    A group of men tried to rob me practically just outside the hotel somewhere between 9 and 10pm. This is not a safe area. The staff is rarely available and I was actually woken up by the cleaners yelling loudly one morning. High advise you to consider spending more money for a better place because this is not a good place to stay.

    We stayed here for 2 nights and everything is just basic,room was on 2nd floor and its very difficult to take luggage. Toilet is smaller hence it’s a cheaper to stay here;

    Room very poorly soundproofed, dirty.....the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable.....the shower door was broken and could not close, 2 days without TV because it was also broken.... .bad smell in the room and the corridor.....we really had a very unpleasant stay. The strong point, public transport very close, as well as the center.

    Worst hotel I've ever stayed in so far. Mold in the bathroom that stinks throughout the room. Understood why the windows were wide open when we arrived. Avoid!

    Stayed here due to price/location, but the place is ok at best. The sign-in hours are ridiculous and the attitude of the staff is sub-par. Seeing the reviews and the experience of colleagues, it seems like this one is a lottery, with rooms ranging from terrible to passable. Stay at your own risk. Personally I will not stay here again.

    You get what you pay for. No elevator which was tough for my disabled husband. The room was okay. No AC so the room was incredibly hot without the fans we had with us. The beds were relatively comfortable, and it was nice to have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Trying to find a parking place is extremely difficult, but location is very close to a tram stop. Something to add: because you get what you pay for the customer service is not very good at all. We requested an early check in via email, and our name wasn't on the list. We tried to do a late check out on our last day via email only to be kicked out of our room earlier than planned. Not exactly sure what system they use, but it is faulty and that was extremely frustrating. The staff is not available when you need them. I was very disappointed in our stay here, and will not choose this hotel again.

    Nice and quiet hotel with self-service to check-in and check-out. There are some family marts near by which can buy foods for your cooking at the hotel. Just 10 minus walking from hotel to Gare Du Nord station as well tram, city bus and long journey trip from this area.

    A nice place for when you’re on a budget. You do feel the price though, and unfortunately there’s a lot of cigarette smoke in the hallways and even gets in your room even if everywhere there are ‘no smoking’ signs.

    Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and clean sheets. Generally clean. Bathroom sink hose was probably clogged up with some minerals, would shoot up tiny beams of water. Very quiet room. Unfortunately not carpeted. Borderline-acceptable lobby and entrance in terms of cleanliness functionality. Automatic emails after booking give conflicting/not-up-to-date information regarding express-checkin, which is a service that allows self-serviced 24hours check-in. Had to call the staff for clarification.

    My brother and I got assaulted right outside our hotel. Had to go to the hospital, police told us this was a very bad area. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

    They don’t even deserve one star My stay at the hotel was the most disappointing experience of my life. The receptionist, Angilani, proved to be unreliable, untrustworthy, grumpy, and rude. I strongly advise against anyone staying there, as she significantly impacted our holiday from the very beginning. Upon arrival, Angilani failed to notify us that our key was in the hotel's express check-in box. With no one at the reception and no code provided, we waited for 30 minutes. After numerous calls, she finally answered and informed us that she would be there in 30 minutes due to a supposed meeting. Upon entering our room, we found it extremely dirty with a foul smell in the toilet. We had to leave for an appointment and called her for assistance. She claimed she would arrive in 30 minutes, but when we called again, she insisted there was nothing she could do. An hour later, she called shouting, instructing us to find the new key in the express check-in box without providing the code. Despite our repeated calls, she screamed at us on the phone without giving us the necessary information. After a long day, we returned to the hotel, and the new key failed to open the room. We waited 30 minutes for her to resolve the issue. The following day, I approached the reception only to find Angilani wearing her pajamas. When I requested a duvet, she directed me to a cleaner who did not speak English and later claimed they were out of stock. This was a disgraceful attitude towards guests. The shower had inadequate hot water, and the unclear electricity usage policy left us uncertain about potential charges. Overall, our stay was a disaster and extremely unpleasant. I sincerely hope others won't have to endure what we experienced."

    I had a bad experience with this hotel. I fell ill and despite sending in all the necessary paperwork, they refused to refund my money. This is really disappointing...
