Absolutely rubbish, don't bother staying here. It is not worth the hassle, stress, and the bad experience. It will ruin your holiday. Waste of money and it really upset me. the whole experience was awful.

Do not go there! After probably staying in more than 30 hostels, this was by far the worst. It is not actually a hostel but a hotel with hostel facilities. Dirty and I had a huge confrontation with the representative - they invent taxes, like charging different prices to receive a towel (previous customers said in reviews the same). A word describing their attitude: rubbish.

Rough dangerous area near the railway station. Rooms were dirty with parts falling off everything and unhelpful staff. I couldn't get a single page document printed for an emergency passport because they were saving their ink. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Es Hostel is a very cheap and well-located hostel in Brussels. In fact, it is near the main station. The hall is big, there are a lot of rooms. I suggest you this hostel if you want to have a cheap trip in Brussels. My room was not very big but the price low. I am very glad about this choice.

6 people to a room with only 3 outlets. Only 1 bathroom for 18 guys and the door doesn't lock. Location is decent, about a 20 minute walk from the Grand Place. People at the front desk were polite and spoke English very well.

My room was dirty and only have one AC outlet for 4 beds! Still, the service is polite and price among the cheaper. Next time I definitely going to spend a bit more some where else.

We had a good room for 2 people. Very clean and well equipped. It is 10 minutes walking from the old City center.

Good location, cheap, but not clean at all, we found a little insects in the bed.

i would rate their hotel way better... but when it comes to hostel. They should know that travellers or tourists especially backpackers expect cetain facilities like kitchen or kitchenette, some storage space. They only concerntrate on packing up space with beds. Beds and pillows are good though. The service is poor. The toilet door dosent have a working lock.

Very bad place to stay. It is a hotel with dorms to make some extra money but not a hostel. There are no lockers. You even can't lock the restroom! Stuff is also very unfriendly. If you are a backpacker or just used to hostels don't go there.

Location and public transportation is pretty convenient. The rooms/beds are pretty clean and comfy, wifi is pretty decent as there's a different one for each floor. Customer service is average, it's not excellent but there's nothing to complain. The only thing I would like to highlight about is the number of plugs in their hostel room. There's 6 people per room but only 3-4 plugs for all of us so that was pretty inconvenient. Thankfully I had nice roomates so we were all willing to take turns and compromise here and there.
