Strictly necessary! Do not look for any standards by going there. It is basic and really only recommended as last solution for a place in the center of Brussels for a cheap price. The room is quite dilapidated. The WiFi was not too bad, the shower was the best element in the room from far, the breakfast...really basic but acceptable. An option for very small budget or last minute booking.

I was accommodated in a room which was on the the same floor as the reception and i could hear everything coming from there. It was noisy and the hotel doesn't have great location. The staff was polite at least.

Very simple & small room! Must have single bed instead of double bed! Was smelling not sure why! Doesn’t worth the price unfortunately. Around hotel looks dodgy when evening! Wifi was ok. TV only very few channels. Staff friendly. Suggestion: -Toilet seat not that expensive and can be replaced easily! -Windows lock not working! -Put a form of which TV channel numbers work -Tissue roll not that expensive! Avoid putting half rolls!

Very bad hotel, safety and hygiene are the least of their concerns: - The closet fell down and i have hurt my head - The tap is broken - Dirts are everywhere on the wall, door, wc, etc ... - TV is not working (It was the least concern ...) - You need to wait 15 minutes for the water to become warm I made a complaint the first night just after my arrival about the closet and the tap but they didn't care much, I stayed 2 nights and i am really glad to leave this place I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. I am not sure it can be named hotel, i have seen stables in better shape. Also the neighborhood area around didn't seem safe See attached a few photos from inside so you know what to expect

Well it was indeed VERY cheap, so I figured it would be in the more "cheap", end. But I never expected it to be this bad! It was snug, smelled of old people and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to change hotels not even an hour later, because we couldn't stand staying there. The only positive thing about the place was the super nice staff and the good laugh we got out of how bad it was.

Very very disappointed with 100 reasons:- Room's furnitures are garbage, Dirty, dump, stain and ripped not good for health and safety issues if you put your nose down, straight away they are blocked. From Shower ,toilet+ curtain mould around, broken tiles, broken door handle and shower itself is like a public shower old and dirty mould everywhere. Room curtains are dirty with stains and stink. Metal chair full of rust so as shower room's radiator, pillows dirty, mattress garbage, I could not wait to get out I was not comfortable even to touch anything No kettle for hot water or a single coffee or a cup. Price per night is 102€ not worthy even a minus star. No lift and very narrow stairs hard to lift your suitcase. If you have a family I suggest find somewhere dissent, this is not a place for you. There were two fire engine full of police outside one day, receptionist and cleaner both ran out without letting us know what was happening the fire crews climb on 3rd floor while ours was 2nd. Two positive sides tho: All 3 staff were very very kind and helpful, took their time to help. It's in the heart of the Brussels City Centre so saves you fortune on transportation so you just walk around. Authority needs to close down this hotel for health and safety issue, you can not pick rubbish from the bin and make them bed or mattress.

there is no breakfast contrary to what the advertisement says, they do not make a room or clean it, I had a curtain placed on the window to have privacy, toilet seat almost loose, mattress damaged. too much noise with the bell at the entrance at any time of the night. lack of professionalism and friendliness of some female employees. Good temperature of the room.

The room that we stayed was clean, so was the bathroom. Great location as it is quite near to the city centre and easy access to the airport. The hallway always smells like cigarretes when we’re staying there and the stairs is quite narrow (no lift). There is no air-con in our room, but can’t complain much as we chose this hotel as the cheapest option available when we stayed in Brussels. Good option if you’re looking for cheap accommodation for a short trip

For the price was the best hotel in Brussels. Wonderful services from the reception guy. Location is perfect right next to the center. And FOR WHO IS EXPECTING 5* hotel at the cheap prices you can go to Hilton or what ever and pay the prices !! Thanks again for this lovely night and wish you the best for the futur

The worst hotel I have been to EVER! I knew this is budget saving but sadly didn't read any reviews upfront. Very dirty, toilet directly in room without any privacy/ separation?? As dirt cheap hostel? Perhaps, but not a hotel.

The hotel needs to be improved… is disgusting. Smells badly and could get better offer elsewhere with the same price

Great choice for a budget traveller - just a 5 minute walk from Brussels North rail station and 10 minutes to the city centre. The room was small but clean, with comfortable beds.

What a mess. Guys at the desk are brilliant, but some of the rooms are a disaster. Filthy, mattresses from hell. Luckily it was 30 degrees outside so I could sleep on the covers, didn,t dare to touch the mattress. Switched rooms for a much nicer, cleaner room. After shower water flows in to room. Breakfast 6 euros pp. Better have breakfast in town. Never again this hotel. 2 stars overrated.

Steer clear, unless you are up to 25 years old and short of money. No elevator, no air-conditioning, no breakfast. The place is a dump, but the receptionists were kind and helpful.

The people are good, but the rooms are just not in good condition, they need renovation jobs for the price they charge.

Staff were relatively friendly. We had a 5 person room - 1 double + 3 single beds. For a student budget, the room was decent for the price. The toilet was fine (not as bad as other reviewers say, but note that this was for the 5 person room), and had a nice heated floor.

One of the worst hotels or even hostels i had been in. Was there for a total of about 30 minutes and had to leave. Room stank of dampness and flared up my asthma. Had to leave and got a refused a refund. Would 100% recommend for everyone to avoid.

The staffs are friendly and could easily be understood. Very helpful as well. The room is also worth the money. The wifi is speedy too. So, everything is definitely for budget travellers like me .😉

The bathroom was very little, the rooms are just fine but could be better, not that close to the city center.
