A very luxurious and well designed lounge. The Loft by Brussels Airlines definitely is one of Europe s best lounges. The lounge is divided in many sections and the design is top quality. There are plenty of comfortable seats. And nice big windows look out onto the tarmac. The other end of the lounge has large windows looking into the airport shopping foyer. There are plenty of hot and cold food options. And self-service bars for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. There is a spa bathroom by Grohe too. The lounge also has some nap rooms that can be booked at the front desk. The lounge also has a luxury belgian chocolate counter.

Spacious and elegant lounge with various amenities. The food (two buffets) is quite good and there is a large selection of drinks. The lounge features lockers, showers and four sleeping cabins which can be used free of charge. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were a bit dirty the evening we were here.

great lounge and very stylish as you expect from a lounge modeled by the Lexus car company. Branding is all over the place. I was there for breakfast and the selection is solid.there are showers, baristas making coffee, self serve drinks, additional sales point for Belgium treats, nap rooms and comfortable seating.

Nice lounge but drinks very limited and most of draught beers empty. Lexus screen had 2 damanged screens. Tried 3 hand sanitizer dispensers but all empty. Otherwise nice setup

One of my favorite Star Alliance lounge in Europe. Very comfortable to stay there. One day, staff offered hot towels to guests at seats. Very small thing, but it was very good service.

Nothing to complain...ideal location as stop over or to have a break. Service stuff very kindly and food incl. beverage selcetion is good...

Decent one. Food options limited but standard with few cold items and at least one hot dish. Moderate drinks selection available. Even before COVID, the food and drinks spreads were identical as now. There is a meeting/quiet area inside, but it's seldom quiet. Shower and napping rooms available. Near gate A42 after security

Great Brussels Airlines Lounge located in Terminal A at Brussels Airport, including new Lexus sponsored wing. Showers and nap rooms are also available. Could improve on food and drinks offer, though.

Lounge design is modern and comfy, plenty of seating areas and a moderate sized working area. Wifi is strong. Great view to the apron outside. Food choice is fair, but the quality of hot food really need improvement.

This is probably one of the nicest airport lounges I have been for Schengen flights. The lounge itself is spacious with an ope-concept. At the time I were there (16h-18h) it was not very busy. Unlike some of the lounges in Europe, this lounge has generous and spacious seating options. There are a variety of seating options including dining tables, sofas, high tables and more intimate 2 seaters. My favorite was a drink station with draft beer, and it was well stocked with different kinds of beers and wine although I would have preferred soft drinks in a can or in a bottle. There is even a kids zone although there was nobody inside. The food served was ok. Not a variety of options but good enough to enjoy simple lunches or dinners. It looks like as if you are in a buffet restaurant. Overall, this lounge is really modern and charming.

Really clean, a lot of place. I used the bathroom to take my bath as I landed in Brussels in the morning and had 4 hours layover. The food was decent.

A lounge that got a very good and ambitious start some years ago, it soon compromised its standards but now I feel it's getting ready to claim back its previous status.

Might-have-been. Cool design, great layout. Unfortunately the lounge was very crowded and hopelessly understaffed. The few staff that I did see, worked at a blazing speed so definitely a management issue. Used dishware were left out and not cleaned up for a long time, and the built in wireless charging didn’t seem to work. Very few food and drink options as most items were not refilled in time. The self service drinks section was chaos. The food level was also on the lower end (sausages, sandwiches, cold pasta). The flavor was quite consistently good though, with the highlights being the chocomousse and rijstpap. Overall a missed opportunity to showcase Belgian gastronomy.

Quite ok regular lounge. Minus for shower facilities being closed as I had to change. There was a sign stating that they were temporarily out of use. The food quite mediocre lounge standard. The sandwich was the best option. A big plus for good beer selection.

This is quite a nice lounge, the whole cooperation concept between Bruasels Airlines and Lexus is working. Love the elegant seating options and design of bars and buffets. Food and beverages are good, while not top notch. Everything was rather tasty amd fresh. The lounge did get busy for a while but overall it was easy to find a seat. Very stylish!

Spacious, food was good. Hot and good variety. The self service beverage bar is amazing. A lot of wine and draft beer selection. Good to spend your waiting time in the airport

Very modern. Very stylish. Very peaceful. All the food was self-serve and pretty tasty, and even all the drinks (including alcholo) was self-serve. Just head to the bar and help yourself to a bottle out the fridge, or a draft beer from any of the taps. A great place to sit and relax whilst you wait for your flight. Well done Brussels!

Easily the best lounge I have been into so far. Spacious, very modern design, clean and great selection of food (however it could have been abit more, considering the lounge‘s overall size). Especially a confectionary being in the lounge is a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and did a good job trying to keep the place as clean as possible.

Here on a Sunday morning (09:30h), it was fairly quiet until some inconsiderate guest started having a FaceTime chat out loud, it's an open area close to the window so the noise do travel. The pastries should be kept warm and not left out in the cold like that (IMHO). Fair food selection lots of cold food selection and not much warm food available however good beer on tap. Hard liquor is basic but good brands. The ladies WC requires some.. upgrade, they were not dirty but it definitely does not match the general newly renovated nice ambience of the lounge. They also provide shower facilities so this is great, TK lounge for example does not allow all guests to use it - only for certain long layovers. The lounge is fairly spacious and they do have comfortable seats. Wireless changing beside the couches is a nice touch and a sign that the lounge is keeping up. Excellent Lounge, very spacious and modern designed. We arrived at 0630 in the morning, pretty empty, but filled up from 8 on. Very good choice of dishes and drinks.

Really nice lounge. Newly renovated and with good quality both in the sitting areas and in the quality of the food and drinks (lots of Belgian specialities).
