😠 I'm happy for those who can have a great room in this hotel, but for me, God, this is the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. There were no aeration in this room, bathroom were nasty (mold was everywhere, hot water was dirty, even in the shower's spray plate, nasty), bed sheets and blankets were... People often mention room, hotel, location, bathroom, water,

The staff is nice but the place is... you know two stars. The good thing is it's very well located. 5 min walk from the Grand Place. The room smelled weird, like mold maybe. I was sinking in the bed. The bathroom is small but decent. The room was very dark, big window but it faced the tiny patio where there is the fire scape, so light could barely enter the room.

This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. It's minutes from everything. It's basic, yes, but I had no issues staying here. The shower was phenomenal... excellent pressure and never ran out of hot water. The room was clean and maid service was daily. I always had fresh towels. If you're looking for economy with value, this is the place. In the heart of everything you would want to walk to in Brussels.

Our hosts in Brussels had booked two nights at this hotel for us, but when I called to confirm, a different person dealing with our booking said they couldn’t find our booking anywhere despite a payment being made to reserve our room. We got to the hotel hoping to sort it out in person, but the person at the counter just said he couldn’t find our booking and couldn’t be bothered helping out. He proceeded to go out for a smoke and talk to the lingering people around the hotel. The condition of the reception and the stairs does accurately reflect the pictures from the other reviews I read below. The only positive I saw out of this hotel was its location, thus the one star. Come at your own risk.

The hotel has a good price, but is not so clean, the stairs were dirty which made me sneeze a lot. The first room we got had a problem with the shower and they moved us to other room with no problem. In the second room the hairdryer didn't work, so they gave us a key to use it in another room which seemed to be occupied (weird). But our room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The worst hotel I've been in my life. The room was dirty, smelly from the toilet despite open windows, mould signs on walls and ceiling. Denied breakfast despite having passed four out at the moment of booking, absolutely unhelpful and rude staff, the only thing to save Is the location.

Super cozy place, though there's not enough heating in the rooms. The blankets were a bit old and there was just one radiator near the window. I'd definitely say it was freezing. The supplies concerning toiletries were not sufficient. Pretty spartan and minimalistic. But for the price we paid it is adequate. Though the heating is necessarily to be improved.

The hotel was in an overall bad condition. The walls in our room were broken, the doors were noisy and it was cold (the heat only started after 7.30 PM), which is pretty late, given that the real feel outside was close or below 0 degrees. One the plus side, the personnel was kind, the bathroom water was nice and warm and the location is at approx 5 min walking distance from the city center.

TL;DR: nearly everything is bad but the location. Stay only if price is the main factor. Cons: receptionist appeared to be extremely bothered by us showing up. I know it was about 22:00 but still, hospitality could have been much better. The lift and the stairwell was dirty and dusty. The room was okay-sized, but it was extremely cold (we slept with some clothes on) and smelled of cigarettes and toilet. We received one hand towel and one bath towel for two people. The light in the room barely lit anything up and the little light above my bedside was not working. The walls are wafer thin and if only we understood French better we would have known what the neighbour was watching on the TV. One of the highlights: we did not receive a proper blanket. :D What we got was an empty blanket slipcover and a bed cover. In November. Let that sink in. Thankfully we found another dirty and cigarette-hole-embellished cover in the closet to last the night. The bathroom was also okay-sized and there was hot water but the showerhead was broken and one side of it just sprayed water in a single huge stream. There was no threshold between the shower space and the rest of the bathroom so, after showering, half of the bathroom floor was splattered with water. To aid me in this predicament came the only bath towel that we had - it was used to mop the floor. Towel dryer was stone cold. My wife could not connect to the wifi, and I didn't even bother. There was no breakfast due to covid (in hindsight - thank God). Another highlight: the main door handle in the lobby was just a torn plastic string that could break off at any moment. Pros: city centre is right there and it's cheap.

It seems that the owners gave this place up. That's really sad. Dirty, old, with no care at all. I don't recommend. But in a really good location.

Very affordable no frills hotel close to the centre of Brussels. Easily within walking distance of Central & Midi railway stations. The area can be a little noisy at night, especially if your room faces onto the street. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day by polite English speaking staff

There were no aeration in this room, bathroom were nasty (mold was everywhere, hot water was dirty, even in the shower's spray plate, nasty), bed sheets and blankets were probably unwashed, and room was dusty. I'm allergic to dust, so after spent the night in this hotel, I had to spend the rest of my holiday with sneezing, I even got fever. Extremely disgraceful.

This was the worst hotel experience i‘ve ever had! We arrived during an extreme freezing period (minus 13degrees) and they wouldn’t turn on the heating. The rooms where super cold! The walls are moldy and the guy at the reception was totally unfriendly. We caught a cold. Plus the wifi doesn’t work. We would definitely never stay here again!
