What an experience! We had an amazing dinner at the Atomium. The views from the restaurant and breathtaking. All four of us were truly happy with our meals and the service. We had a few cocktails that were excellent. Our meals were just perfectly cooked and weren’t too small. Our waiter was taking some time now and then but considering the size of that place and the amount of tables they could fit up there I have to say it couldn’t have been any faster. If they were to hire two more waiters the service would run faster but it would feel too crowded. Everything was perfect including the wine 🍷 We’ll definitely come back!

The location of this restaurant is unique in itself hence warrants a try. The views are okay if you get seated in a good spot. Unfortunately those spots were reserved for lunch(?!)and were not available for us for Breakfast. In fact we were welcomed politely and the waiter made an assumption that we were not going to eat, and directed us to the bar stool area. We were eventually left to sit on a table close to the bar and was swiftly moved into a table with an obstructed view once he understood that we wanted to eat. After those initial kerfuffle, the rest of it was generally pleasant. We had the full breakfast which included cuts of ham, cheese, scrambled eggs(which was delicious) croissants and sourdough bread. Also included were fresh orange juice, coffee a small personal bowl of yogurt and cut fruits. Everything appeared to be good quality apart from the yogurt which was a bit thin to my liking and the fruits did not taste fresh( one of us thought it was from a can). Great for the atmosphere and good for the food but I was a bit underwhelmed by the prejudiced service by one of the waiting staff which could be an avoidable honest mistake.

This is a really nice place with a wonderful view. The good thing is you get to use the elevator with priority so no need to wait a long time to get into the Atomium. On your way out however, you have to wait!!! Food is great and tasty, service is super slow as expected for a very busy restaurant. You definitely need to make a reservation for getting here, no walk ins.

I had some sort of Belgian fish stew, three very small pieces of poorly cooked fish in a salty odd coloured sauce with grated carrots. The potatoes I am sure came from a tin, otherwise they are pre-peeled and left in salt water for a very long time to dry out and go nasty. I think if you dropped one it would bounce. Our white wine was served at room temperature, I had to put ice in it. Service started off great but then we were ignored for half an hour, eventually I had to find someone to ask to pay. We didn’t want to try anything else as it was so overpriced for such low quality. The waitress refused to accept any feedback about the food and then ignored us for the rest of our visit. Little waiter man was horribly rude and accosted me on the stairs because I was understandably not happy and just wanted to leave. Tried to appease me with photos taken at the entrance that I didn’t want to have taken in the first place. I was so speechless and then he made a horrible and hurtful comment about me. The security man downstairs was lovely and helpful though so the venue gets two stars for everyone apart from the restaurant.

If you want to eat good and with a view, this is the place. Make sure to make a reservation, or just try for a free table ! Delicious and fresh. Nice and friendly service. Wine could be definitely better……

I liked my time at the restaurant a lot and it was definitely a worthy experience in Brussels. The waiters were polite and kind. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the long wait for the food to get ready and served, however this was most likely due to the fact I was sitting on the 2nd floor and it was also Sunday lunchtime. As per prices, it’s a bit more expensive than usual (not much), but considering it’s kind of unique experience and very convenient after the Atomium walk, I think it was good.

We got the Atomium menu. The salad had too much sauce, but good selection of vegetables. Ravioli was soaked in sauce and the feeling tasted a bit stale. Waffle was tasty. The host was nice but the waiters took 30 minutes to take our order then another 30 minutes to serve the salad. The staff, both at the kitchen and waiters, felt a bit stressed. You can tell they are a bit understaffed. 3-course menu and a water was about 58 euros. It's reasonable for the location and views.

My desert waffles was so dry that when I cut into it, it flew off the table. Powdered sugar all over the floor. She knew this yet again took the food and didnt offer another item to replace. We addressed it with the manager. The manager listened to us and removed the items from the bill. The other downside was it was so hot in there that I had to wash my face to stay cool I the bathroom. And the bottle of water was 10 euros which is ridiculous!

Poor service. They forgot our reservation, had difficulties understanding English and our wine glass came with red stains when we were drinking white wine. The food is overprice (not bad though but not worth the price). The positive aspect is the meat was very good (even the wagyuu) and the view as also very good (although the windows were a little dirty).

We had a lovely evening here last Monday. The resevation process was smooth and communication was very pleasant. Food was good and staff made extra effort to make my wife's Birthday a bit more special. My daughter was super excited with the view. We even received a free family photo after the dinner. Two stars for the amazing view. However, other the views, one can expect to be hated when entering this restaurant. Even with a reservation before a week, the waiter possibly didn’t like the color or my skin that we were offered a bad seating, then later asked to move to a high chair coz apparently there were “other reservations”. We placed order thrice and even after waiting for 35 mins, we were never served our order. It was one of the peaks of disgust, discrimination and bad service. Having experienced many a restaurants in Europe and Asia, I can definitely say that the hospitality in this particular restaurant is one of the worst.

Entry is 6:30pm and you are welcomed by photographer to take your picture (free part of experience) before you take the 22 seconds ride in the lift to the top sphere. A flight of stairs to the restaurant and you are greeted by server to take you to your table and take your jackets. We were seated by the window looking at the mini Europe exhibition. You had spectacular views (even when dark in December) amazing Christmas feel with tree and decorations adding to the wonderful ambience. The choice of a la carte, a 3, 4 or 5 course meal, champagne, wine list and other drinks available. A fantastic service and a most amazing food and experience that you could share with your loved one or family any time of the year. Thank you all for the amazing evening XX 12/12/23
