We had an excellent dinner at the Sentro, the new brasserie at the Hilton Grand Place. Pauline provided perfect service. Prefer a table next to the window with a nice view on city centre. Started with 2 GT and followed with seabass carpaccio and calamari with tomato quinoa. The menu is Spanish infused with great belgian touches. Our mains was the grilled octopus with bell pepper ( great cooking method melting in the mounts) and sweetbreads with belgian white endives, marvellous way to make a perfect belgian dish. A bit pricey but to-date a nice environment and in Brussels city centre there are not that many left. Belga Queen is our other favourite but tables need reservation.

For desserts, i tried the puff pastry with vanilla cream and cinammon ice cream, delicious!! Jannis, if i got his name correctly, was a gem! Very welcoming place and wonderful staff as well.

I don’t remember the name of dishes but I would say that food quality is amazing and there are so many vegetarian options. The chef is amazing. I had for starters tzatziki and the beatroot salad with the most amazing goat cheese I have ever had. We loved the aubergine spread, the tomato & feta salad, and the wonderful squid - which was better than the octopuss. Great wine and beer selection. Staff were fantastic. The place can be noisy as it gets busier, since it can accomodate large groups.
