went out of salon as the managers were pretty confident that no action will be taken against. I called Sunita at Malviya Nagar and took the remaining service. First time ever I have reached to this platform to raise the issue as I was so dissapointed, the least I could expect was to atleast make me avail the service I specially came for, from far but you have the poorest management at VK. My entire clad comes to Geetanjali, your managers do not know how to maintain goodwill. Only your revert will conclude my future loyalty towards Geetanjali.

Worst haircuts. It’s like a factory there, distracted staff, trying to multitask and do a half shoddy job. You ask for a trim and they cut off all your hair. And blow dry and make u feel that’s what u asked for and they won’t accept their own mistake. I will never go back to that salon or even recommend Geetanjali salon anywhere.

I feel geetanjali salons need to train their staff. They don't understand what the customer wants and have the audacity to smirk at the customers upon being asked basic questions. Made the mistake of trying out geetanjali again after having a one time bad experience. Looks like they are bad and are in a dire need to train their staff to do the one job they are paid for.
