What a horrible people. We had to cancel the room we booked 5 hours before due to the life threatening hospitalisation of the one we made the booking for. When we called to cancel they said ‘we cannot give the money back’ and hung up to phone. The refund is not the main thing, but hanging up the phone in the middle of a conversation? When we called back the same person we spoke to on the phone answered and he told us that we had called the wrong hotel. When we said ‘we hear the same woman in the background, and you are the same person I spoke to’ they hung up again. Can’t say anything on the hotel itself but the customer service/reception is nauseatingly horrible.

Overall disappointing stay. Yes it was cheap and close to the station and the local shop but that’s about it. A few improvements could make this place amazing as the concept of the place is smart. Firstly we had an issue with our door, as you can see from the picture attached it would not close properly. Secondly there is NO WINDOWS. Like at all. So be aware. Thirdly, no air on so it was boiling! Lastly, some cleaner sheets. Forgot to take a picture but the duvet was dirty and have a period stain.

Honestly, just pay the little more to stay at a real hotel, staying here is a false economy. Communication for the required self check in was chaotic, the rooms have incredibly thin walls, you hear everything your neighbour does. The rooms feel like converted storage closets with no access to natural light and even though the hotel seems to be recently built, corners are scuffed and paint is peeling everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable, too. Only reason for two stars is the ok location within ten minutes of to the airport.

Clean and convenient. Has even an equipped kitchenette! Comfortable chair to work on the desk. No real window to outside but lot of light to an open corridor. Very conveniently located next to BRU airport. Just a minus : there is a ventilator but no AC !

You feel like a fish in a fish tank! There’s no window to open PLUS there’s no airco! When I arrived the room was heated up to 30 degrees Celsius and no possibility to cool it down! If you can afford to avoid staying there, do so!

Perfect for short stay before early morning flight! Small but clean room with a kitchenette, tv and shower. Self check-in was also perfect!

Well organized self check-in. Everything is clean and the last renovation seems to have happened recently. The wireless LAN is reliable and fast. The only negative point are rather thin walls, you may hear guests next door. A fridge is available in the Room and a microwave in the hallway.

Nice concept and very clean. Only one disadvantage. They could install a door between restroom and Microkitchen. But I can highly recommend it. I would stay there 100 % again.

About 1.5 km from the airport. All the rooms have no window, but a glass door to tje hallway. Airconditioning not available. When I arrived it was very warm in the room (warmer than outside) but no chance to cool it down. Checkin is a self checkin with small keysafes in front of the entrance. You get the code via Mail at the date of your arrival. I had some issue with that as a travel agent booked the room, so i did not receive that mail. Some Minor issues: Cutlery in the kitchenette not clean, clock out of battery, no bathroom doors.

This is NOT a real hotel. It’s an interior space with CUBICLES setup for you to sleep and shower. This is a great place if you just need shelter for a night or two but don’t come here expecting luxury. Don’t get me wrong, the facilities are nice and modern but it’s simply a place to sleep. Beware of the NO VENTILATION in the rooms! They do provide a fan, but even in winter it’s hot as hell.

Pros : ⭐️ Kitchenette and a grocery store right down the street (very convenient!). ⭐️ Towel and shower gel provided. ⭐️ Clean rooms, bathroom and building. Apparently the cheapest place near the airport. But not that cheap either (~80€/night, ~65€ if you book early enough). Free cancellation. Cons : - Very poor noise proofing : You hear every TV, phone call, moving chair and everyone walking in the building. For that they give you earplugs. Thank you but ehh. - Privacy : There’s only one glass door between the corridor and your room and the only way to some sun. However everyone walking by will see you and the entire room. Actually gives the impression to be in a zoo or a prison (with glass doors), you can see people living in their little space. To avoid it, you can roll down the curtain but you’ll be in the dark. - At night, the corridor’s lights are constantly and randomly turning on and off, all night long. Okay place first a 1 night or 2. I’ve know worst hostels (but much cheaper), so it doesn’t really worth the price.

A place to stay with limitations. Being more specific, I would say it is a little room for one person with just a bed-sofa. We stayed 5 days and towels and bed linen were not changed. Same goes for cleaning. Toilet should have a door as it runs into the little kitchenette. Then, it must be known that the entrance to the room is a sliding glass door with a store which means that while inside you cannot open the door (there are no windows). But for short periods (2 or 3 days) should be fine. Slightest sounds in the other rooms are so much heard. And remember, it is a self service accommodation.

Overall impression: it's great if you need to stay in a hotel near the airport. It probably won't be the best choice if you plan to stay for a long vacation/holiday in Brussels. Pros: -Cheap -Great location: very close to airport; near quaint neighborhood with shops and restaurants -Easy self check-in -Has kitchenette Cons: -Thin walls mean you can hear your neighbors (and they can hear you) -Bed is ok, but not the most comfortable

Good for a short stay on your own. I stayed here for 10 days with my partner. The room is quite small but it contains everything that's needed. On the pros: Nice little kitchen and nice shower. Smart TV available. Self check-in procedure is clearly explained. On the cons: there is no aircon available but the rooms gets very warm. The isolation of the room is very basic, you can hear the discussions of your neighbors. In 10 days nobody came to clean/change bins/ change bed linen (change is needed as it gets hot in the room at night). There is no door in between living room and bathroom, not advised for two people. The entrance door to the room is a glass door, although there are blinds, there is not soo much privacy.

You can call this place a hostel for adults. Self check in. Ok for a night. You have your own bathroom and kitchenette. You must clean up your dishes before checking out. Free coffee, free wifi. A supermarket is very close by. Taxi costs 15 to 20 € to or from Zaventem airport. No smoking. Clean place. Would I stay again? Not sure.

Great little room. If all you need is a bed for the night this is great. There is 2 hobs in the room for cooking and a fridge.

Pro's - Close to the airport for a late night return or early departure - Clean room with sufficient space for a one-night stay - Okay check-in procedure especially late at night Con's - Hot and humid room - Paper thin walls (combined with late night returns and early departures (airport)) - Toilet was making noice entire night - Light in hallway was turning on and off every couple of seconds Only stay if you really need to and want to save a buck otherwise better options possible

Great and cheap little place to stay, for instance when needing a place to sleep in order to catch a flight the next day. About 10 minutes from the airport, by bus.

Convenient, clean, helpful cleaning staff. Walls are a bit thin so it can be noisy if you have a loud neighbor, but you get a private room and they supply earplugs and a fan. I had no problems with noise and would stay here again

Room was hot like a sauna. There was no ventilation and no window to open and it ended up being 34C inside the room!

Horrible check in experience. We were told we would receive a message with the locker number to access a key to our room as it is an unstaffed site. No email was sent with these details. We messaged via what’s app. And via email 1 hour after the code was supposed to arrive. No response at all. Luckily a man staying here called the phone line for us to speak with them as our phones didn’t work in Belgium. Another man from England had the same problem, The staff actually were laughing at us over the phone. They advised they wouldn’t speak to the English man he had to call separately. I told them that wasn’t possible and they reluctantly spoke to him as well. By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
