Nice place to walk around. The remains of the prince castle creates a picturesque environment. A walk in the wood is relaxing and can be combined with a visit to the museum of crafts.

Beautifull man made forest near grimbergen. The biodiversity is quite impressive. Nice walking path that takes you all the way to a small airport where if lucky you can enjoy small propeller plane's landing or taking off. In the winter the grass walking areas can be little tricky since it gets muddy. Be prepared. In the summer the density of the threes will give you couple of degrees Celsius relief from the ambient temperature. If you are around go have a walk. You wouldn't regret.
