We bought a sofa bed at Sleepworld Nieuwpoort 4 years ago. Our seat is completely flaking off. We reported this and received the following notification the next day. “As promised, I called our after-sales service again and asked if there was really no way we could do anything extra for you. After consultation with the purchasing department, the conclusion unfortunately remains that we cannot do anything about the damaged leather look of your seat. This is partly because the warranty was only 2 years and the seat had already been supplied for 4 years." So after 4 years the seat has to be thrown away, there is no service here at all. We are more than disappointed!
