The location is nice if you’re going to the palais 12, but other than that this place is horrendous to put it mildly. The floors are so dirty, the towels and bedsheets are stained, there’s cigarette residue in the windowsill and it smells of smoke in the room even if they say they are a smoke free hotel. there’s cobwebs and dirt all over and it looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned for the last 10 years. will never stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so.

Nice location, if you are going to the concert or football in the stadium. The hotel itself has seen better days long in the past. Carpets might be cleaner and shower might be fixed. But towels and bed sheets were clean. And staff was helpful. And good thing that you can park your car in the underground parking for 15€.

This hotel has definitely seen better days a long time ago. Old equipment, filthy carpets, little gap in the door (near lock) from which you can see outside from the room 301 and inside in the room. Too far from the center, but in the walking distance to Atomium. Dust on the wall lamps. Staff was nice on the reception. It is in a quiet location.

I am staying right now in this hotel, with my husband, we arrived today 04/19/2023. This place didn’t meet my expectations at all. One of the towels is ripped and has holes, the small towel looks old and is grey instead of white! One of the lamp is broken, the bathroom has mold in the walls, the safe doesn’t work, and there’s nobody in the lobby to help. There was a group of people that came together outside the rooms that had the same complaints, and one of them found a big spider in her room, and didn’t want to go back!

Me and a friend stayed there for 3 nights. 2 of the nights are room door did not open. We had to wait for staff to turn up at around 7 AM meaning we spent hours at the hotel with no room. How does a room key not work the first night then work the second night just for it to not work again on the third night?? No compensation and barely an apology for being made to stay on the lobby floor. Ridiculous.

Didnt know if i was in a haunted house or a hotel tbh, spiderwebs in the corner as if it was their breeding ground. No problem with carpeted rooms but do vacuum them pls. Never have i had a stuffed nose as if i had asthma ever in a hotel. Room was dirty and dusty, water must be expensive these days because water pressure was out of this world. Stains on walls pillows ground etc. Who knows what happened to allow such stains on the walls and pillows. Complained with the receptionist, we had to pay extra for cleaning?! It wasnt clean in the first place. What a place

Location is great. Stayed only for a night. Nothing extraordinary about the stay. Towels and bedsheets were clean. We did express check-in so late night check-in was smooth. Vending machine was available for food and beverages. Our room was on the third floor. View was great. We opened the windows in the morning and had our breakfast by the window. Note to staff: Please clean the carpet properly.

Not a great hotel, it was a cheap place to stay near Brussels. The bed linen was clean but the room was dated and a little grubby. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Don’t recommend this stay! Room was dirty, staff was not helpful. Found clothing from another person in my room. Empty cans in the room. Just nasty.

The towels were paper thin and one had a huge number of wholes in it. The carpet was covered in stains and the room was grubby. I would not recommend a stay here.

Hygiene was terrible. I felt like I was staying in a trucker-hotel from a movie. Felt like a shady motel. Don't look behind the bed or behind the night stands, because its terrible dirty (dust and other fluids). The bathroom is old and cracky. Also there is nobody behind the reception to reach out to. Overall, a no-go zone!

It is one of the worst hotels, the room smells very, very bad, the service is zero, there is no internet in the rooms, I think I lost money because I booked in this place

A bigger table would be nice. Enough space for luggage, well used mattress. It's okay.

I’m really satisfied with everything presented by this Hotel -Free parking Also parking across the street is free -Reception guy is super friendly -The room is really comfortable and big -the hotel is clean The only negative things about this hotel is 6 Km away from center which is not really negative if you have a car.

Way overpriced. Not clean, there was a cotton swab lying on the floor. The glasses in the bathroom were not clean. There was no soap at all. For a non smoking room, a chimney would have smelled better.

This was the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed. Even the one star I gave is to much. We made the reservation particularly for a car charger that didn’t work, breakfast which was 12 euro wasn’t worth the money, no bread, no orange juice, no nothing. Front desk girls that really don’t care about anything. And after we refused the second breakfast and asked our money back……… I’m still waiting for the refund. This hotel really sucks. Don’t go. I will make sure that there will be a reduction of clients.

Our room smelled like smoke. No one at the reception the whole evening. We are not going to stay for the night here...

Location was exactly where we needed it to be. Comfortable enough, but needs more attention to detail. A lot of little things not working properly and the guy at reception was not of much help.

The manager didn’t pick up their phone, some of the guests weren’t able to enter the building, the others had to help them. Rooms are okay, quite clean, the bathrooms are old fashioned.

Sadly my stay didn’t go well. The first thing I noticed is that the bathtub was not very clean, there was mold around the joints. But beyond that they have no evening reception so as I came back at midnight on the second night, my room card didn't work. I called their emergency number all night but I got no answer. I stayed locked outside of my room all night and it was only at 7am when the receptionist arrived that I was able to enter my room. Sadly he didn't even apologize on behalf of the hotel and I had to ask myself for a refund, without that he hadn’t even offer to refund me.

No staff to talk about the bad conditions that we were booked in. Damp towels. 3 types of hair on the beds ( red hair long, curly black hair and medium long brown) cleaning policy: once per week. Pillows were stained. Towels in the bathroom smelled of perspiration

Close to highway and circular of Brussels. Close to the Expo. Basic rooms but enough for one night. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Price quality is ok but book direct via their website and not via Hotelspecials as they rip you off!!!!

I had a great time there. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is also frendlly. There are also parking spaces for free in front of the hotel. They also have a private parking, that’s provided at a affordable price.

😠 I had intended to rate the hotel 2 stars after my stay because, despite the issues, it labeled itself a budget 3-star hotel and you kind of get what you pay for. However, in searching for the hotel to rate it, I find it's under a different name. That just smells sketchy and I dislike that. It goe...
