appointment
was
online
and
with
Dr.
Cristina
Uzual
and
I
refer
to
that
in
the
review.
The
management
was
very
simple,
it
was

easy
to
choose
the
date
and
time

the
appointment,

payment

call
itself.
On
a
professional
level
I
couldn't
have
been

delighted.

is
not
the
first
psychiatrist
I
have
gone
to;

gave
him

of
my
history
and
explained
the
reason
for
my
current
appointment.
He
understood
me
perfectly
and
what
followed
was
not
a
contact
between
a
psychiatrist
and
his
patient.
Cristina
seemed
to
have
extracted
all

information
that
I
had
provided
her
and...

more....
and
the
session
went
by
with
my
feeling
that
I
was
talking
to
my
usual
therapist,
not
a
new
acquaintance.
My
impression
is
that
Cristina
is
a
great
professional,
with
great
empathy
and
that
she
practices
"active
listening",
very
active,
I
would
say.
I
felt
very
listened
to,
understood
and,
very
importantly,
respected.
When
you
go
to
a
professional
like
her
it
is
because
you
do
not
know
how
to
manage
your
problem.
On
occasion
I
have
met
very
valid
people,
but
they
speak
to
you
from
above
and
give
you
orders
from
their
infinite
wisdom...
Nothing
could
be
further
from
what
I
experienced
in
this
appointment.
Cristina
is
very
wise,
but
she
does
not
hesitate
to
share
it
with
you
so

you
understand
it
and
can
take
better
advantage
of

work
she

doing.
All

advice

gave
me
and
the
medication
adjustments

explained
and

me
feel
