I have booked through booking and it looked amazing. There is no way to describe how disappointing it is! Check the photos and avoid at all cost We ended up booking at hotel max for a similar price and it was 1000 times better. Awful place and also customer service - booking saved us on this one refunding the money.

Comfortable and spacious place however it was lonely place to stay for a hotel. The breakfast was not upto the mark and we felt it was expensive for the place and services. The staff was very courteous and ready to help.

We stayed in a studio on the fifth floor for two nights. I don't like to leave a "bad" review however would like to provide honest comments for future guests and for improvements. Positive: The room was large and newly cleaned, with a comfortable bed. There was a small kitchenette with a kettle, fridge and some basic utensils. When the hot water worked, it reached a good temperature. You can walk to some really nice restaurants/bars/cafes nearby (about 20-30 minutes to the centre). There's an ALDI just around the corner for groceries etc... Negative: Our check in was at 2pm however the room wasn't cleaned when we arrived, so we waited half an hour to get into the room. The elevator only goes up to level four, so the stairs need to be used for the rest of the way. The bathroom door didn't close and the hot water didn't work for the first two days. The room smelt of smoke. We opened the window for air, however the door then rattled while the window was open. Noise isolation isn't great. The guests above us made A LOT of noise about 4am and you could hear everything (although this isn't the fault of the hosts). Overall, the facilities were quite average and I don't believe it was worth the money paid (given the quality). The hosts, however, were welcoming and accommodating. They offered a couple of alternatives after we voiced our concerns. While neither alternative worked for us due to our plans, their fast response time and offers were much appreciated.

I would like to share my horrible experience, about this “Hotel” my reservation was for three nights. but I only stayed for one night even though I’ve paid for the whole three nights, for many reasons I’m going to go through right now. -1 The furnture of the room and the hotel in general, are in a bad conditions (old-broken-worn-derty). -2 The serves was so bad as well as in the room we didn’t get the regular stuff like tea,coffee and napkins so I had to go to the reception to ask and bring them. -3 The breakfast was very cheap compere it to the cost that I paid as we walked to the breakfast hall at 9am and was mostly finshed as they said it will be available until 10.30am And we decided to leave the hotel in the morning early.

Was not a good experience at all , staff are not very welcoming (not sure if that was because we are British) the wall paper in the halls and in our room were coming off the walls, it clearly needed an update. The breakfast was ok with a small choice of drinks, breads and cereals. The whole area had an unsafe feel to it, with gangs hanging around the street.... Don't stay here just to save money because it's not worth it.

Broken furniture, uncleaned sheets, tiny TV, small breakfast with few options, and not very organized, or clean. Price per quality ratio is too high to recommend even for a cheap stay.

Only good point of this hotel is the location, everything else is a disaster... Kitchen without ANYTHING, no cups, no plates, no cutlery. The rented apartment was for up to 7 people, however there were only 3 chairs. Went there in early December, the heaters didn't work, and the windows didn't close good. The staff was correct, but helpless.

Terrible service, the owner is crazy, there is no water in the hotel and there is dirt

Please don’t stay in this hotel, it is dangerous!!! There is awful dirtiness and there wasn’t the water in the room and when we make a claim, “The boss” of this hotel and person from the staff, they insulted us, touched with violance and throw iron item in my face!!!!!! We were hurry to get in the taxi, i don’t know what happened to us!!! The place also is a very dangerous!!

I booked a room via Booking.com and when I arrived the hotel was full. I had to look for a room available in another hotel at midnight.

Worst hotel ever. Cleaning is a myth. Horrible reception. Dishonest owner.

A cheap place, it could be a lot better, it had power problems during the first hours of our stay and the furniture is old and neglected.

Very nice, cozy hotel, located near city centre. It has good and tasty breakfasts, proposed to you during the stay.

Very good hotel. It's spacy and have a great quality/price ratio. But it is not well isolated in term of sound. We can easily hear the sound of the trafic or the street. The water is cold. But everything else is very good.

Terrible place. They gave to me a bedroom in a kind of attic, with no elevator, a terrible bed (with bethering springs) and a bad-tempered recepcionist. Please, take a look in other places to enjoy better the beautiful Brussels city.

Worst experience ever! When we reached there, the Hotel was closed and the owner did not answered the call. We were helpless in the Midnight in a new city. Worst Experince. Do not trust.
