A very, very good brasserie in the heart of Brussels. It's a narrow street but not hard to find. Really, the street of brasseries alone simply inspires you. I like it better during the day, because in the evening the crowds of young people start to arrive, hehe, considering I'm an old man myself. If it's your first time, of course it's best to take a meter of beer and decide after that. Good music, great waiters and staff in general. I recommend or I will say must see.

I've been there many, many times and enjoy taking first-timers with me to experience this unique setting. And each part/bar in the "Café" (group of bars) has a different sort of theme. The bartenders are just stellar. They have a tremendous "catalog" of beers from which to choose. It stays behind the counter. I think I read somewhere that Delirium set a Guinness Book Record of greatest variety of beers...? Over 2000, I think! On the RARE occasion you ask for something they don't have, or if you're up for something new, tell them what you like and what you don't and they'll make a grand suggestion! I've never been disappointed and always find something new to enjoy! You can't beat the charming walk to find the place. Yes, the streets do wind about like a bowl of spaghetti, but there's simply nothing like it! Tons of restaurants nearby as well!

amazing place to try the famous belgian beers! they have literally all the flavors that you can imagine, the atmosphere is cool, they have an interesting style and bartenders are also very friendly. I would give it a 5 star review but this location is practically the epicenter of pickpockets so be careful if you’re drinking here

This bar is truly exceptional, offering various sections, ranging from lively music to quieter areas with no music. Each section features inviting tables where you can relax and savor your drinks. The diverse beer menu adds to its appeal, making it the perfect spot to unwind, dance, and fully enjoy your weekend amidst an amazing crowd and fantastic atmosphere.

If you are in Brussel, loves their beers, it’s the must go place. Staffs are very friendly and fun. The place is huge, so you should always find a table! Bo foods servicing in this pub but lovely tones of different types of beers and flavours!

We ordered a couple sample paddles. It was excellent for those who need help deciding a beer. We enjoyed the variety and the fact that they didn’t use any sours. Enjoyed the different atmospheres they provide in different portions of the building. Plan to return with friends and family.

Amazing place to try Belgian beer. Has more than 2000 varieties of beer which covers all taste ranges. Apart from the beer, the vibe is too good to miss out on. With feels like a medieval tavern with beer barrels for tables, an amazing rock music selection, and an amazing crowd grooving to the music till 4 in the morning, this should be one of the top places for you to visit.

Such a cute area tucked away close to the Grand Palace Area! My boyfriend and I got a Beer Meter, which was so fun to try! Service was quick and friendly!

One of the best places to enjoy over 100 varieties of beer in brussels. They have a lot of seating capacity spread over 3 floors and it can still get crowded by noon. Staff is quick and the beers are delicious It's all self service and there is almost no food except for some cheese and crisps. Go ahead get drunk on great beer here

The most famous beer bar There are about 15 to 20 kinds of draft beer. You pay and take the glass anywhere you wanna sit. They warn “ watch for your wallet” so you better be careful. Inside of bar has some signs including famous elephant which is the logo for DELIRIUM. Just in front of bar, you can find the famous statue girl. Enjoy your beer and cheers!

Stopped in just before 7 pm on a Thursday. When in Brussels, the Delirium Bar is a must! They have so many beers, so it would be a good idea to research some beforehand so you’re not standing there forever deciding. I had the cactus beer and it was SO good. Sometimes, fruity beers are too fruit or sour, but this one was perfect. The bar has plenty of seating since they have different sections and levels, so you don’t need to worry about that. It was a cool atmosphere with chill vibes and cool music. We didn’t stay too long but if I was a local, I could totally see this being one of my regular spots.

Definitely must try the beer meter. This consists of 10 different beer, I really liked the green one (I understood it's called cactus :D). The atmosphere is really nice, good music, good vibes.

This place is kind of a tourist trap because of the prices, but the vibe there is really cool and the staff is very friendly! If you are travelling solo, I think this is a great place to meet people and have fun! And of course to try some local beers. You can ask the bartenders, they will definitely help you!

Yes, they have a world record for brewing the most variety of beers. The variety on offer changes every week and there will be about 7-10. The three stars are because the place could upgrade the ambience and the bartender was a bit difficult to handle for a first time experience. Also, they don't take cards.

