No English, Racial Discrimination, You can not cancel the reservation because you will get no refund. There is an old man 50+ years that only speak French, and they tell you to keep clean, its like he is the boss on your money. No way around, I wanted to cancel immediately but could not due to their no refund policy. Horrible experience, 100% OLD man Communist Attitude.

After reading the comments about deposit money, we were concern but anyway we got our deposit back. We did not damage anything and even keeps the room quite clean. I think if you check out in time , room is ok all will be fine. We are quite satisfied with room. One thing we noticed that someone came inside the room while we were outside to turn off the heaters.

The apartments are fine - warm island in the center of heavily international quarter (didn't expect useful utensils anyway, for example decent frying pan). It's a pity that the business is been mismanaged. Cleaning staff doesn't want to do what they're supposed to (and that's despite availability of working force in the country), they don't pick up things from the floor and change towels by some mysterious schedule but don't hesitate to through away things they're not supposed to touch. So don't be surprised if you are asked not only wash your dishes at the checkout but also dry it in the apartment without dishwasher.

Very good stay, in a very good flat, situated at 15 min by feet from grote market. Modern flat, very clean, warm, confortable, fully equiped (at least this one we had : "Sydney"). A very good deal. You can park the car for 20€/day in an underground parkplace, safer!

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Küche im Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist eine Festung. Wahrscheinlich durch die Gegend gezwungen. Für die sichere Unterstellung des Autos 20€ bezahlt.

Very spacious rooms, adequate level of cleanliness. Staff is friendly and supportive. Keep in mind that the reception is not staffed 24h but reachable. Due to central location, some level of outside noise has to be expected. Window isolation does its best to keep it quiet inside.

The house keepers were really nice and welcoming. The apertment was clean and as advertised. The apartment was for 7 people but they gave us only one key, it might be more convenient if next time they could arrange for a couple of keys instead. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Very nice rooms, kind service, extremely fair price. Location is very good, extremely close to Midi station, city centre is an easy 15 min. Walk away. Only issue is it was a bit hard to find with bad data on smartphone. It's a bit of a reclusive entrance. Would easily stay again and again.

One of the better places that offers clean and safe accommodations. Easy access to the train station. In fact if you decide to stay here, you can walk to the train station. There is a reasonably priced Mediterranean market around the corner.

Shame we only stayed for one night. Amazing apartment had more beds than people haha. 15 minute walk from the grand place, two bathrooms had a full kitchen with more than we needed but was great

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The stuff was also very kind and helpful. Although it is a bit further from city centre, the train and bus station is nearby.

Very clean, safe and comfortable residence close to the famous square.The area doesn't seem to be very good but the apartments are great value for money.Also very well equipped

Got cheated of €100 that they charged as security but never refunded. Moreover, the location is terrible- witnessed a carjacking right in front of the apartment from my room.
