Amazing pancakes, very delicious and fresh. You have both sweet and salty options. Portions are big and more than enough for a person. I only tried salty pancakes but next time I will also try sweet one. This is place must to visit and enjoy nice breakfast/brunch/lunch.

I had a great experience at Poz Châtelain cafe. The staff was very friendly and the presentation of everything was very good. They offer good pancakes, cupcakes and parfait as well as juices, latte or coffe which are worth trying. I went early because they don’t take reservations and the place is always full. I was able to enjoy my coffee and read the news in peace because it is much quieter than other places like Jat or Workshop. They also have brunch on weekends and holidays which is a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend Poz Châtelain cafe to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy some good food and drinks.

Great breakfast and brunch place. We ordered here toasts with different toppings and were very happy. Toasts are tasty and quite healthy. People orders pancakes mostly, but it could be too sweet or not juicy enough. So we stuck with toasts. Please come here and try No cash place

Very good pancakes and sides. Coffee is good too. Service was fast and the staff is nice. Seemed fairly priced for both quantity and quality.

A good place for brunch in Brussels, and concretely Chatelain neighborhood. I had the salmon pancake with extra avocado, it was delicious. The smoothies are nice. The interior of the place is beautiful and cozy. The service is great too! More menu options on weekends, but also more people and you should be ready to wait in the queue.

Food was good, but there were some issues with service. They mixed the order and took quite a long time to bring my correct order. However, they apologized and tried to make up for it by giving me a free drink, which was really nice of them.

OMG I had the best pancakes since I've been in Belgium (8 months). They literally taste like little cakes. Although, I initially wanted the pistachio pancakes, they ran out. Other than that it was an amazing experience and this will be my new weekend spot whenever I'm in the city! Excellent staff too!!!

Place has the one of the best pancakes I have ever had! Try the bacon and eggs one, absolutely no regrets. POZ was packed when we arrived though they offered us hot tea as compensation since we couldn’t be waiting inside (during winter). This lovely gesture only elevated the entire experience. Most economical option is to come on weekends for brunch. For 25€ you get granola, orange juice, a coffee, 2 pancakes made with choice of combinations (salmon and cream cheese, for example), and dessert. For Brussels, a good price point. Enjoy the beautiful setting too!

Cute place with very pretty decoration. Luckily, we didn't have to wait to get seated. The service was extremely friendly. We had to wait for a while to get our food, but it was worth the wait. Perfect porportions (not too much or too little). The pancakes were fluffy, and the toast had the perfect amount of each ingredient. Would recommend for a quick brunch!

I came here for brunch with a friend and we had the pancakes with seasonal fruit, and we truly enjoyed those. It came with loads of strawberries and blueberries and chocolate to pour over it. At first glance it didn’t seem like it’d fill me but I couldn’t even finish it! Had a smoothie too and it was delicious! Beautifully decorated too, makes for an enjoyable dining experience. It’s a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the walk.

The restaurant has a beautiful terrace. To me, the pancakes tasted like yeast (avocado). I found the meal to be too heavy, perhaps due to my choice of meal. The service is quite slow (they were also very busy). The waitresses are welcoming.

Lovely experience at Poz! They take no reservations, so you are likely to face a queue upon arrival, but it quickly turned into free seating for us. The plates are generous without being overpriced. Between the chicken toasty and the pancakes. The pancakes were definite winners, the dough is light and consistent as only truly good pancakes can be. The toasty was good, perhaps a bit heavy on the curry for my taste, especially for the morning. But overall a very tasty experience to repeat!! 😁

Super friendly and welcoming staffs. I ordered the speculoos pancake and they told me that have to wait for 15-20 mins cause there are many orders. Guess what? When I tased the pancake and I knew it’s totally worth to wait!!! 🤤🥞 The pancake is soft and moist, also with a scoop of ice cream which makes the flavour even more delicious. Highly recommended for this amazing cafe 👍🏼

The food and interior decorations are great. But the overall experience would be very different if they would just take reservations. Now there are people standing in line for a table and the attitude of the staff makes you feel like you can not stay and enjoy your brunch. They want you out as fast as possible to seat new people. Do not expect a relaxing Sunday morning brunch experience here.

