Amazing coffee!!! One of the best in town. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. A collection of old books as well that you can check out while having coffee, mostly french books.

Great tasting coffee, aromatic, balance and perfect combination of acidity and nuttiness. Smiley baristas, good service and very relaxing atmosphere. It’s open on a Sunday which is rare in Brussels!

Very busy location! It’s hard to pay attention to the details with such a high volume of clients walking though the door. The milk wasn’t steamed to the right temp or texture. We had a difficult time finding a table. On the positive side, they have great carrot cake! Their book corner is very cozy and their outside seating has a nice garden to sit and enjoy long talks with friends on a weekend

This was a good surprise 🙃 the place is lovely, they even have a terrace/garden 🙌🏻 I got an oat latte and my bf americano with oat milk aside. And they have vegan options 👏🏻 we took and apple/almond loaf cake and a lemon loaf cake and both were yum! I definitely recommend this cafe

Nothing trumps spending a Sunday afternoon with a book and a nice cup of joe at Belga. The place can be quite crowded on a good day but if you’re able to seat yourself then try their delicious cookies and treats for sure (e.g like the vegan peanut butter cookie in the pic)!

This is such a busy café but the service is quite fast. Their cakes are home-made and definitely taste fresh and like the ones your granny would bake at home. I really liked the pear and chocolate cake. Good portions. I wouldn't go back for the lack of space and for how noisy it can get.

Great coffee. It's quite noisy during most times. Beautiful music being played in the background. Garden can be used weather permitted. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, yet small which can be annoying if at some time loud persons sits next to you, but both food and coffee are nice and fresh. For sure recommendable

I came many times during the week to do quick 1-2 hours work on laptop while always ordering and it was really nice. However, new laptop policy is ridicules! You only allowed if you have laptop for 2 hours and this 2 hours are in table face the wall (like a punishment 😅). The stars are for the coffee which is never disappoints. Dont think will come back again

They have some of the best coffee in Brussels, along with good desserts. The decor and the music are also very pleasant. One big problem is that the place is absolutely packed with tables, so you don't really have much space in here and it isn't relaxing really. Also they have a laptop policy so beware if you are planning to do work. Edit: Over the last few months, the place has gotten increasingly unbearable with an unacceptable number of tables for the space, and the service has gotten understandably worse and rude as the personnel is probably under a lot of stress due to the business. Do not recommend despite the great coffee and acceptable desserts.

Had a delicious oat milk chai latte here and the white chocolate cranberry cookie and it was TO DIE FOR. Literally SO delicious. While I was sitting here reading my little book and drinking my little chai, I saw stromae get coffee too! So that was cool! Honestly SUCH a cosy vibe here, will definitely be back when the weather gets warmer to sit in their little garden. Can’t wait!

They started this new laptop policy, no laptops on the tables at all. Only on the high chairs (there are only 4 tiny high chairs). I did not see the policy note and I had an hour in between errands. Sat down with my coffee and laptop . The waiter shows up pointing at the high chairs which are all taken. I asked politely if I can just send an email and I was anyway planning to leave within 45 minutes while I finish my coffee. All waiters started shouting no and ordered me to shut down my laptop , I told them they can’t oblige me to shut down my laptop while all high chairs are taken and that I would not consider coming back again, just needed to finish the coffee I PAID for. They started shouting at me saying that I should write to their manager. A really horrible experience, I understand if they want to maintain a laptop free zone but on a weekday before midday you can’t be this strict without offering enough high chairs. Never will set foot again. Horrible.

Ordered 2 pre made sandwiches and 2 coffees. Took around 40 mins to arrive to the table 10 steps away from the coffee machine. Better places around recommend them first.

We ordered two sandwiches that were already pre-made and two coffees but it took over half an hour to come as it seemed that they staff were prioritising the takeaway customers. The customers beside us were also waiting ages for their food which was even less than what we ordered. After complaining once, they still took another 10 minutes to come, and when the food finally came it was not even heated and the drinks were almost cold. Not worth it.

Excellent coffee, haven’t had better in Brussels. Very local vibe. Eclectic public (young, older, hipster, families, intellos, designers, groups of friends, dogs and kids welcomed). Very authentic. Cute backyard garden with real apple, and plum trees and wall-growing vine. Croissants 🥐 and pains au chocolat taste genuinely French (not easy to find in Brussels). Possibly one (and only) thing to improve would be the on-site/take-away ordering system that is mixed and generates quite a crowd at the entrance during peak hours.

One of the three best coffee tastes in town. And on top its got that cool style and chilly vibe. Classic big city life-style place. Bring along some patience for the queue, however

Very rude waiter who raised his voice at me because I used my Laptop at the table . Now they banned laptops on the tables you can use only at the desk at the corner. If you are a remote worker, try Le Pain Quotidien and spare yourself some awkward conversation.

Really high quality product. Great service as well. It a very good spot to work. (BTW, the chai latte + homemade cheese cake is the winner combo)

One of the worst coffees, even by Belgian standards. Order something else. The place is nice, though, and the garden as well. Prices a bit expensive, even for BXL.

Honestly the best coffee in this part of Brussels. The baristas are friendly and know their craft. Am always raving about Belga & Co. to others who are looking for cute cafes.

Very tasty little breakfast options like sandwiches and pastries, also vegetarian options available. We had delicious coffee in the garden out back and because the atmosphere was so good we decided to share a pain aux chocolate as well.

Coffee is correct and the space inside is good if you find a spot. Unfortunately, the people working at the place are not the nicest, it normally feels like they are making guests a favour to let them stay, which takes away the feeling of being welcome.

It's one of the best coffee places around. You can choose from a variety of food and the coffee is great. The service is always great and helpful. Weekends are usually busy and there's a line outside. The only problem is that it's a little small.

Lovely coffee recommended by local. Coffee quality is 5 stars! The staffs are super lovely & friendly. Inside looks cosy too but we did the takeaway coffee before the run.

Cafe latte and cappuccino have a very distinctive taste in this place, I really adore them. It’s true that the place is often crowded and staff is in too much of a hurry to be properly polite but because of the quality of the latte I still rate them with five stars.

Good to know: ordering on the bar even when you’re seated. Carrot cake was exquisite, really yum yum. Coffee as well. I’ll be happy to come again.

a cute place for coffee, really cozy inside. coffee was good although it was burning hot which shouldn’t happen if milk is steamed correctly. staff is okay, not exceptionally friendly..

Ordered two flat whites (1 regular milk, 1 Oatly oat milk). Coffee had a good intensity not too milky and not bitter. We also ordered viennoiseries, a chicken curry pistolet sandwich and granola with yogurt and blueberries. The chicken curry pistolet was the star. Will be back!!

Great place for breakfast ! The little garden is very nice and the vegetable sandwich is savory.

  • 4/5 Jack J. 1 year ago on Google
Decent coffee and a ham and cheese sandwich, but it didn't feel like the usual buzz of a proper coffee shop. It has a good garden out the back if you can find space, but can feel a little cramped inside as it's quite narrow.

👍👍 Amazing food, one of the best Eggs Benedict I ever had. 👍👍 Easily the best waffles I've had so far. There are 2 options, Liege or Brussels. I suggest you try both. The Brussels waffle has a crunchy crust and a nice soft and airy interior. The Liege waffle has a softer still crunchy crust and a denser interior. Highly suggest eating here!
