We were there for two hours and payed the 5€ each for sure. We also had a pizza and a drink. We weren't thrilled about having to pay and also being force to order but it was okay. The problem arises when we were leaving. The proprietary decided to come and tell us in a pretty condescending way that we shouldnt go there if we are not willing to spend money even though we were there for less than 2 hours and spent more than 40€. I don't have a problem with the concept as much as I have it to being talk down. The rest of the staff was nice but that interaction at the end was more than enough to ruin our evening.

A very unique and comfortable place. Tge manager is nice willing to help and knows very well the games in tge shop. There are board games you can buy (fair price) and an impressive library of games you can enjoy on place. Fir board game lovers its just a gem in the Centre of brussel and a must stop place. I will say that although i give it a 5 star there are few things that could be done better in my opinion. 1. There should be categories based on recommend age and language (and few games on English) 2. The beer selection was nice but the menu as a whole was not very competitive and quite expensive, in addition the part of playing costs independently to everything else, idea you can make it dependant with a minimum order per person / x euro 3. Sunday evening was busy but there was only 1 worker tgat could not gave enough attention to everything As a geek and board game fan, thank you for the great place.

Nice and simple cafe with a twist, an impressive collection of boardgames to choose from. Order a drink, pay a 5€ fee (per person) and enjoy a good evening amongst friends!

It's always nice to have the explanation of the games and the nice drinks - beers and softs. Their ginger lemonade is just amazing! Thanks again for the service and the 250+games you have!

Good selection of games to play. The owner or guy in charge is friendly. The price paid to play until 1.am is very good pricing. Well worth it, The staff were helpful and it seems a great place to drink and play board game. There was a mix of guys and girls which is good to see.

This place is so much fun! We stumbled upon it by accident and we are so glad we did. As soon as we walked in, we saw that everyone was playing board games and was enjoying themselves so much! It made us just want to be a part of it as well. They have some small bar food available, nothing amazing but they have a ton of variety of board games and drinks! We spent hours here and did not even notice the time fly!

Really great place to have a pre-dinner cocktail and beer or come with a group while travelling in Brussels. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, the beer and cocktails we had were excellent (and creative - they had a good selection of beer and an actual bartender mixing up innovative drinks in addition to standards). Most importantly, the vibe was great - comfortable, alive, fun.

Great place to have a game session with your friends! There's also a large variety of board games that can be rented whilst at the place, as well as weekly events. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful!

Really nice toilet. Smells like flowers and od quite clean. The toilet is simple but a bit funny. Although a big problem is that the toilet is practically open to the rest of the bar, hence you might feel as if everyone could hear you. The actual problem I had with the place is that we didn't take any of the games in the bar and we still payed for games because we played Uno of our own

I don't recommend this bar to anyone. We ordered a few drinks and it took more than 30 minutes to serve us. Later on, we ordered again one beer and also tooked 30 minutes (by that time we wanted to leave). Some guys from the bar stole our phone, when we tried to ask them for help, they responded "unlikely" (while I was seeing my iphone walking arround bruixelles through Find My from apple). And the worst part was when we had to pay (we where a bit stressed because of the phone) they charged us 30€ for playing games and WE DIDN'T use any of their games!!!!! We brought some cards of our own. I feel like they also took advantage of the situation.

update: downgraded my rating after their response. customers SHOULD NEVER be expected to learn about YOUR pricing strategy on their own. if I am expected to ask how your business works for every shop I go into, that's plain deceit. was not told upfront that have to pay to sit. which is fine if you told me upfront. the price to sit is not too bad since they do offer a large number of games.

Never in my life have I experienced such a strong feeling of alienation whilst ordering a bottle of beer. Their obnoxious disregard for the case sensitivity of the Wi-Fi password was an insult to injury.

Great spot. Awesome selection of games and drinks but the outstanding service from Ludo and Tom really set it apart. Absolute legends those two. Felt like chatting with old friends when we were at the bar.

Great board game café. Staff is super friendly. They know their stuff. Nice interior decoration, with cool graffitis on the walls. You can feel like everything has been thought out. They make their own fresh lemonade, cakes and recently upgraded by proposing home made, fresh pizza. They also have their own mixologist that can make you a killer cocktail. Love going there.

A fun boardgame cafe & bar! Great variety of games available, as well as fresh beer... What's not to like :) Bonus: if you're staying in EasyHotel, this is an excellent option to get drinks and play games as it is just across the street. Would recommend!

This is one of the best game cafes I've ever had the honour if visiting. Relaxed staff, huge collection of games to play and cheap deal to play as many games as you want for the entire evening. The collection starts at Monopoly (shudder) and Halli Galli in difficulty, and goes all the way up to Anarchrony and Terraforming Mars. The one thing we really, really missed was a copy of Spirit Island.

Great place! Friendly personel, good drinks and most importantly a wide selection of games. Plenty of space and many tables to game on. For any boardgame geek worth their salt this is a big recommendation.

Super nice place to have fun and play games meanwhile have a chat and drinks with friend or family. Highly recommended.

They charge 5 euros to use the games, but the staff didn't know how to play some of the games and couldn't explain the rules. The staff also forgot about the drink ordered. The selection of the food and games was very average.

It was the first time I visited it, but surely not the last. The menu is small, but nice, the service is friendly, the drinks are good and the ambience is real cosy. Definetely the place to be if you're a hungry geek willing to spend a comfy game session!

An amazing, fun close-community of board game lovers. You have loads of games to choose from, classics like Catan or Exploding Kittens. You also have loads of drinks and food to chose from, so it is a great time to spend your time and enjoy the company of your friends. Recommended A+

Great discovery, fantastic selection of games with obvious limits on English language games but all cancelled out by the supreme staff that will assist and help in any way possible. Large selection of beers and even some great snacks. Well thought out concept I hope customer frequency improves event further post covid.

Great bar with plenty of board games to play. I can't wait to come back there after it's possible again. They have good choice in beers and the pizzas are not bad. As for the atmosphere, it's a very cosy and fun place to go with your friends or even colleagues from work.

Cool cafe, lots of games, and friendly staff. Leaving four stars because if you go there on a Sunday the might now have much food or stuff for you to drink. That aside, really recommend!

Very friendly staff and owner, great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet place to have a drink and chill with your friends. We didn't get a chance to play any board games there but it looks like they had a wide selection! Will visit again if we ever go to Brussels again!
