Worst
package
delivery
service
out
there.
Had
a
package
that
literally
for
a
week
was
put
on
the
truck
and
at
the
end
of
evening
was
put
back
in
the
distribution
centre.
I
only
live
1km
away
from
this
distinction
centre,
so
I
started
to
think
to
myself,
seeing
that
they
are
incapable
of
making
the
delivery
maybe
I
can
go
get
it
myself.
So
I
do
the
logical
thing
anyone
would
do
how
want
to
know
something
that's
not
so
standard
that
it
would
be
easy
to
find
in
FAQ.
Come
on
everybody
let's
say
it
together,
I
called
them.
Well
let
me
explain
exactly
what
happens
when
you
call
GLS.
Step
one:
call
Step
two:
pick
language
Step
three:
automatic
voice
saying
go
look
at
the
FAQ...
So
you
go
to
the
FAQ.
You
start
looking
and
looking
and
can't
find
anything
in
regards
with
your
question.
So
you
call
back.
Maybe
just
maybe
you
didn't
hear
something.
Maybe
there
is
a
secret
menu
that
if
you
wait
you
can
actually
speak
with
someone
to
explain
your
question
which
is
my
I
remind
ourselves
is
doing
the
job
we
are
paying
for
in
the
first
place.
So
I
started
thinking
about
this
problem.
There
must
be
a
solution
to
this
problem
something
I
have
not
tried.

the
email

on

look
and
nothing.

contract
page.
And
once
more
nothing.
It's
only
after
I
had
to
go
thru
3
different
menus
that
I
finally
got
to
the
contact
page
where
you
can
write
a
mail.
Let
me
remind
everyone
that
at
this
point
it
has
taken
me
up
to
3
hours
of
time
and
stress
to
get
to
this
point.
It
has
taken
GLS
at
this
point
5
days
of
going
side
seeing
for
all
I
know
with
my
package.
So
you
can
imagine
the
slide
disappointment
that
I
felt
when
at
10
before
their
closing
time
I
received
an
answer
saying
no
you
cannot
come
in
person.
Just
to
see
if
maybe
the
shop
owner
can
do
something
I
emailed
them
as
well.
They
also
send
an
email
to
GLS
to
see
what's
going
on.
They
get
a
response
saying
the
package
will
be
set
on
express
delivery.
Am
as
clueless
as
you
what
this
is
knowing
what
I'm
about
to
tell
you
guys.
So
I'm
thinking
ok
that
sounds
like
it
will
be
delivered
tomorrow.
Well
lucky
me
I
am
free
all
day
tomorrow.
I
could
go
out
and
do

but

to
be

complains

and
then
when
they
are
there
is
not
home.

taking

time
up

life

with

sort
of
things.
I
was
not
angry
anymore.

sad.

that
I
tried
to
change
the
system
I
tried
to
help
the
system
and
I
got
beaten.
I
mailed
this
story
to
the
vendor
with
the
kind
words
that
I
will
not
buy
from
them
anymore
as
long
as
they
work
with
GLS.
I
have
copied
this
text
to
my
notes
and
every
time
I
get
a
vendor
that
uses
GLS
I
will
send
them
this
story.
In
the
end
a
delivery
that
should
have
taken
only
2-4days
now
took
11
days.
When
I
only
live
1km
away.
And
if
GLS
would
read
this.
And
start
replying
with
a
politically
correct
answer
of
you
can
find
the
contract
info
there
or
we
are
sorry
that
this.
You
want
to
know
what
it
was?
What
the
thing
was
that
pushed
me
over
the
edge?
You
guys
don't
even
pretend
to
be
friendly
and
costumer
forward.
You
do
everything
in
your
power
to
make
it
impossible
to
find
any
contact
details.
And
when
you
guys
get
called
out
on
it
by
one
of
the
shops
that
put
their
faith
in
you
guys.
You
lie.
You
lie
in
their
face.

looked
it
up.
There
is
no
option
for
express
shipping
with
you
guys,
it
doesn't
even
exist.
