Really cool place. It’s cosy and very friendly. The staff is open and welcoming. It’s quite a unique bar in the area as it’s run 100% by volunteers which means that prices are rather low in comparison with surrounding bars… they even organize small concerts. Nice discovery.

Great place. Good prices for beer and coffee. Great coffee (nice and strong), sometimes vegan cakes <3 And great projects associated with the café (like the feminine hygiene recup box)... Now known as Boom Café. My favorite in Brussels at the moment !

Amazing social cafe - safe, lively, run by motivated volunteers, come to grab a democratically priced beer or a Zapatista coffee here all the time.

BOOM is not just a coffee place. It's a collective project with the aim of promoting as much as possible only few but real fair trade products, together with creation of a more cozy and social place that acts as an hub for others non profit associations. Nobody is paid and all the girls and guys are volunteers.

👍👍 Amazing food, one of the best Eggs Benedict I ever had. This location is really crowded due to being in a city centre, but the service is fast and we got out food in less than 15 minutes. 2 things to be aware of: - their signature sauce is really spicy - fries are coated with rosemary (it can be ove...

👍👍 Easily the best waffles I've had so far. There are 2 options, Liege or Brussels. I suggest you try both. The Brussels waffle has a crunchy crust and a nice soft and airy interior. The Liege waffle has a softer still crunchy crust and a denser interior. Highly suggest eating here!