(Translated by Google) Very disappointing, the boss achieved his goal of being in the Guinest book of records with the greatest number of beers and since then he has nothing more to do and the number of beers is halved, no more new, the most cutting-edge beers, however, on the menu are no longer available, some beers are really overpriced, for example the American Trappist Spencer IPA at more than 7 € while it is sold at Carrefour for 2.69 €! A sale price between 5 and 5.50 € would be acceptable but this is really overrated! Otherwise the atmosphere remains very nice but for connoisseurs you will unfortunately no longer make discoveries ...

Very nice place to have a drink, with a lot draft options, enjoy some good time with friends, and have some nice beers. There's also a lot of friendly customers from all over the world Wich makes the experience even nicer. They also have some music going on the basement bar, Definitely recommend the place!

If you want to party, definitely a must-go place in Brussels. Located at the heart of the city, this place has an exceptionally huge number of different beers (in thousands). It can get a bit crowded though but worth a visit and dancing and enjoying.

Nice place to have a couple of beers and meet new people. Has a lot of sections, each has its own bar counter and tend serve different beers and drinks at each counter. Better go later in the evening when its busy, it is more alive, though its more difficult to find a spot to sit, also the street is filled with guests. Huge variety of drinks, not so cheap but definitely worth a visit. Time well spent there.

If you’re a fan of beer then you must visit here. Such a huge range, with a metre of beer samples if you’re undecided. Good music and not too loud, friendly & really helpful staff, and a great buzz about this place. It does get really busy here but many people don’t stay long, so if you hang around you will get a seat eventually.

Cannot believe the amount of beer I had here!! We got the meter long sampler. There were around 10 beers and they all tasted very fresh. Atmosphere was fun and looked like everyone was having a wonderful time. Wish they had more food options though.

Definitely a must-see bar for any and all beer aficionados. A three-tiered bar, with a musty beer cellar at the bottom that contains some 2000+ brews to order (the burden of choice is cumbersome), a traditional bar on ground floor, and a roof top patio above.

The beer selection is good. Plenty of space and, moreover, a variety of locations (it was interesting to sit in each, but we only managed to sit in 3). Good music with perfectly matched volume, which does not interfere with communication. The bar has everything to get a high rating. Everything except the service. We went out for a smoke, leaving 2 not full glasses of beer, a jacket, a bag of groceries bought in advance. When we came back 5 minutes later we saw that the table was already occupied and there was nothing of the above mentioned on it. The staff said they had put things away so they wouldn't be stolen, but they poured out the beer and threw away our grocery bag. The jacket, of course, was returned and some beer was spilled (after a few minutes of arguing). I would especially like to mention the skinny blond bartender. I am sure that replacing him will reduce the number of such reviews.

This was the last place we visited on our trip to Brussels, actually we wanted to stay longer but we were leaving for Amsterdam early the next morning. They got pretty busy but they managed to provide a decent service, I tasted their beer before and my expectations were high on this place and they definitely delivered.

This is no common bar, but more of an agglomerate of different themed lounges with music and delicious beers. One can taste more than 2000 types of beer, with the option of ordering 1 meter of beer (1,5L) for €29,90 and therefore tasting 10 different types of beer, from Delirium Tremens to fruity tasting IPAs. Prices are on average middle-high, ranging from €4-6 for a 0,25 L beer, but the taste is so unique that it’s definitely worth it to try as many as possible! There is also the chance to dance until late, especially in specific areas of the pub, while in others one can sit and enjoy a conversation while sipping a drink. Must try!

Amazing. We were slightly worried this would be a bit of an overpriced tourist trap - absolutely NOT the case!! Lots of choice of beer and at a reasonable price. The beer meter is great for sampling lots of different things - less than €30 for 10 beers is nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for people who love beer and people who haven't discovered they love beer yet 🍺

Alright, so I’m judging this place for what it is, a spot for tourists and I’m not criticizing that and likely that’s why you are reading this. They call this the Delirium Village because it’s massive, which means there are plenty of places to sit, stand and mill about, which you should do because there are plenty of things to look at. The environment is a bit noisy, but that adds to energy and that’s your vibe, then you’ll dig it. Now, the beer. There is a ton of beer from all over the world and not just Belgium, but if you are not from Belgium, I highly recommend trying a few… oh, and make them small because those Belgians can make a strong beer. This isn’t my type of place typically but I knew that ahead of time and still enjoyed my experience for what it was. Oh, the menu has very light snacks only so make sure you are prepared for some hefty bevies before you go in. Cheers!