The place is nice. Food was tasty and decent portions. A bit expensive but normal for the area. However, the smoothie was a rip off. It was almost 5€ and the glass came half empty( 60% was just foam). I ask the waiter if that was normal and he answered me in a very condescending way that yes and that smoothies are always like that

Great spot in St. Gilles. To start, the service is amazing. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The coffee is great. Toasties are fresh, simple, but delicious. Definitely need to come back to try the pancakes because every tower that came by my table looked better than the last. Catch me here next week ;)

A nice interior nearby place Chatelain -- you can sit inside or outside but it's really crowded so possibly you have to wait outside for a place. It has a small menu with especially pancakes and healthy toasts. The coffee was good 🙃.

Amazing pancakes, the butter was great. Not a place to eat something that are not pancakes I would say.

I don't know how they did it, but the texture of the pancake was spot on. Not too soft, not too hard, a bit of a chewy texture with ice cream on top

Really good pancakes, you have the simplest pancakes to the most different versions, like mango and curry. They have a selection of sweet and savory pancakes and I think that really stands out from other places. Great limonades and tea's. Kind of expensive but you don't eat this every day.. there's also a lot more in the menu besides pancakes, though I haven't tried.

POZ has very tasty pancakes! Lots of options to choose, salty and sweet. They use fresh ingredients. It is one of my favorite brunch places in Brussels. It has a nice decoration inside and also outside. Staff is helpful and polite and service is fast. There is usually on Sundays queues that you have to wait to find a table so it is good to go early 😃

A great place to grab breakfast/brunch. The pancakes are light and fluffy and they come with either sweet or savoury options. The interior and atmosphere of the restaurant are nice and relaxed and help make a great relaxing vibe.

An extremely nice staff, the food is heavenly and tastes great, the pancakes are extremely tasty and reasonably priced for Brussels. Everything is freshly prepared. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious pancakes in the ixelles. The green pancakes that i take was a surprisingly a delicious meal that i didn’t expect to like and i totally recommend you to try it. The other pancakes have eggs and bacon which is also delicious and a classic. I would like to try once the sweet pancake. The prices are bit high for my taste. 💸 The staff are friendly and nice.

One of the best brunch places in Brussels! Food is great, portions are quite big and is overall affordable. Staff is kind and speaks English. The only thing is the queue at weekends.

Nice place, good drinks and coffee, but COVID measures not respected. Tables are too close and people as well. I did not feel confortable. Such a pity. I will not go back for sure, unless Covid Safe Ticket is in place.

Okay-ish breakfast place near Jansen stop. Both pancakes and coffee are not too bad but I don’t really feel anything special about the place. Staff was friendly

  • 3/5 Juan R. 2 years ago on Google
A bit pricey for what you get. The smoothies are very good, but you feel they put more love on the decoration than on the food. The place to be if you want a pretty photo for your Instagram.

A nice and cozy cafe!! We tried their brownie pancakes, toasty avocat, hot chocolate and chai latte. Their hot chocolate is the best I have ever tried!! Other items were also very good! A must try for hot chocolate lovers!

A nice cozy place to be with friends or family. Kid friendly too. Great ambiance and good service. I ordered the exotic smoothie which was soo refreshing. Then I tried a toast, the presentation was amazing. Tastes good too. I would definitely go there and Study/work when I'm bored being at home.

My niece ordered pancakes and it was a 55 min wait for mediocre pancakes that were too gooey in the inside and burnt on the bottom. We had to ask multiple times for ice cubes for our warm smoothies in a hot day (32 degrees!). Also, many people who came after us were served before us. There is clearly lack of management in running the cafe!!! Sunday, 24 July

Space is beautifully decorated: botanical art on the walls and cosy little nooks. Pancakes are yummy. They didn’t have the spinach but just the avocado and cream cheese (well-balanced with onions, lemon & parsley) alone were quite good.

A cozy vibe, tasty food and incredible staff! They have many different pancake options, both sweet and savory, and a good selection of toasts and baked goods. Will definitely be visiting again!

Place was PACKED on a Sunday (to be expected) but the food was worth the wait. I took the servers recommendations on the limited lemon pancakes as well as the seasonal latte and both were enjoyable. Staff was very sweet, food came out quickly and the ambience of the place was very cute and trendy.
