Really disappointed with my experience. I first landed in Terminal A and tried to go into the Diamond lounge there. That lounge was practically empty but the woman at the desk encouraged me to leave to go to Terminal B because that’s where my flight was departing from (even though I had a 3 hour layover). After I declined, she insisted twice more and I finally made my way to terminal B. There, the lounge was packed full. Diamond lounge no longer accepts priority pass as of Jan 1, 2022 so it was 22 euro to enter, and then I was asked to go to the “overflow room” a much less comfortable room with less amenities, less food options and hotel conference room decor. If I knew this in advance I would have spared the 22 euro (they didn’t tell me about the overflow room until after I paid, of course) and just eaten at one of the restaurants downstairs.

Friendly welcome by the front desk staff. Food was covered in flies 😫 you just had to go near the pastries and they'd all fly up. Water fountain had lime scale on it. Only eat things that are packaged. Restrooms not well maintained either. Flies in the restrooms too. Generally unclean unfortunately.

This is a small lounge but has all the essentials to help you survive your layover or before/after your flight. There's some Belgian beer on tap along with plenty of wine, pop, tea and coffee. The food selection is limited. I was here on two days during the weekend and the menu didn't change (tomato noodle soup, meatballs and rice and veggies), there's also some packaged food on the side (sandwiches, salads, meat and cheese) and for those with a sweet tooth you'll find cookies, candy, muffins and waffles. You don't see the airport where majority of the planes fly out but it's still a nice view to pass the time. There's plenty of seating whether you're looking to catch-up on work or just need a place of respite.

Small but Decent lounge. Interior is very nicely decorated. Love all the plants. I had an early flight. Cold and hot drinks available. Both alcohol & non alcohol drinks. There was only cold food. I was truly hoping the waffles would be there...but no... Apparently hot foods served at 11... disappointing. But happy there was a lounge to go to.

So, the amazing experience starts and finishes at the entrance and with full satisfaction with the service and staff. Other details are deeply disappointing: no plugs in the dining part - means in 60% of the space. No possibility to charge any device. Food is really poor. Only carrot cake was good. Every souse is tomato and huge meatballs just made us feel back to the school cantina. Really needs to facelift.

this is on the non schengen side of the airport. and of course, if a lounge can offer Canadian maple syrup with pancakes, gets high marks in my mind. tried the shower, they are simple and good. the lounge is oddly split into 2 parts with 2 separate entrances between a general hallway. not how they keep track of entry. got crowded in the morning as usual.

Mediocre would be how I would describe this lounge. This place is split into two parts, each across the hall from one another so there’s plenty of room but the food terrible. Bathrooms located down the hall from the lounge with no shower facilities despite this lounge intended for international travelers. Located right above the Starbucks coffee across the way from gate B01. You have to take steps up and I didn’t see an elevator nearby. It’s one thing I’d you get free access with your ticket but not really worth the price you would pay for access.

I’m really sorry but the amount of mini flys around the hot food and cold milk section is in my eyes totally unacceptable. To make a cup of tea and have to wave them away,,,,, not good ! The hot food was burnt at the bottom of the pot and it was not over busy. They are not short staffed and well what else can I say

They have updated their look since many of these reviews have been posted. We had a long layover and it was excellent to be here- great selection of drinks, nice food, very good wifi and a calm atmosphere. Also, the beers on tap are super cool! I think the value of the lounge is really on point.

Worst place ever. Buffet pictures here are from 1h before closing time (9PM). Disastrous food options, all was empty and no plan to refill, even the soft drinks, dirty place. But the staff was nice.

Had the pleasure or visiting here on a return trip to the states. Clean. Spacious. Nice selection of food, snacks and drinks. Pleasant open views of the airport and calm interior. Would definitely visit again.

Underwhelming experience if I’m being generous. The food is substantially of bad quality, cold and the hot food is always resting on a pool of condensation and water. The toilet is still not working or undergoing major works since last year so you have to leave the lounge and go to an external toilet that only has two booths. I’ve also read other reviews about flies around the food and whilst I didn’t see any today, I have seen them in the past. No dairy milk alternatives, no soy, no oat, no GF bread either. KEEP UP!

Half of lounge is under construction, so it was slightly crowded, but a comfortable place to rest before or between flights. Buffet was on the light side but quality of food and drink was very good, especially up against where most US flight lounges have migrated to, post Covid.

Food choices are plentiful the warm food was average. Lots of drink variety including fresh juice. Review is for A terminal. Nice toppings for the waffles

Popped into this lounge with my family on 2/1/2023 on our way to Vienna. Quite easily found using directions found on the Priority Pass app. Was pleasantly greeted by the lady at the reception and was able to enjoy the food and amenities soon. The choice of food, drinks and other types of food was impressive. Each dish had allergens clearly labelled making it easier for people with food allergies chose their meals. The staff members were happy to help you with any queries. A very decent lounge indeed. Worth a visit before a long flight.

This lounge was pretty decent. The croissants were very good (they’d better be). The other pastries were also very good. I had decent buffet scrambled eggs. The lounge was a decent size with plenty of power access. We got there pretty early (still dark in the AM).

