I started yoga without having any idea what yoga actually entails. Not long after, yoga became an extension of my life. It has a huge effect on my physical and mental condition... firmer, stronger and more balanced!! I can not live without. In addition, the setting in which it is given is so pleasant and cozy. Good guidance and coaching from Katrien and Karl.. I enjoy coming to you every time!! In addition to vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga, I find core training a good addition to strengthen what helps me with vinyasa and ashtanga yoga. Core training or PT at Pura Vida are booked in my agenda several times a week. Nowadays I no longer have any trouble putting on my sports shoes, on the contrary... those moments have become an indispensable part of my life. The energy boost and good feeling after an hour of individual training or in a fun group are enormous. Thank you Karl and Katrien for the professional guidance, (mental) support and friendship.