One of the places you must go when in Brussels. The atmosphere is really nice (unless when its extremely crowded) and the beer menu is amazing. I recommend trying the beer meter, where they serve 10 draft beers in smaller cups and you can get a pretty good idea about the belgian beer culture. Of course, this is a very touristic place so do not expect to find many locals.

I had no expectations about that place, but that is definitely a must go in Brussels. It's one of the coolest bars I have ever been. Great spot for drinks! There are three separate bars that form the Delirium Cafe and we tried all of them! We had a tasting beer set of 3 local beers, all of them delicious specially the cherry one. Then went to the Absinthe bar were we chicken up a tried the 70%, none the less they offer the 98% liquor as well. Then we went for a cocktail at the Garden Bar. Amazing experience, definitely recommended!

Interesting bar located in the basement floor with literally thousands beers selection. In 2004, it was recorded that this bar has 2,004 beer collections that got them a Guinness World Record. It is 2020 now, I wonder hiw many more day have until today. 🤔 I am an imperial stout person, but it's not the thing in Brussels, so I went for more fruity beers when I was there. I had their Apple and Cherry Floris beers from the tap. My favourite was the apple ones. It was unexpectedly super good! 😍

Amazing place with over 1000 different beer selections from all over the world. The menu shows all different types of beer to ales and there percentage. Great place! We read about it in a tourist guide because it is known to have a really high diversity of beer. The menu had a lot of choices and I think they had more also! We went in the afternoon so it was calm but it was really fun and had good music. The interior looked like a church so it's pretty unique!! For a first timer in Brussels, I visited this place as my first Bar at the county and I just loved the overall experience. Due to covid restrictions the crowd was restricted and limited yet enjoyed the ambience of the place.. needless to say, Belgian Beer is the Best !!! 🍻

As an American living in Brussels, I had to stop by at Delirium Cafe! During COVID times, tables are outside and it’s pretty much first come, first serve. It’s just a good place to get some good beer, in a cute little alley in city center.

Great cafe with a lot of different beers on tap (world record). Although the menu is definitely a bit overwhelming, a good place to try some random new beers you have never tried. Definitely a hectic and touristic place, but one of the most famous in Brussels and worth the visit. You can also get Delirium beer in very big glasses!

Superplace! A multilevel pub with more than 2000 different beers! Always good music, fast service, cheap options. The underground floor is the essence of the pub, the pulsing soul. Below we have the inferno, in the middle purgatory and in top the heaven: the deepest one has the best music!

  • 4/5 Ankur J. 2 years ago on Google
Happy place to be. Loud music in the basement area, much quieter on ground and up. Difficult to get a table after 10 pm and self service for buying drinks, etc. Place is rustic, and people keep on spilling drinks all over, so a little dirty sometimes. Very good beer menu and above reasonable prices

  • 3/5 Ruth Z. 2 years ago on Google
The place is nice, I do recommend to arrive early because it gets crowded, I had a good experience meeting new people from other countries. The service can improve, I specifically had a bad experience with the bartender, he was really rude and when I asked for recommendations he said “it is just beer just choose one”, which made my experience less friendly.

  • 4/5 Katherine U. 2 years ago on Google
I was a little intimidated by the claim of having 2,000 beers. They do have a lot of beers on tap but we were able to narrow down on the fruity beers which were delicious! Very small restrooms for the size of the place. Good music.

  • 4/5 Filipa C. 2 years ago on Google
Great music, a lot of different and great beers, and a nice space to be with friends. I really liked the environment in the Delirium Village.

  • 4/5 Georges F. 2 years ago on Google
One of the typical places to visit in Brussels. There are two bars (ground floor and underground). The upper bar has more of a chill vibe and music but has a more limited selection of beers when compared to the lower bar.

