Ok Hotel for the offered price, staff is good and friendly. Was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. So called steak house down stairs serves hard rubber type steak (and NO WINE). Only best part is the Shisha Lounge right downstairs. Its Awesome !

Avoid this "hotel", rooms are not well clean, the shower was dirty as well as the carpet in the room. Reception is only from 14h30 to 22h. There is no elevator. Is near the tram and there is no isolation on the window. While taking a shower the water changes from hot to cold.

My compliments for kind and lovely staff and that's all. But our room was in awful condition, full of mold in the bathroom and also smell and full of dust all over around and in between wall and the bed. Spider webs on the window, also I killed one bug. It was really a problem for my kid because she has allergic asthma. I don't usually complain but in the end, can the room be clean and without mold, this is just unacceptable. My kid said it from "American horror story".

Where do I start. The hotel building was ok. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Tge food was good and portioner were fair in size. The finish was poor and tacky. The was old takeway food in the fridge and cigarette buts on the balcony (which is huge by the way). The lady/girl at reception was very pleasant and friendly. It's always nice when you are greeted with a smile.

I won’t recommend this place at all. 2 months ago I stayed there and I payed for a breakfast that never came, they never give my money back. I have called several times in order to explain the situation and the answer is always the same “It will be reimbursed directly to your account” but nothing happens.

I never recommend this hotel. Worst experience ever!! The reception was with nobody and wait too long to check in. The worst thing happen to me was that I cannot check in even I had a booking confirmation. The man told me it is fully booking today, my name was registered but they didn’t provide me the room because today is fully booked. I don’t understand his explanation then I called booking Website to claim and they immediately got me a new hotel. Worst experience ever. Strongly not recommended.

I dont like unattended hotels. Rooms were small, and the tram is just outside. it was cheap, nevertheless, and parking was free. Some renovations are due to the rooms.

The room was beautifull. Very big. Could have be cleaned better, but it was ok.

The first time I stayed there, the personnel was nowhere to be found, the room was relatively clean but many things were falling apart. Additionally, there was an awkward third bed in the room while I asked for a single room. The second time I tried to book it, they cancelled my reservation with no warning and gave the room to someone else, causing me great inconvenience. Lousy attitude, I would not recommend it.
