A Canadian Tourist Review: This is the primary fast food chain in Belgium. It is more expensive than anticipated, the wait was 20 minutes, and the cups are fragile. I grabbed my cup and spilled soda everywhere as the cups are fragile. The bun of my burger was way too big and stale. Very dry with minimal flavor despite it being loaded with toppings. It just doesn't taste good. Oh! And it took me 20 minutes to order at the kiosk because it kept saying it was an error. Once I deleted the ice cream sundae, the error message disappeared. So you are left to guess which item of yours is sold out if you want to avoid the error message. As a Canadian, I wouldn't eat here again. Avoid.

Slow service. And burgers still arrived cold. Took them about 10 minutes to get the fries while already putting out the burgers on the platter. Other order numbers far behind ours got fries and burgers sooner than us. Absolutely not "quick"....

Food: It was ok but it took too long to complete an order, causing the food to get cold before serving it to the customer. You cannot customize your burger or leave anything out because allergy or food restrictions. Service: Limited staff present, 3 were having their lunch break at 11.30am? It took 18 min to serve the food to the customer. Atmosphere: It was average, no music, it was dark inside and the floor was slippery/greasy. The Kiosk took ages to print out the order ticket.

Garbage location, OVER 1 HOUR it took to go thru the drive in, pathetic service. Don't ever bother with this location

Toilets were disgusting, dining area also not clean.

Ordered 2 burgers and a chocolate shake in the drive. Got a vanilla shake and one of the burgers was missing bacon and they where a bit soggy. Food was very quick but I rather waited a bit for the correct and fresh burgers.

This is the second time I get a vanilla milkshake instead of a chocolate one. Never happens in another quick. I told them at the drive in that it's a vanilla milkshake, they come back and apologize but when I came home it was again a vanilla one.. what? Atleast the giants are good I've been waiting 20m for the most basic menu while everyone in front of me was served instead. Some people also don't speak Dutch while they are in a Dutch & French region

We had to wait over an hour to receive our food and when we got it, the order wasn't even complete.

Very poor meal compared to the expectations: very small burger, the medium fries portion was actually small, the juice (Fanta cherry zero) was tasteless. Never again.

Excellent Burgers when you get them, problem is they use table service and it's total mismanagement. We received our 'fast food' 40 mins later after I went and complained (even though it wasn't that busy and there was enough staff). Avoid if you're in a hurry.

Food's cold, place is dirty and at least 30min waiting time both times I've been there. Worst Quick

We went there with around 30 people at once. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the staff was nice. The only negative thing is that they can only speak French and no Dutch.

Food took a long time to get delivered and several items were wrong or missing. Toilets were very dirty.

Kids love to eat there and be there. Sometimes during the high demand the service and cleanliness are affected it also has a nice playground where kids love to be

Kind people. Good Food. Depending on the day the drive through will have some wait time - Generally like this Quick !

The food is ok but the fries are definitely the best part

Quality always drops down, now they will save the money for the drinks cover and straws and they will told you it is to save the environment 😆

Says its open till 3 on Saturday and shoves you out when you arrive at midnight. People where still eating inside. Very bad service

Veggie giant is nice, but the place was extremely hot and we had to wait 30 minutes for our food while people who ordered after us got their food before us.

It's a Quick. Friendly personnel, food is fast and same quality as in every Quick... you always know what to expect.

Not as quick as the name says. We waited 30 minutes for 3 giant burgers and a bit later we placed an order for 1 ice cream and 1 portion of chicken nuggets and we also waited 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, but the place could use some cleaning.

Very bad… very slow… it should be called Slowly not Quick!! The Cola and the Fanta looks like water…😒😒

The inexperienced personnel often forgets to double check the order before handing it over. Recommended to check your order before heading out. The finishing of the burgers is often lacking presentation, doesn't look very appealing.

I found a hair in my fries a few days ago...I had better expectations

Quality of the food is as good as you would expect a quick to be, so pretty good! However, last time I went they really struggled with timing and i had to wait for 30 minutes for my order.

The toilet was not clean, rest food was good!