What an energy inside this place! Ensure you go with a bunch of friends. Otherwise be ready to meet some new people. Combined age groups. Very happy vibe. The look inside is of a classic tavern from the Witcher era. The selection of beers is fabulous. Very enjoyable and the nearby area is full of places to stay and eat.

  • 5/5 Khoa N. 1 year ago on Google
Fantastic area to start your bar hopping experience. Wide variety of beer and if you cant decide just order the meter of samples! On the weekend it might be too crowded, but if you have the chance to go during the week, although still busy, you have a better chance to enjoy the vibe and music over drinks.

  • 5/5 Ruben K. 1 year ago on Google
Great experience with a lot of different beers ont he tap. When not here you can still go to one of the other bars and have a great experience there. If you even remotely like beer this is just a very great experience to go to!

  • 5/5 Anastasia Y. 2 years ago on Google
Authentic place in the old city. They have a wide choice of beers and a very nice vibe. The music was very loud, so it’s not really easy to hear each other, better to sit (or stand) outride if you wanna talk. They also have a cool vintage Photo Booth, definitely recommend using it!

  • 5/5 George L. 1 year ago on Google
The place is massive, nooks and crannies, staircases. Many different bars, lots of patrons, but the bartenders are very efficient with making sure the crowd is served quickly. Planning to head back before my vacation ends. So many more beers to try. The one bar has over 2,000 beers available.

  • 5/5 Sylvio H. 1 year ago on Google
Renown for the brewery that offers the widest selection of beers in the world, this place should be on your visit list if you are a fan of beer. You can order a sampler set of the 10 draft beers they are currently offering so you get to taste several beers. Highly recommended!

  • 5/5 Kainoa H. 1 year ago on Google
Had a great time here right before dinner! It wasn’t as packed as when we got there, but started to get pretty busy when we left at 8. They have a massive selection of beers that you can purchase individually, or you can pay 25€ for a flight of 10 different beers. Only downside to Delirium Village is their wifi doesn’t really work. However I still highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Starquisha J. 11 months ago on Google
A beer wonderland! Multiple levels and areas of Belgian beer goodness. You can easily spend hours here sampling the outrageous number of beers served. Stay away from the lime and cherry beer in my opinion. The staff is good and efficient. Most of them speak multiple languages so communication is easy. The crowd can get rowdy late in the evening but always friendly. You can definitely meet people from all over the world here.

An amazing place to drink! 🍻 Do Yourself a favor and jump over (the awesome) tasting round right into the top 2 🍺: 1. Floris Cactus 🌵 🍋 2. Delirium Red ♥️ Cheers P. S. I have no idea why they dislike Belgian 🍟 but no one is perfect 😂

a must visit if you’re in brussels, huge selection of beers and really cool decor and atmosphere. a big bonus is that the basement stays very cool so it’s a nice place to cool down during the sweltering summer heat.

The “go to” bar/café for great Belgian beers. Crowded, busy, old school, wonderful. Lots of atmosphere. In heart of Brussels near Grand Place. Enjoy!!!

  • 5/5 Nemanja G. 1 year ago on Google
Well known place where you can order huge amount of different beers. During the day it is not crowded but at night is hard to find available seat. You can order the samples of ten beers which is a must if you like to try something different.

  • 4/5 YB 8 months ago on Google
More of an alley of beer altars than a single cafe as they have a smattering of places on the street. The beer selections are massive (and I don’t use the word lightly) and you can also trust the recommendations of the bartenders if you find yourself at a loss at which beer to get.

  • 5/5 Nika L. 7 months ago on Google
amazing bar for beer lovers! the staff is friendly and you have a great variety of beers to choose from. I would say it’s a must-visit place in Belgium to try some amazing beers. 🍻

Welcome to beer heaven! They got a huge menu with over 2000 beers. And it's a very nice "cafe" A little touristy, but they usually have one beer, and off they go.

Huge offer of Belgian beers. I was drunk 3 type of Delirium beer and all was delicious. i recommend this place because you can feel atmosphere of typical beer bar. when you enter inside yo can smell only beer.

It's great and see by your own eyes what you've been watching by tv for long time ago... testing all kind of beers that I've never tried before, set-prices that come well to the costumer. Even thought the treatment has been special by the bartenders, seem not to enjoy too much their job, never smiled if you roll up to the bar look like you are bothering them.
