Not a good experience. The hotel advertises parking for guests, which was not available (booking for the room and parking were made at the same time), and the street had very few places - very uncertain. A reconstruction was in process, about which we were not notified, the corridor floors were covered with cardboard paper and there was noise and dust. The room (especially bathroom) for two was EXTREMELY small. On the other hand, the staff was helpful.

I have not stayed at this hotel, so my review is of their breakfast via Too Good To Go. The quantity was abundant for the price and the quality was fresh and delicious.

It's very noisy there. Even in the middle of the night, the people didn't stop being very loud. The hallway and rooms are quite small, but the staff is kind.

Bad, bad place.Nice staff, but this is where the the good part ends. The ugly part: it is DIRTY! The room is dirty (and TINY), there are traces of cigaret butts around it. Dust everywhere, unwashed glass on the table, the halls smell with tobacco (even though the whole place is theoretically a non-smoking area), and this smell crawls into the rooms. Even the lamps in the room are dirty. I've never been in a dirtier hotel room, ever. The bathroom is one of the smallest I've seen, the sink is a part of the shower and you can use the toilet directly from under the shower. Ridiculous breakfast with super small selection of food and zero veggies, exactly a single type of cereal available. For some reason there room was also super-hot even though we were there in February and the radiator was turned down, even opening the window didn't help. The place is a JOKE.

Not the best place in the world 🌎. Rooms very small, bathroom very small. Location is a bit far out from Brussels centre and there is quite a bit of confusion with the bus and Metro transport systems so taxi is your best bet. Hotel need a refurb urgently. Also very hot inside and appears to be no air conditioning in rooms. Over all, Brussels and Brugge are a must need visit!

The reviews are quite mixed for this hotel. However, I have to say my experience was good, nice room, good nights sleep and scrumptious breakfast in the morning. It doesn't look brand new, but I have definitely stayed in more tired places and should I return to the area, I'd stay again. Recommended.

Not the best experience! Tiny room and I had a problem with the safe it took them two days to change it with a constant asking, the rooms are not sound proof it’s annoying and super noisy on top of that 10% privacy, it’s not worth what I paid for, in my opinion it worth the half.

It was good, really good. The windows are on the street and I liked it. Don't like when it's to the garden or some quiet place. The sky from the window is beautiful too, the bed is big. The power of shower is really nice. A little repaired cell, and it's well seen, but it didn't spoil the vacation. The city is beautiful, with a lot of ancient buildings. The staff is very friendly and diligent. I have to work in internet till the late night and every early morning the cleaning knocked and asked about opportunity to clean the room. I cleaned it by myself, and always refused, cause early morning. But they are diligent, thank you.

The hotel is ok to access from Brussels once you know which bus to take (40 minutes) or which station to connect with by bus (15 minutes away) but it certainly isn't 'in' Brussels. It was clean & comfortable but the walls are thin leading to very disturbed sleep because of noisy guests nextdoor (hotel staff tried their best to quieten them several times to no avail). Reasonable.

Clean, regular hotel. Nothing exceptional. The rooms are quite well laid out with adequate facilities. Reception is quite helpful. Located in a busy section of the city - Chaussee de Ninove - about 10mins drive from the Midi Bus station. If you're looking for a small practical place to stay during your visit to Brussels, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing. The hotel was clean, but the building was falling apart, some of the rails in the stairs were missing, the elevator was broken and the service was not great either. I travelled with my sister and her boyfriend and their room got flooded after a pipe broke in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The person at the reception did not seem to be too worried about helping them to sort out the problem or mop the water on the floor, both of which were resolved by my sister’s boyfriend. They weren’t even offered to switch rooms. Really disappointing.

Small rooms, no air conditioning so it really gets hot in summer. The provide tiny table fans which are hardly of any help. Walls are not sound proof, so if u get the room facing the road lot of traffic noise will be heard whole day. Connectivity with bus is good but no metro station nearby. Receptionist is warm and welcoming

Even for the cheap price it is horible. Breakfast is dirty, the toilets are so small you have to sit diagonal, the wifi doesn't work, ...