The choice of food is quite small, but it tastes nice, the place is quiet and nicely decorated. While the tables and chairs are kept clean, the floor could do with being mopped a little more and there were a lot of flies near the juices.

Food and coffee are really good, it s not too big so you may find a very little and unconfy seat.. Washroom is too small, good luminosity, quite... Personnel in front desk, the girl is very welcome, the old monsieur is really cold and not warm at all. I had to come here since my connexion is not star alliance and honnestly it did the job.

We booked this lounge and receptionist told us to go to other one as there has been a waiting line already. She told us that the other lounge is the same ?! Of course it was not! Don't do the same mistake a better wait for that what you pay for. If it would be the same quality then there would be no sense for higher price. Never ever...

Could do with a revamp. Not enough easy chairs when you're sat for hours. Food was ok but tepid. Kept clean by hard working staff. Toilets give very little privacy from the lounge area. Overpriced.

One of the best Priority Pass lounges around. Self serve with plenty of food and drinks. Not crowded, with plenty of seating. Good views of the odd numbered gates to see when your plane arrives. PP members can bring a guest.

Decent lounge with friendly staff but food choice is very lied compared to other lounges in very small airports (compared to Brussel airport). Food menu needs some work on. Drinks are fine but i would expect in the land of the beer to have more beers than just.... Jupiler... Overall a good experience but it needs a bit of work to get to great, excellent, wow etc.

Not easy to find since it is on the second floor. Staff were friendly - food selection is not very sophisticated but fine for a quick bite. Availability of shower is a plus. Lounge can become crowded.

Nice place and warm food. There aren't many options,, but all very well done. Just the chocolate and vanilla cream are terrible. Also has a good variety of beers (tap and bottles) and drinks. Just need to keep an eye on your flight since there's no PA call.

Not much range / variety of food and drinks. No bottled water. It isn't worth paying the price it costs. Unattended. Lots of dirty cutlery and glasses on the tables. I just visited it because I had the free access.

Pretty decent, ok seating area and good limited range of drinks/food etc. However the screaming kids makes it impossible to rest, one mum had a phone game going for her child completely oblivious to the other guests. Why not just cordon off a section for family and kids area or a "quiet" zone and have the staff enforce it?

Good lounge with adequate seating if not too busy. In the past, it used to be Scandinavian Airlines Lounge before became Diamond Lounge nowadays. It could be visited by Priority Pass guests or Business Class Passengers with eligible access.

Food is great, congrats to the chefs! There is a huge selection of everything, from quinoa and pasta up to croissant and waffle! Chill large environment, nice staff. I would improve only the quality of espresso coffee to make it perfect!

Was not expecting much, but the wines and beer selection were really good! I had an organic sparkling wine and went back again. Food was disappointing, but you can make what you want taste good with the cheeses and sauces available... No risk if you have an AMEX platinum card.. it you don't have unlimited priority pass visits, unless you can drink, I'd skip this lounge.

Worst lounge I've been to in my life!!!! No music, the place has a terrible smell and inattentive staff who don't check your table or drinks for top up frequently. The salad and pasta was worse than a child would prepare with dry pasta being used instead of fresh pasta. Unacceptable!!! They served frozen vegetables, no champagne and just cheap bottles of beer. Especially terrible when I had a first class Emirates flight from Brussels to Tokyo via Dubai and would rather wait for the service and food in the air including a shower on board.

Purchased entry at reception. The woman at reception was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She showed my girlfriend and I how to purchase online to save some money. The food was tasty and the seats were comfy with a cool interior with nice views. I enjoyed my relaxing time here.

The lounge was not good before covid, but it has deteriorated further with the way that they have implemented the covid restrictions.

This lounge (gate B) is really good, far better than the one on gate A. Far more modern, quiet and clean. Great choice of food (hot and cold) and drinks, plenty of space, sofas and chairs, big windows, very light. Lovely stay here. Will come back again.

It's a nice pit stop but the place has gotten a bit of wear. Check out the chair photo I've posted. It's nice that it's facing outside though and the food is decent - although I'm not seeing the same stuff other people took pictures of. They also have some nice magazines.

  • 3/5 Jan H. 2 years ago on Google
It's the only lodge, so it is all we have anyway. Definitely not as nice as the one in Terminal A and often too crowded as well. Food not as diverse and same for drinks. No really relaxing seats either

Like everything in Belgium - good idea but Belgian implementation = below average result with very low quality of services. Unfortunately, add to this the arrogance and superiority of some passengers who think they are fat cats or something 🙄

Actually one of the better lounges that are in EU. Compared to the Milan Malpensa lounges this is golden. The check in staff are friendly even the staff are all in very friendly. Good food touched a variety of options even for vegetarians. Alcoholic beverages are ample good collection of vines.

😠 Excessive prices. A powdered soft drink €4.10. They charge you €6.40 for a bottle of juice as if it were natural juice. On top of that the staff is not nice. If you go to Zaventem airport you'd better look elsewhere.
